I just left the nail shop and had the BEST experience. Lily was amazing, like truly patient, detailed, and super kind the whole time. She made sure everything looked perfect and I never felt rushed. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The service was top notch, and you can tell they really care about making people feel comfortable and taken care of. What really impressed me is that they stayed late to fit me and my partner in, which says a lot about their customer service. That kind of effort is rare and it meant a lot. They also have a huge selection of colors to choose from (so many good options), and the cherry on top... they have mimosas! Went here with my mom today to get pedicures. Had a great experience. They were running a special for free shellac which was a nice surprise. Staff were extremely friendly and did a wonderful job. Interior was big, relaxing and beautiful. I don't splurge on myself very often but immediately booked a manicure as soon as I got home. Strongly recommend. read more

Wow, obviously this place is under new management and it isn't for the better. I used to come here and have great service - I will never be back. Came in for a full set - was cut not once but twice by the tech. My nails are AWFUL. Every single nail is a different shape despite me asking her multiple times to shape them to match. They are bumpy and rough because she painted on "ombre" sparkles and didn't smooth out the gel. They are thick and uneven. Got to the counter and it was $90!!!!! For a full set with basic gel painted on. No design work, nothing special. Wow. Cannot express how awful they look - I could only them better myself. The price is worth the cleanliness and the size of this salon gives me more peace in COVID times. So it's been 3.5 weeks with my shellac and let me tell you, only one nail has chipped! (I've trimmed them since they grow out and are more prone to breaking.) The lady said they might last 2 weeks but I'm going into the 4th wk! I recommend shellac over dip. I've only heard dip chips faster. read more

I debated writing this review. I usually only write a review if it is positive. I had been to this salon twice before and I thought I would give them another try. The environment in the spa is beautiful, but don't let that fool you. I went in to have gel polish removed and then more regular polish applied. The employee ground off the gel polish without using any polish remover. She ground my beautiful natural nails so deep that they started to burn. The exterior of my nails was now rough and paper thin. She clipped the side of my thumb nails in too close and left weird jagged edges that are still trying to grow back. When I entered the salon, I had 10 long and strong natural nails. When I left, I had 10 broken nails with a sloppy polish job. I went home and removed the polish to find that each nail was now cracked and so I had to cut all my nails. The skin beneath my nails was red and bruised. 3 weeks later, and I am still having to cut my nails as short as possible because they are paper thin and splitting and breaking. When I called the manager to let her know what happened, her advice was to see a different nail tech the next time I went in. There will be no next time. I will never go back. My nails will hopefully grow out, but it will take several weeks. read more

I've lived near this nail shop for majority of my life and was always taken here by my mother and/ or nana to get manicures and pedicures. The one day I come in by myself I ( Age 16 only a kid not understanding what is happening) was asked to pay first before receiving my service. I had received nail services from this company so many other times along with my white mother and grandmother. But when I come in by myself ( I'm of color not white ) I'm forced to pay before I receive my service, and to add they didn't ask anyone else this. Everyone that was in the shop like I was payed AFTER they received their service ( all white ). I recently found out this happened to my neice when going here, she is also of color. Had she would have told me she was coming here I would have STRONGLY warned her against it. If you are ANY person of color (seems they only want one type of clientele ) do not come here or support their business please. Have I would have been an adult when enduring this experience I would sue. Learning this happened yet again to someone I love at a young age. Not going to let it slide again. This is not okay what so ever ! And not a way to do business. If you are not a person of color but are genuine , just , and know what's right please don't support this business. I came in for a fill for my acrylics which only were grown out for 1 week. So there was not much to fill and the tip was only painted which I had the tip shaved down because I didn't want long nails anymore. It cost me $70 for her to fill and do a new tip color. That's the cost for a full set anywhere else. This place overcharges! She was really annoyed I wanted only the tip painted so she charged me an extra $10 because she would rather paint the whole nail fast and easy. What's bad enough too is the fill powder she used is DARK PINK and my original powder was white so my nails have have white, half pink powder and a bold colored tip that doesn't match. read more

I got my nails done a few weeks ago and they still look amazing. I've never gotten powder before but it's my new favorite. It's like shellac but on steroids. I came here for a bridal party and they didn't hesitate to offer us drinks which could be tea, water or mimosa! The inside is beautiful and calming. I was a little bummed we all didn't get to sit together while doing our nails but it wasn't the end of the world. I'd recommend this place. Powder is not cheap. I think my nails in total cost $60 or so, but no chips or scratches and it's been a few weeks. A few ladies In our group ended up getting shellac and only last a week or so. I'm going out of country for a wedding tomorrow as a bridesmaid, I was given a color that didn't come in shellac. I always do shellac mani pedi but this time had to do a regular mani pedi with Kim. My nails look like they were painted by a child!! I am so unhappy with the results. She did a sloppy job, she's sales oriented and rushed to finish my manicure because she was distracted by other customers waiting. I had an appointment this is not a right way to treat a customer. She didn't file my nails right I told her not to cut my nails short but she didn't care to listen and did it anyway, I could've done a better job myself why would i pay a professional $60? Rude front desk lady as well! She's only nice to you if you do a gel or more expensive service with them. Iris salon does low quality work with high price, they've lost my business. read more
