mike is an ok person but he knows what he's doing. he thinks i'm from oregon which is wrong but he converted my entire collection of cheers vhs to digital so i could watch all my favorite episodes on the computer. quick turnaround cute butt. koala conversion will make all your stupid old videos great again. read more

I googled another printer... I came upon Rolling Press, that was about 4 blocks away from Staples... the super nice gentleman at the front desk informed me that they had just announced that they were going out of business and couldn't take my order, BUT referred me to Save Mor Digital Printing, which was actually much closer to my house... I'm sad that I wasn't aware that they've been around for 35 years... not only was the customer service at both of these small, independent stores FAAAARRRR more superior than my 1st experience, the prices were less than half. They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. Or online, which we now use for reorders. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I can't say enough good things about the team at SaveMor Digital Printing.

I needed to take a bunch of old family videos I had on VHS of my father and create a Slideshow/Video montage for his 80th birthday party. The videos were at my sisters in Massachusetts and I had them overnighted to Koala without any hiccups. Koala Conversion was able to make a flawless video that everyone loved. They made it extremely easy, they scanned, converted, and compiled all the material with a custom audio track for a very reasonable price. They were then delivered as a DVD and .mov and youtube link. Koala Conversion was extremely helpful in converting all my old VHS and MiniDV tapes to a digital file. After researching options I noticed that Koala had a more personal feel and the best price in all of NYC. They also offer free pickup and delivery. I just had my children's' home videos put onto a hard drive. I was really impressed with how quick the process was and how easy to use the hard drive is. We never watched these videos when they were on individual tapes. Now we sit at the computer as a family and spend hours watching the kids grow up before our eyes!!
