We brought our iPhone 14 pro max in with a broken screen. They fixed the screen but it was the wrong screen, verified by T-Mobile and Connecting Point in Medford. The screen actually trembled and wavered when pressed, but the worse part is that the phone would not turn on! It'd turn on and then immediately turn off. We took it back. It was returned to us 24 hours later, nothing changed. Maybe not even looked at! Then a weekend passed, they don't work weekends, so on Monday, I called, after finding out the phone had not been repaired correctly. (It cost $145 for nothing!!) I was given a complete runaround! The woman stated that the phone needed a new switch but denied the phone screen was incorrect. She said that T-Mobile and Connecting Point, (an authorized Apple repair), were wrong! She offered no solutions, except to bring it back in. Obviously, I was uncomfortable with this solution as they'd had 2 chances and still weren't being honest. Now, if I want that phone repaired, it'll cost me $479 to get the actual Apple parts and have it certified to work again. (It would've only cost $429, if they'd returned the original Apple screen to me. ) I'd say STAY AWAY from this place! It cost me $145 for NOTHING and an addition al $50 because they wouldn't return the original screen. And they did not even offer to refund my money, so now I have to take time to dispute them through the credit card company. I don't know about others, but I certainly don't have several days to waste on this type of nonsense. An apology and some accountability would've been nice. A fixed phone even better.... read more

I've had several dealings wiith this local iPhone / iPad repair store. They always seem to have my best interests in mind, get things done quickly, and get the job done. I can't recommend them highly enough. There lobby isn't fancy but don't let that put you off, they know their stuff. read more

This place is GREAT. Went there with an iphone that wasn't charging. Turns out, the charge plug was full of crap. Guy cleaned it out, handed it back, and didn't want anything for fixing it. Went to GOC bc the place I had been using was outta business. This store was FANTASTIC!!! Happy cheerful staff diagnosed "potential" problem immediately and said "come back in 45 minutes". FIXED (clogged charge portal) $25 bucks!! Asked if I wanted a new screen saver -since mine had multiple cracks- $10 and professionally applied it for me!! Kudos!! read more

Scared to take my cracked screen there. Why because they tried to change my girlfriends screen on an iPhone 11 and it's been in and out for 2 months now and again it's not working. I had to return twice and wait 15mins+ both times because my phone wasn't repaired yet. I don't know what they did, but my battery wouldn't hold a charge after the repair. Went here to get the screen fixed on my iPhone. They were super fast (about an hour) and the price was cheaper than I expected.

Shitty service. They had my husbands phone for 2 weeks so he could get all of his pictures of our newborn before he had to send in the phone... 2 whole weeks and they didn't even attempt to get the pictures off. They said it would only take 1 hour to get everything transferred...Thank y'all so much now all of our pictures are gone. read more

My iPhone 6s battery was losing it's charge and capacity rather quickly after a full year of use. I called GPC and they said to bring it in and quoted me $$ for a replacement battery. Took it in at 9:50 am. Had it back at 11:05 am. Working like new again. I'm planning on coming back with my wife's phone, my son's phone, and anyone else in my family who wants to get their phone back in full battery shape. These are probably the friendliest, most helpful tech guys I've ever met. Even though I had an iPhone issue beyond what they could fix (likely a hardware issue), they did a diagnostics on the spot and offered realistic suggestions to find a solution at no cost. They even let me use their Wi-Fi and phone to help get to my next step for my phone repair. While I was sorting out my own mess, I saw several customers come in and all left happy and commented on how reasonable the costs were compared to other spots and that they were willing to fix what other shops wouldn't. Would highly recommend them (they're even open a few hours Sunday, though they're not posted on their website) and they will be my first stop the next time another phone bites the dust. read more

We have used these guys for repairs twice now. Both were great experiences. The first was to replace an iPhone glass, they were fast and the price fair. But today I took an iPad in that had been dropped, and the tiny little dent was right on the volume control rendering it stuck. They took it and worked their magic in a flash, and didn't even charge me. Not impressed. Wish I had sent my iPad to Apple to repair the cracked screen. They repaired the broken glass but the home button is recessed and sometimes doesn't work. The screen is not sensitive on the edges and sometimes I have to press letters and numbers on the edge of the screen several times to get them to work. It was better with the hairline crack it had before the repair. read more

I found out by my phone carrier that my I-phone is capable of getting a new battery, instead of spending $$$$ for a new phone and recommended to me Grants Pass cellular. So I not only got a new battery for my cell phone, but also had a cracked screen on my I-pad, so I-got that done too and a tempered glass face plate for it and my phone. They were reasonable, was done when they said it would be. Now my devices are like new. Would definitely recommend this place; very happy! read more

After reading reviews I decided to take a chance on a repair instead of purchasing a new phone. My Samsung S5 screen bit a rock at Yosemite and an at home screen fix just got a little more tricky when we discovered the LCD was injured too. At 2:25 they started the fix and by 5:30 it was done; screen protector on and clips added to ensure a good seal. It cost me a smidge more than something refurbished on line but it was MY phone and I am more than happy to support local businesses. FABULOUS service, and great advice. read more
