    I recently purchased a website solution from squarespace. However when I checked out I had…read moredifficulty with their site taking my promo code. Once I completed my transaction I immediately sent an email requesting that it be honored with the promo code identified. Three days later I got an email from a representative requesting that I take a picture of the code advertised and send it to them. This was ridiculous. This company should know full well what promo code exist and those that dont. So they had me do more work as a new customer. After doing so I got no reply. I then sent another email on day 3 or 4 of purchasing my site and they said the code no longer exist and because of that they cannot honor it. This is absolutely appalling. What kind of business ethics and tactics is going mad in this company? So I am no reap the reckless management of how this company responds to its clients email inquiries? Not to mention SQUARESPACE offers no customer service by phone but yet showcases 24/7 responses. This is not true in my case. I even have a written apology in the first email apologizing for the late response. This is subpar and I am not not a happy customer. This is also a REALLY BAD start to doing business. As a result I will be ending my services with this company. If I am going through these experiences as a new customer starting off I can only imagine what fun awaits later on. I AM SHARING THIS POST SO OTHERS CAN BE MADE AWARE.
