I called really upset because my one eyebrow was lower than my other. I get the injections on my forehead so I stop scrunching in between my eyebrows around my eyes and around my mouth. They offered for me to come back in a few weeks. Which is new for me also. But they didn't work. They didn't make any difference and so I can't go back if you didn't do it right the first time. I'm now on the hunt for an establishment that will listen and get my normal results. The girls are nice there but I'm paying for a product and for a benefit. I did give them a good review on their website because I was hoping that the product will eventually work. I can't delete that good review. I was really hopeful. So it was a waste of money, energy and time. I gave them a maybe because they might have excellent services but I go somewhere else for my facials.

When I first went to see her for an air brush tan, I was super nervous and she made me feel comfortable. I am shy and a little insecure about my body but she never made me feel weird (I mean, let's be honest, it's weird to be close to naked in front of someone you've never met!). My first tan was amazing and I had it done right before my bachelorette party. She even contoured me and I was super pleased with the way I looked. The color and shade were perfect with my Asian skin tone. I must say that I am used to coming out a little orange from spray tans but I didn't look that way at all. I looked like I just spent a week on a tropical island. The tan made me feel confident and I knew I'd be back. I am not sure how many times, I might have gone back in between that first initial spray, and when I went back for my wedding. Kortnee recommended that I get an airbrush tan 3 days before my actual wedding. It turned out great, and my tan was PERFECT. I went a little darker because I had 3 days in between when I got my tan, and my wedding. I felt (looked) slimmer and confident. I think I've gone back a few times since then for tans, but I recently (within a few months) got lash extensions from her. oh my gosh, can I just say they looked awesome? They didn't look crazy, but gave me more volume and depth and I saved so much time in the morning getting ready for work. I didn't wear any eye makeup the entire time I had the lashes on (including the fills I had). I really didn't need any. I am going to get lashes again soon and hopefully in time for the holidays, they look great in pictures too! Kortnee does not rush, shes a perfectionist and wants you to be comfortable and look great. She's really knowledgeable and a professional. That's something I really appreciate, I know some places want you in and out. I never feel that way with her. I should also mention that she's super easy to get a hold of and answers texts and emails in very reasonable time. Usually less than an hour, if she's not busy with clients. She's also super accommodating and will let you know if she can squeeze you in when she's fully booked. I've learned that with each fill I get, I need to book with her right away if I want to get in within a few weeks. She books up really fast!

My appointment started late, because the receptionist (?) was busy upselling lotions to another client and allowed her to use the remainder of the gift certificate she tendered for payment. More on this later. One of the reasons I wanted to try a facial is because I have a few very large and noticeable blackheads on my face that I would love to have extracted. Do they perform this service? According to their website, absolutely. The person giving me a facial told me it wasn't necessary. Even after looking through a magnifier. Okaayy. Fast forward to the time for payment. I surrendered my gift certificate upon checking in for my appointment. Remember: GC = $100, service = $65. I paid the clinician a cash tip. When I went to the counter to check out for services rendered, the receptionist said "that will be it then!" I was a little surprised, so I took the bait of the upsell scheme, a $30 product, hoping she would do the right thing and use the remainder of the GC amount. Instead she asked for further payment. I left feeling as though this business must need the money more than I did, so it felt fine. As I have sat with it for a month and a half, it no longer feels that way. Should I have said something then? Absolutely, yes I should have. I didn't and I own it. $35 is not going to make or break me. The reason for this review? To put my experience out there in hopes it gets read and doesn't happen to any one else....especially if $35 is a vital part of a budget. The two stars are the clinician.
