Ken works his wizardry magic here at IQ Smartphone! This is my third time paying Ken a visit. Sister gave my dad her phone but the downside was it broke but was still working fine. I came to Ken asking if he could repair and how much it would cost. He gave me the cost right away which was $95! Compared to other fix it shop, this was a fraction of the price! I didn't hesitate and asked him if we could change the color of the backing. He had silver available and that's exactly the color we wanted! He told me to come back in a few hours. Which worked out since I had errands to do around there. Came back at 5:00 asked if he finished and he said done! Great with estimation of time and efficient at what he does! He asked if I wanted to change the screen protector for $5. Can't deny that! I also purchased a blue case as well for $5! Total $105! If any of you have a phone that needs fixing, pay Ken a visit! Highly recommend IQ Smartphone! Thank you Ken! My dad loved his new phone! read more

Did a great job on fixing my granddaughter cell phone. They are very good, awesome customer service and a really cool location.

They have very professional customer service. Their price quote is exactly the fee for services, no surprises. I had my iPad battery replaced. He had it ready for me precisely the day he said it would be ready. I will be a repeat customer. The battery replacement cost 85.00. I have no doubt it would cost more elsewhere. read more

This guy cares and take PRIMO care of you. I mean who puts a badass massage chair for his customers while they wait! Hats off to Ken

My phone stopped charging so I decided to come here based on the good reviews. They gave a reasonable price for replacing the charger port and had it done in 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. Very nice and friendly service. I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I have a phone issue. read more

Looks like a one man operation but he was responsive to quote inquiries and replaced the screen to my iphone SE on a walk in basis. He had my phone for about 2 hours. Price was better than most others, as much as $40 cheaper in some cases. I would come back here. read more

Got a quick response to my inquiry. It was very reasonable and friendly. SO far the repairs are working fine.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus. I came into the shop on Wednesday, dropped off my phone, and went to lunch. The tech said to come back in an hour. My phone had a cracked screen. It was replaced for $65, and I need a phone case, that was $6. Not a bad deal and for an hour wait time. read more

I'm glad this place managed to stay in business though the Covid lockdown. My iPhone 6S started to lose charge capacity fairly rapidly so I needed to get the battery replaced. They were a little busy today so I left my phone and came back a couple of hours later. Works perfectly. Even the replacement battery was fully charged. When I did the changeout for my wife's phone, a few years earlier, needed an Apple store appointment, costed more than twice as much, and a lot of time and effort to back up the phone to the cloud and reinstall (an hour?) from the cloud after the battery replacement. This is the second time I've had this shop replace my battery, the last time being 3 or 4 years ago. So the non-OEM batteries they use here seem to work a long time. Very pleased with the cost and efficiency of having work done at this store! read more

A good and trustworthy place to fix your iPhone. Highly recommend. The technician fixed my friend's phone after my failed attempt. read more

Ken was honest and efficient. Took my phone to get the back glass replaced, it was ready in 3 hours and left it good as new.

I needed my cracked iphone screen replaced and decided to try this place out based on all the good reviews and the convenient location. I went in after 5pm after work and he was able to fix it within 30 min at a very reasonable price. It has been more than 6 months since the repair now and it's still good as new. The workmanship compared to the last place that fixed my screen is superb. I highly recommend! read more

Love supporting family-owned stores like this place. My clumsy ass decided to drop my phone and shatter my screen just a couple hours ago. Immediately went to this place (my friend recommended to me) and he gave me a few dollar discount cause I had yellow spots everywhere, to be included into replacing my screen. + Time: 30 minutes + Brand New Screen: $65 + Me trying to act gangsta and navigate the area without a phone: Priceless Thanks IQ! read more

Fast and good service My iphone 6s screen was completely shattered. I paid $95, and it's like a brand new phone! read more

HONEST and reliable. He's your go-to guy for iphone repairs. Very good prices and works quickly. Can't go wrong using this repair shop.

I came to this place a year ago to fix my ipod screen and this place had it perfectly done! So I knew I would come again. And its close to my house and its really cheap. Unfortunately I cracked my iphone 5s today... It wasnt even small crack. Huge! I had to go fix it right away... I came here a little after 8 oclock but it was still opened! They fixed it in less than an hour! You can wait inside or boba shop next to it cuz it takes only 30 mins. Also you get 90 days warranty if you have problem with what you got fixed. I definitely going to recommend this place to my friends :) read more

I've had a screen for my iPhone replaced twice now. They have the best pricing and are always super quick.

PEOPLE OF THE WOOOORLD. Or Cypress, Orange County whatever. My poor phone looked like it had been run over my a truck, for real! I drop my phone at least once a day haha. I'm a clumsy gal, what can I say? Except today...today was doomsday. I dropped it flat on the ground and BAM!!!! The whole effing screen shattered up (literally had pieces of glass falling off ) (yo, that's horrifying it you've got little babies running around like I do) and I was like nooooooo! super stoked this business popped up on yelp -- My phone looks BRAND EFFING NEW! I CANNOT STRESS THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE MY PHONE HAS ACCRUED. And you can't tell!!!!! Let's review shall we? 1) same day service (aka AppleCare sucks, your phone insurance suuuuucksssee) 2) UNDER AN HOUR FOR THE FIX!!!!! 3) super affordable--$65?!?!!!! 4) the owner is soooooo kind!! He gave me a free phone case and it made my day!!! Anyway this is the spot if you shatter your screen. That's all read more

Quick turnaround, screen replaced within a couple of hours, decent price.

My phone was cracked on front and back pretty badly. I decided to go with this store and happily can report they fixed my screen and made it look brand new. They also gave me a screen protector for it and installed it themselves. Unfortunately quickly after getting my phone there was some issues with the screen. I messaged them and they told me to come in the next day. It took 3 hours the first visit and 1 hour to repair the second time. Overall good quality, it was just a little annoying to have to go back. read more

very nice owner! he replaced the screen on my Samsung Note 9 in about 2 hours, and also kindly put on a new screen protector that I had brought from home. I will return here for any future issues :) read more

I broke the glass on my phone 6plus. They said they would replace the LCD for the same price as the glass and I was really glad! When I picked it up, they told me that because my phone was actually dented, they couldn't put the phone back together in a way that it would fit perfectly. I was a little skeptical (thinking maybe they screwed something up), but they gave me a case for free that held everything together and all was fine. The case they gave me was actually comparable to an Otterbox and it really protected it from drops - on a side note, if you are shopping for cases, do check this place out! Nice selection and the prices can't be beat. Fast forward to today - my phone got dropped, came apart (I didn't have the Otterbox type case on anymore) and I went to an authorized Apple store - they wouldn't touch it in that condition. Went to IQ Smartphone, and they said they would try to fix it - if it didn't get fixed, they would not charge me. They were able to fix it and in less time than they thought it would take originally! They are excellent!!! I updated this to five stars because they repaired it perfectly this time. I also got a new case for $5 that is gorgeous!! And very nice people to deal with as well. read more

Magician. Fixes things that people say can't be done. Affordable and extremely fast. Pleasure doing business with.

Iphones call speaker was jammed & he cleaned it for $5! Also noticed my screen was cracked & asked me if I wanted a replacement- funny cuz I was gonna ask right before he mentioned. Fast, quality service and affordable! read more

Don't waste your money. Just spent $35 to try and fix a loose charge connector. He blew some air in it and said it was fixed. It's not. He plugged a brand new cable into it. Works for short term but if I plug anything else into it, it works maybe 40% of the time, which is exactly how it was when I brought it. It needs a new connector and he does not have the part. I now have to waste more time and money to get it properly fixed somewhere else. read more

Excellent Smartphone repair place. I have used them twice due to convenience of location and speed of repair, and they are great when something goes wrong with your phone and need a quick fix. Prices are cheap, and they usually also advertise deals on yelp, which is pretty awesome. The two times I came here were as follows: 1. Battery replacement - on an iphone 6 this cost $50; however, it is probably cheaper now. I would call beforehand for this. 2. Screen replacement - on an iphone 6. They replaced the screen in half an hour and I had my phone back. They accidentally misplaced the cheap phone case I had on the phone and gave me a new phone case for free. They offer a 30 day warranty on a lot of their repairs, so if you aren't satisfied you can always go back and have them refix or redo the service. Overall, this is the place to go if something is wrong with your smartphone. read more

Been here a few times due to broken screen or charger input not working. Every time I've taken in a phone I come out supe happy. I'm glad I came here. Thank you for everything! read more

Ken is seriously the best! Honest and quick. Brought my phone here twice in a matter of a month to fix my screen (word of advise; don't let your toddler play with your phone), Ken was great and even gave me a discount the second time and a free screen protector. I did not have any issues that the negative reviews had and do not believe for a second that Ken would be dishonest. Best in town for sure and cheapest. I got quoted from another popular shop close by for double the price. read more

Received great service today when I brought in my broken iPhone. Great quality at a perfect price. Thank you.

I came here last year when my phone had water damage. I thought that it was a lost cause... luckily, I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. They were amazing! They saved my phone (I honestly thought there was no going back because of how bad the water damage was), but they were able to fix it up for a reasonable price!! I ended up using that phone for a whole year until I upgraded today. I came here to get some glass screen covers for my fiancé and my iPhones. The dude waited for me and was so kind and patient!! I would definitely recommend coming here. They're awesome and you definitely will not be able to beat their prices and services! read more

I highly recommend this store for any repair. I've visited this store twice. They're quick, efficient, and friendly. My son of course dropped his iPhone and cracked his screen. They fixed it in about an hour. It was good as new. I brought my iPhone because my battery wasn't keeping a charge. I figured it needed a new battery. The repair guy said, we should try to recharge our batteries when it's actually low and not at 50%. By charging it when it cycles through it will give the battery a longer life. Which I'm guilty of, he said he was too! Lol. He also said if the battery gives any problems, they give a 3 months warranty and will replace if needed. Awesome! I will definitely come back for any cell phone or tablet repair needs. read more
