I can only address my iPad experience with this business. They repaired my husbands phone with no problems. My iPad, not as well. I needed a new battery. That was the only problem. $175 later, my iPad had dead areas on the touchscreen. Back it went. The tech I talked to said sometimes the screen gets broken when they disassemble it. If they know this, one would think they'd take extra care. They fixed it again but the battery still doesn't hold a charge very well. I can get a couple of hours out of it, but that's all. I'm now too far away to go back and get it fixed again. Oh well. read more

I was having trouble with my iPhone 6S and took it in to see if they could fix it. Wendy said it was likely just that the old battery had a bad cell and recommended changing it. They had a new Apple battery in stock and she said it would take them up to an hour to change it. I left to run some errands and it wasn't even 20 minutes before she called me on my other phone to say the iPhone was ready! My phone works great now. I was so pleased that I was able to get my phone fixed in our little town with an authentic Apple battery without having to send my phone to Apple Support or travel some crazy distance to an Apple store. I see rave reviews about iPhones, I called them for a quote on my iPad Pro. I clearly stated it is an iPad Pro, first generation, 12.9", that was not accepting a charge. They quoted me $35.00 for diagnostic that would go towards the $280.00 cost of replacing the charging port. They had my iPad 4 days and when I called, they politely said it is the charging port and they don't work on them and I could come and get my machine. I drove right down and picked it up and asked for my $35.00 back since they knew in advance they don't actually work on those iPads. After some heated haggling, they angrily refunded my money and demanded I never 'darken their door again' So, long story short, don't take your iPad here. read more

Very disappointing. I visited him while traveling and needed a replacement battery for my HTC cell phone. He sold me the wrong battery and wasn't open the next day until 11:00 AM, while I was leaving that morning before his open. I left a message for him to call me, even if he would say he was sorry it was the wrong battery. He never called. I think a professional should have know the right battery. Plus I believe the $40 charged for the battery was excessive, and I feel he sold it high knowing I was traveling through. Very Very disappointing. If I could rate no stars I would. read more

Went in to get broken screen on iPhone fixed Husband and Wife (I am assuming) team running the business. Both very friendly. Was told would have the phone ready in 1 1/2 hours. No phone for an hour and a half problem for me since I'm the kind of person who needs a phone all the time. Headed home and within 30 min I received a call (on my home phone) that my phone was ready to go. Man that is fast service. Price charged for repairs were very good and around what I have paid in the past. So they were not over priced at all. Would highly recommend this business. read more

I called to see if they could replace the battery and they could. So I took my phone in and they replaced the battery while we had lunch. This guy is a theif he broke my I phone said he replaced the battery, he broke the back cover on the phone, the phone would not charge, he told me it would take a while after I went back which was a hour later, he made excuses, I told him I wanted my money back and he refused, his wife called the cops, I told the officer he didn't provide me with a new battery and broke my phone. officer said to take him to small claims court. THIS GUY KNEW WHAT HE DID AND HE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE FAST MONEY KNOWS PEOPLE WON'T SUE HIM FOR HIS SERVICE. A t & t fired him he was a crook, and they knew it.
