    Broken plastic interior wheel hub. Broken when shown and not repaired.

    At this point I am in a rock and a hard place. I paid cash for a 2015. I was told by the representative the IRA reputation is very important to them. I am not so sure about it. When I got home with the vehicle, I contacted the sales rep immediately because whenI got home after what I was told there was no repair of this broken plastic in the back. Buyer beware. Car dealers and dealerships surely are out for themselves. I asked..... they did not reply.

    Terrible Customer Service. Left two voicemails to Daniel Hutt no response. Over a week pasted. Then left a voicemail to associate no response four days passed. I wish that I did not purchase a vehicle here. I should have bought my vehicle at a different place. I came in on February 18 for oil change and replace part for drain plug. I scheduled an oil change on July 8 at Sullivan Tires in NH. I work and live in NH. They stated that the drain plug is severely tightened and bring it to dealership. Today, I have an appointment to for oil change. I spoke with mange. I asked if I could get credit for oil change. He stated that they might have right equipment to unopened the plug or experience. He stated that he is unable to credit me an oil change or discount. I have to pay what everybody else has to pay. He and Danvers Subaru does not care if customers have to drive out there way to get new parts. Instead of retaining customers.

    Visit Date: Aug. 1-2, 2024…read more I don't normally leave reviews, positive or negative, on many establishments unless I've had a noteworthy experience - and boy, I had an incredible one with the O'Reilly's team in Salem, MA! TL;DR: The team at this O'Reillys ensured that I was safe, supported, and heard. They went above and beyond in a time of need and were some of the best people I've ever encountered - especially as a solo traveler. Story Time: This year, I took a sabbatical from working as a surgical/transplant ICU nurse in the city of Chicago due to experiencing burnout. Especially through nonstop care of patients through Covid. With some time off, I embarked on a solo camping roadtrip to explore the New England region of the country in hopes to grow and challenge myself as an individual, meet and make connections, explore this beautiful part of the country, and have memories that lasts a lifetime. On August 1st of this year, nearly halfway through my roadtrip, my trusty station wagon with over 200,000 miles, finally decided to give me issues. My starter motor had failed and my battery light turned on in Rockport, about 45 minutes away from Salem. This was the only O'Reilly location that had the parts I needed. So that's where I went! Upon entering the store, I was greeting with warm welcomes from the team. I had explained my situation and kindly asked if it was okay to attempt to fix my car right in front (knowing that some stores will not allow this). But the team understood my situation and allowed me. At the time, fixing my car out front was the only solution I thought of in order to get back home, a mere 1,000 miles away. By the time I tried to fix my car, it was around 2-3PM, 90 degrees, sunny, and without any clouds in sight. Now you could probably see that I was drenched in sweat, working in a steaming hot engine bay, and fatigued. Which was all true. Without asking for more than the approval from the team, one by one, different members came out through their door, offering me an ice cold bottle of water, giving words of encouragement, or simply making sure that I was still okay. And that's what made all the difference to me, a stranger attempting to traverse a completely unknown part of the country. Without Victor, Adam, Edward, Derek, John, Thomas, Jennifer, and the rest of the O'Reilly's team at 142 Canal St., in Salem, MA., I wouldn't have had the perseverance, willpower, and support that I needed to get my car back on the road. So here's my utmost and warmest thank you. Thank you for turning one of the worst experiences I've had on this roadtrip to easily one of the best ones. Thank you for being present in supporting me and ensuring that I was safe. And thank you for being some of the nicest humans I've ever met. Keep doing what y'all are doing! They had both been extremely helpful, respectful and professional throughout the process. However, my most recent involvement with Ira Lexus, was the worst car buying experience I've ever had! Our salesperson, Ms Zallen, was very nice, yet lacked experience and should have had a seasoned professional shadowing her. She neglected to give me an important piece of information that caused us a lot of time and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Coco, the sales manager, sat down with an attitude and was extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional, unwilling to listen to us calmly or politely. And thirdly was the business manager, Mr. Monterroso, who issued instructions to us that were unnecessary. The solution we chose was much simpler. He also insisted on pushing expensive warrantees of up to six years and many of thousands of dollars more onto the sale of my SUV, though I twice expressed to him that I was not interested! I only put on @2K miles a year. Why would I purchase an expensive car and still need to buy warrantees? I bought an expensive car so I wouldn't need warrantees! At this point I was ready to walk out and cancel the whole deal! There was more negativity to follow, but I won't get into that. I do know that I will never again purchase another Lexus from Ira or associate with these rude managers!

Guy was professional, non pressure, and my first experience with a car salesman that put the customer first. No pressure. He made sure the truck was ready and prepped properly for pickup. Offered to deliver it, and even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy with it and the sale was finalized without a hitch. ​Thier finance department came through with financing not only well within my budget but almost down to the cent as my credit union. I highly recommend looking Rob up if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
