Maybe on duty officers need to state in a calm fashion that they are on duty before acting like self entitled Adam Henry's and screaming profanities after someone points out the companies policies. Besides, how many business allow you to take up 1-3 hours of their time and money handling personal business? Your employees are rude, patronizing, and not helpful in any way. If you aren't under 25, be prepared to be ignored, and given attitude with every question you ask. I'm having trouble getting my tracker to sync with my iPhone. If you're going to make disparaging remarks, and make fun of your customers, at least do it after the customer leaves. Laughing about customers in front of other customers is what they do best here. I'm hoping their staff in Medford offers better customer service. read more

I've never seen anything like it, Raul very rude and unprofessional, my gentleman friend has been a customer a first Sprint that T-Mobile sucked up like the rest of them for 20 years total. He would go in and even give these kids tips and they knew him he can no longer afford their overpriced phones and their service. He chose to go with another provider and wanted to cancel they would not do that for him at that store they treated him poorly in fact a few of them ran to the back of the room. I got news for you T-Mobile this is a 65-year-old man elderly with a disability. We can't even get it canceled through T-Mobile and now they've destroyed his internet his Google account and we're doing everything we can to repair it. This is a horrible store and you're nothing but snobs trust me karma will come your way. A report to the FCC will be going out, will be visiting the the department of human resources for the elderly and disabled, and we have the address and the email to the bigwig at T-Mobile he'll be getting a report of all of this you guys have ripped too many people off you just took money out of a person who has none for something that you didn't provide. read more

THIS IS NOT T-MOBILE. T-mobile will not fix all their mistakes. Sales people misrepresent services and products to sell and upsell. My newly set up acct/ phone deactivated it self with in hours of activation. T-Mobile corporate customer service had to re-activate my phone and change my service as the store over sold. In addition, they sold me a extremely overpriced screen cover, saying that if we bought it today with the phone that it would be replaceable for the life of my phone 40 days later the screen protector shatters I take it to the authorized retailer and they say that I misunderstood them. Why would I pay three times market price for a screen protector if it didn't come with coverage? I'm not new to the cell phone game. I'm not some naïve grandma, that left confused. The sales people are flat out, misrepresented the services and products to upsell. Last I checked the FCC has a lot to say about misrepresenting cell phone services to customers. I'll be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against this authorized retailer and its owners. I spoke with the corporate store in Medford and they say they get complaints almost daily about this store. Take a little bit of a drive over to Medford and save yourself a headache. read more

I went in to upgrade my flip phone to one of the I phones and spoke with a guy named Theodore and asked him how I could upgrade my phone and he said the type of phone I had wasn't up-gradable, so I asked him how I could get into an I phone and he said only if I added a new line and there were no promotions for me on any phone and as he was saying this with a very rude manner, and he suggested I look for another carrier. This representative should not be working with customers and for his attitude I am looking toward Verizon. Do not go to the Grants pass store they do not care about you as a T-mobile customer. I really felt terrible after I left this store and will never come back. read more

I went into the GP Terry Ln T Mobile with 2 family members, the Rep named Bobby simultaneously set up the 3 phones with ease and answered all questions. As others customers came in (all at once) he greeted them, let them know it would be a few minutes and did not loose focus on what he was doing for us. I've been in the customer service field for 43 years and this young man did a great job. I watched the other employee that was there at the same time and they worked well as a team. So far I love my new phones and this was better service than I had with US Cellular the nearly 17 years I was with them. Our new phones have 4 bars at our house where previously we consistently had just one bar. So far I am very happy. Thank you very much. read more

Every time I have needed to go in there it's either been a nightmare of waiting with no resolution to my concern, or I went in looking for a specific phone and they flatly said they don't have it and didn't even offer to place an order for me. They had no idea I was already a T-Mobile customer and did not try to gain a customer by offering to order one or offer another phone option. On that occasion there was absolutely no one in the store. I will go out of my way to a different T-Mobile store. read more

I switched my family to T-Mobile on 12/27/19 and now wish I hadn't. The District Manager signed us up at the Grants Pass location and it was not done correctly: 1.) We did the phone trade in and now Corporate says the transaction was canceled. We are paying $18.75 a month for an iPhone 8 and not receiving the monthly statement credit. The device we traded in has disappeared and I'm out $450 (24 month contract) 2.) The District Manager offered a 20% for life discount on our service plan. That discount is not showing up and when I talk to corporate customer service they have no idea what I'm talking about and they say a discount like that doesn't exist. I am overpaying by nearly $1,200. I tried to contact the District Manager for help and he has been unresponsive as of yet. I need help. Please reach out, this is the only way I know how to get my issue addressed. read more

The whole process took so long! If you have nothing else to do but pay your bill or something small to buy, it's fine. We changed plans and upgraded our phones. It took four hours. Some of the time was not the clerk's fault, some was. I hope I don't have to go through that process again. read more

I was going to use T-Mobile service and buy a Apple 12-pro max phone. We are switching from a flip phone to our first smart phone. After reading what they did to an officer of law enforcement, we well use someone else. I wonder if they ever have a need for the police they well ask them to disarm first. T Mobile on beacon ( Metro PCS ) This is the worst place to go. The employees of this location are complete morons. I went in 3 minutes before they open because an employee outside said I could wait inside and the manager, Sylvia, told me to get the hell out. Called me nasty and she wasn't gonna deal with me when I said I was told I could come in. What a complete bitch!!!! I'm paying $50 a month for shitty phone service and then get treated like shit to boot. Unbelievable. Minus 10 stars is my feedback but of course it won't let me do that. read more

T Mobile sucks Nationwide this is nothing new . I used to have a family account with them. Went to upgrade phones they didn't have them in stock told him that happened in 3 days. I said no problem I'll be out of town but I'll send my son down to pick him up. They called and said the phones were in he went down to pick him up they had them open up a whole new contract. When I called him on it they said well he sign the contract he should have known better. I said well he's not 18 so you should have known better. They did a lot of tap dancing around before they cancel that contract and I cancelled mine completely. Went to Verizon never look back much better service with just a little bit more money. read more

T-Mobile is our cell provider because they have an attractive foreign call plan and provide partner text coverage in all countries we visit. Having said that, I am now considering getting as US Cellular pre-paid for use in the Illinois Valley of SW Oregon,where I have a rural residence and spend a bit of time. For decades, T-M had coverage through a third party ( I think it was AT&T ), but they dropped that. Six months ago T-Mobile staff told me they were building their own towers and I'd be covered soon. No such thing! On following up, staff admitted they really have no way themselves to check such things. T-Mobile needs to be up front with their reduction in coverage and become transparent about their plans and/or progress for the future. read more
