We each got our nails done and honestly if the experience was like this back home I'd get my nails done way more often! The nail techs were ready for us when we got there even on Christmas Eve Eve. My mom was seated first, then me 3 minutes later then my SIL 2 minutes after me. I'm not chatty at all when I get these services done and I loved the way my tech was on that wave too. Mom and SIL love to talk and were deep in convo with their techs. The manicure itself was thorough - my insolent cuticles were tamed and removed with ease - and the polish job itself was great. Appointments: They are an incredibly busy nail salon, so I highly recommend making an appointment if you're thinking about getting a service done. They do take walk-ins, but you may have to wait. Service: I have now been to You & Co 4 times. Interestingly, I have learned that my experience differs quite a bit depending on the tech I get. The first time I visited was in the summer because I had a gift certificate. Sadly, my first time was not a great experience. I told the tech that I had ingrown toe nails. She did take care of it, but within a day, my toenail was infected, was painful, and had pus coming out. I almost didn't return. Then, when my salon closed, I decided to give You & Co another shot, since they have overwhelmingly positive reviews, and my first experience could have been a fluke. I wish I got the name of my nail tech for this second one because she did such an incredible job. My gel mani and pedicure were meticulously done, and my no-chip lasted for over 3 weeks. The third time, I had a guy, who was also meticulous. However, he recommended no more than 2 coats on my gel manicure. I get the reasoning so that my nails don't look thick, but unfortunately, my nails started chipping in less than a week. My pedicure lasted for over a month though! The last time I went in December, they were really informative in helping me with some fun holiday nails. I opted for the cat eye nail polish, which I loved. What I generally appreciate about You & Co is that they are quick but mostly detail-oriented. If you're busy, this is great.

The nail tech, (Nam) doesn't speak English but pretends to.This is particularly annoying because she can't follow instructions. $70 mani pedi. Both were half-assed. Pedi: After cutting my nails, I asked her if she could go shorter safely- without making them too short. She nodded and cut the big toenail so short she drew blood. This is when I suspected she couldn't understand me. No massage, scrub cream was applied to my legs and then rinsed off-no scrubbing. No real attempt to get rid of calluses. Mani-my nails are on the shorter side and I just wanted them to all be the same length and shape. I had to correct her several times because she wasn't following those simple instructions. Some of my nails ended up lopsided anyhow. No hand massage, no lotion and sloppy polish application. I had to ask her to redo several nails. When she's done, she takes me to the drying table, tells me how long to wait and starts to leave. Until I call her back to turn the drying fan on. (I couldn't find the switch). She stomped off, never to be seen again. I had to ask one of the other techs to bring my bag and shoes over, because she didn't. This was very disappointing.

I cannot recommend Flawless more highly. I decided to splurge and treat myself to a spa mani/pedi…read morewhich after the long year that was January 2025 was very necessary. I was able to schedule an appointment with Vanidy for the next day using the Vagaro app. The only issue I had with the app was if you want multiple services that aren't already bundled (i.e. if you wanted a regular manicure and a spa pedicure) then you have to book two separate appointments. Also there's a discrepancy on how much the no-chip upgrade costs (website says $25 but Vagaro says $30; I believe it is $30). I was one of the first appointments of the day, so it was quiet and everything was gleaming. Vanidy got my pedicure chair ready first before having me sit down, which I appreciated. The chair was more modern and the massage feature was clutch. Vanidy was very thorough and treated my feet and legs with care. I opted to add the extra 10 minute massage, which was worth every second. I wish there had been a little more attention on the feet, but having the pressure relief in my calves was needed and appreciated. When we switched to the manicure station, I was pleased to see the furniture was more midcentury than a typical nail salon; made it feel cozier. Again, Vanidy had everything laid out for me and was again so thorough. In recent manicures at other salons, I've had to ask the nail techs to clean up spots where they left polish on my skin or hadn't painted all the way to the end of the nail, but not so with Vanidy. I was pleasantly surprised to get booties and warmer mittens on my hands during the paraffin wax treatment, and I practically melted being so relaxed. My hands were baby soft, which feels like a miracle in this cold winter. I am obsesed with both my mani and pedi and can't stop looking at them. I've been texting friends about Flawless and encouraging them to go, and plan on taking my friend here when she visits in March. While it's pricier than what I normally can pay for nails, I will absolutely be back when I next need a splurge.

Nothing fancy, just needing help with getting everything sorted after lots of yard work and that day needed to be at my hospitality job. As of today, 8/29, exactly one month after, both my left toenail is deeply ingrown and painful because of the shape it was cut, that I asked to keep the sides not rounded, but while I got my manicure, my nail bed and cuticle was clipped into so deeply it would not stop bleeding that the nail itself is damaged at the base. I am very sure the tech working that day knows exactly who I am. She hyper focused on my bleeding middle finger and I said "please just do the left hand for now, I have already been here far longer than expected and have to be at my job soon." She apologized profusely but kept using painful oils and alcohols that stung deeply on the cut. This is to say, I offered to pay BEFORE my nail treatment so I did not have to dig into my purse after. So for $72, I also left a $30 venmo tip to her. None of it was ever offered to be refunded. I did not have any time left to speak about wanting a refund, and was kindly accepting of her apologies, but now that a month later, my left toenail is still in pain is why not only do I want any type of a refund but will also warn others about going here. The fact that a nail paint color would be used on my nail with an open wound and the bottle placed back on the shelf for later use (I hope she threw it away?) is heads up enough. I would like any type of refund from this place. I, again, had zero time left to sit there and wait for the situation to be remedied that day, did my job limping along and a bandaid on my finger, and flew out of town shortly thereafter.

I went in for a dip manicure (which is hard to find around here, WHY!?). I didn't have an appointment. They quoted me a 20 minute wait, which was fine, and I sat in a pedicure chair while I waited so I got a little back massage! A few things: 1 - The colors were organized so nicely on the wall but were really limited. It wasn't until I was looking for 5+ minutes when the woman working told me there was a book with more colors. 2 - This was the fastest dip manicure I've ever had in my life. It wasn't a bad thing. In fact, I don't enjoy sitting at salons forever waiting for my nails to be done. But the shaping of the nails is a bit funky, they look like bubbles, and it's thick. She clearly rushed through getting them done. They look fine though, overall. But if they were trying to close or just couldn't take me, I would've found another place to go to. 3 - The cost was $50. I did not get lotion or a massage or anything. It was a no frills service, which again, was fine for me this time around. But I don't think I found **my place** yet.

At no point was I told there would be an additional charge, and it was presented as part of the manicure experience, not as upgraded nail art. When I checked out, I was charged an extra $15 for what they called "artwork." I was surprised because the additional cost was never mentioned beforehand or approved by me. If a service costs extra, customers should be clearly informed before it's done. What was most disappointing was the response when I questioned it. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, I was basically told that was just the price. As a long-time customer, that felt dismissive and frustrating. This was also not my first negative experience here. On a previous visit, I ended up leaving with only clear polish after being unhappy with the quality of the service, yet I was still charged full price. The issue is not simply the extra $15. I recently visited IPop Central Nail Salon with my best friend Ramone for his birthday, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! As someone who typically neglects foot care, my appointment was nothing short of transformative. The nail technician dedicated a tremendous amount of work and labor to restore my feet, which were in dire need of attention. Their skill and dedication were evident, and the result was nothing short of miraculous. What made the experience even more special was the care plan provided by the technician. It was tailored specifically for me, ensuring that my feet would continue to be well-cared for even after leaving the salon. This thoughtful gesture showed their commitment to customer wellness beyond just the salon visit. The salon itself is a beautiful space, creating a perfect ambiance for relaxation. The massage chairs were incredibly comfortable and added to the overall luxurious feel of the place. Another highlight of our visit was the friendly couple who owns the salon. Their warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch to the entire experience. I highly recommend IPop Central to anyone looking for top-notch nail care services. The combination of skilled professionals, fantastic facilities, and warm hospitality makes it a standout choice. I was so impressed with the service that I've already booked a follow-up appointment before the end of the year. This was, without a doubt, the best nail salon experience I've ever had. If I could give this salon 10 stars, I would. I love everything about this place! I ended up breaking a nail yesterday and I reached out to the owner, Mylinh, to see if I could get squeezed in this week for a "fill" and repair. Due to my busy schedule, she offered to have me come in 1.5 hrs before the salon actually opens! Mylinh goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful experience at her salon; she makes you feel like a VIP client. My technician today was Missy and she did an outstanding job. I've also had Adele as a technician in the past--she did a really great job with the complex nail art designs I had selected. All the technicians act very professional and they don't rush through their work. I can honestly say that I haven't been to any other salon that caters to their clients like IPop Central.

I was late to my appointment, and I fully take responsibility for that. They initially told me they…read morecould still do a pedicure and a nail-paint change for my hands. But midway through, the technician said she was running late and reduced the service to just nail-paint changes for both hands and feet. I was then charged $60 for a 20-minute dazzle dry paint change, even though their full pedicure + manicure with Dazzle Dry is $70. The way the service kept changing after starting made me feel completely misled and honestly, a bit cheated. If they had told me upfront they couldn't take me, I would've understood. RIDICULOUS THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE 60$ FOR A NAIL PAINT CHANGE. IM NEVER COMING BACK!
