In November I called this place about storing my travel trailer (6' x 8'), I was told they had a indoor place for me; cool, so I paid $91 over the phone, and the next day I drove my trailer there. The unit they had assigned me had a walk-in, Not a drive in door, ergo there was no way I could get my trailer in the unit. Called them, explained they misunderstood what I needed, the unit would not work for me, they said my $91 would be returned in 7-10 business days. It is now January, I've been dealing with 3 different people, the first of whom I've spoken with 3 or 4 times, trying to get my money back, each time I'm told "We're sending a request for a return of your money, we'll call you back within an hour..." and then of course that doesn't happen. Today, a new person answered, and He want's to argue with me! I ask for the owner to speak with, "I'll send a request... yada yada yada". Nope, I'd like their number please. "We don't have a number for the owner." ?! How do you "contact" them then?! Sounds like all they have in the office is an email address (hard to tell, this person is not a native English speaker), in any case, I'm still getting a run around to get my original money back two months after they were unable to accommodate me and my trailer. I don't know who these other people have spoken to ("Mike"?), but My experience with these people has not been as fruitful or pleasant. Something is not right with this place, the other reviews were written in 2023, so maybe this place has sold to a new owner? Anyway, I would stay clear of this place, they're not honest, their customer service sucks hardcore. read more

I'm not sure all the negative reviews are valid, I had a great experience, it is what it is for a little area. It's not called Mini storage for no reason. Anderson storage was a lifesaver. Affordable rates and great service. I left my car in storage for close to four months, and Richard was kind enough to jump my car when the battery wouldnt start. It's a small facility but Richard was great to work with. He made sure my car was safe and that I was good to go when I went to pick it up. For how affordable it was per month, I really wasnt expecting any frills or extra services. Richard went above and beyond. read more

It's not a bad little storage yard and the rates started out decent, however: -It's difficult to navigate my vehicle through the yard because units are close together and vehicles (specifically a motor home) are parked in such a way that they impede turning radius. -The owner (Richard Keller) is prominently advertised as being on call, but is extremely difficult to get a hold of. It can take hours for him to return calls, texts or e-mails, if he even gets back to you at all. -Rates were just increased another $20 with the justification that other places charge just as much or more. -I always have my payment mailed so it is received the first week of the month, but dates cashed can vary as much as two weeks, in which time I've been charged $15.00 per week late fees. -The combination at the gate was changed without notice so I was unable to access my unit. Mr. Keller did not respond to my messages in a timely manner and the neighbor who acts as Mr. Keller's agent refused to help me, despite proof of my having a unit there and my account being in good standing. The waste of time and gas are frustrating. Inability to access my possessions in a unit I am paying for is simply wrong. -Spiders. Huge spiders. Yikes!!. (The rabbit that lives at the storage yard is cute, though) I've left messages for Mr. Keller on his voicemail, texted him and have attempted to reach him in writing about these issues. (lol except the spiders) If/when he sees this review he'll know who posted it. If there is any retaliatory action I'll be sure to update this review. I am considering contacting a consumer protection advocate specializing in contract law. Hopefully things change for the better. It's inconvenient for me to move my things out of this storage unit right now, otherwise I would simply do so. read more

I've been renting here for ~4 years. Very conveniently located, and secure premises. Units are clean and dry.

You can't easily maneuver here because of parked vehicles. The owner is unresponsive. Gate codes change without warning and the owner can't be contacted for the new code. Beware being late with a payment by even a day or two because you are slapped with an outrageous late payment. There is no grace period. And whatever you do, don't accidentally pay beyond your final month of use. After one of those "late payment penalties" we set up an automatic payment from our bank. Unfortunately, the bank had already processed the payment around the 20th of the month for the coming month when we decided to close our unit. The response from the owner when we asked for a refund? "Unfortunately, we do not make refunds." DON'T STORE THERE! read more

Our grandson got locked behind the gate 11:00 am Sunday morning, with no way out, except over the fence. The owner Richard caught him on the way over and kicked the crap out of him. The police questioned him thought possibly a burglar and turned him loose. After a visit to emergency and stitches the owner Richard informed us we had to vacate immediately. This is criminal.
