I found this place on Yelp! and was really impressed by their 5 star rating. I was in and out within an hour with a new screen and glass cover which was awesome. A couple of weeks passed, I started noticing air bubbles in my screen. I brushed it off until I set my phone down yesterday and the screen cracked. I was super upset and messaged the owner. I had the absolutely worst experience from the moment I walked into this store. I received a call that my STOLEN phone was sold to this place. The man who worked there didn't care that it was stolen and bought it anyways. I called the police and brought all the paper work to prove I owned the phone. The man had lied and said that he brought it home. (I know he was lying because he said if I gave him 100$ for MY STOLEN phone he would give it to me instantly) I got the phone back today completely destroyed. My mom got her Iphone 6 screen repaired here and she recommended this place to me. I'm that type of person to buy so many cases and then get sick of it in couple of weeks and end up getting their screen cracked. I don't even remember how many times I had to get my screen fixed, so I've been to many different repair shops. I used to have a guy I go to but he charged over $100 so it was getting too expensive for every trip since I don't learn my lesson (lol). So the last time I went to a repair shop in Westminster and the viet lady repaired it for $50 but I could definitely tell since it was so cheap, the part she used was not good and slowly the touch on my phone would not work. Therefor, I finally decided it was time I get my screen fixed for the last time and came to this place... My mom told me she got hers done for $60 so I was expecting somewhat around that price since mine is the 6+. The owner was super nice, greeted me and inspected my phone. (Normally other places don't do that) He checked if the touch was working, if there is any prob with the mic, sound etc. and then he quoted me saying its $75 since there is a prob with the touch. I didn't want to pay more than $65 but since the price is still cheaper than other shops I took it. It took him 2hrs to fix the phone since he was backed up on some customers. When I came back it looked to his wife working instead. She had my phone ready and had it charging for me, which I thought was very kind of them. (Again, other stores don't do that either) My screen is good as new and the touch is working so great!! Only thing is I do see a tint of blue on the screen and my mom did say the same about her phone as well.. but it is not a big issue and is barely noticeable. LONG STORY SHORT. I didn't have much time during lunch to find a place to fix the broken glass on my Iphone 4s. I found this place through Yelp and let me tell you it was the best experience! They were super professional, resourceful, efficient and very helpful. Chin (not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly) and his work partner were able to save me a little extra money by replacing the glass with a slightly used one. They didn't have to offer that or even tell me about it (I would have never even known since the used glass was in perfect condition) but they did it to help me save a little more money. Super nice people and excellent service. Thank you IQ Smartphone for repairing the glass, for the great service, and for being priced competitively well. Went in to have them fix my son's IPAD2 broken screen. They tested it and determined the front camera is also broken. Total costs $70. I think this may be my first 5 star review. And this place truly deserves it. I've had work done at this place for 3 separate different reasons (all of which were none of my faults). First my brother had to have his phone fixed. Done within a day. Had an iPod fixed here. Done within a day. The madre's iPhone screen gave out. Took it to these guys and they fixed it in less than an hour. But this is not even the best part about these guys. My moms screen wasn't cracked which meant that she didn't need a new part. These folks could've just as easily reconnected the wires inside and said the replaced the screen and charged me the full price of the job. Instead they were completely truthful about what they did and only charged me for the labor. Now that is good honest business at its best!! Hopefully I won't need to visit these folks too often but I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and will be stopping by whenever I need work done. Thanks iq!!! read more

My son broke his iPhone 5c screen. We asked around and the cheapest quote we got was $90, others even said "that's the minimum quote cause we don't know if there's something else that we may find wrong with with etc. etc... until a relative told us about this shop. I called yesterday and spoke with a gentleman and asked how much it cost to repair my sons phone he said $70. I'm like REALLY!!!!! I came this morning.
