My boyfriend and I come here every single weekend. The service is incredible, the food is absolutely amazing (restaurant style), and the ambiance is clean. They have specialty cocktails that are out of this world along with the most amazing menu. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken spring rolls, the filet sliders, their burger (is unreal), and also the popcorn is the perfect amount of butter and salt. I see a lot of mixed reviews here, but my experience is very positive. The theater facilities are great and it's a perfect place to see a movie. We've had dinner here numerous times, the standouts for us were the buttermilk fried chicken and fish & chips. A vegetarian that came with us recently praised the impossible burger. The food service has varied from slow to fast (mostly slow), but I would imagine it's difficult to provide fast service when it's busy and there are so many individual theaters to handle. But I'm always surprised on the amount of time it takes for the staff to come and take an order, and that they never have blankets. The food is decent, we got their super early so had a drink at the bar. The bar had a very strange smell so we took our drinks to the swings. We couldn't get what we ordered during the film and they kept trying to bring the check! It was a total icebox, I asked for a blanket and it was damp. I will NEVER go back. I absolutely love this theater. I wish they were all like this. Couple of things, popcorn used to be complimentary, it no longer is. No biggie you purchase at $4,00 for a small or $7,00 large. The blankets are still complimentary, although they don't smell "clean" I was appreciative they still offered them, since it was freezing. My husband said he saw them folding them from a random basket. He also asked a girl, didn't you used to have pillows and she said "yes, but we couldn't find a good cleaner so we discontinued them". So..... The food is quite pricey considering what you get. I ordered tuna jalapeño lettuce wraps, and mind you, I got them when the theater was pitch dark so I can't vouch for presentation. But I can say the size was 5 little "sushi like" wraps that tasted like they had a tuna purée. Not what I was expecting at all. My son had the Beyond burger, and it was beyond good. I had to try it and concurred. My husband ordered the chicken nachos and they were pretty decent size, and lots of condiments over it. My husband had the tuna with crispy rice and it was alright according to him. He says he won't have it again. He also had a margarita and he said it was "actually not good". He also had the tres Leche and said it was dry, and if anyone knows this dessert it's supposed to be drenched in sweet milk. He got our son a s'mores dessert and it tasted burnt. Like they put a torch over it all to melt the marshmallow but the rest of it got burnt too. Overall, the deserts aren't good. Such a disappointment. We entered the theater as soon as it was available to be seated in. We were the only ones in the theater and we ordered a shrimp cocktail and warm pretzels. As people entered the theater and started receiving the popcorn and warm food we called over a waitress who was not the original waitress who took the order and she said she would look into it. At this time, it was a half hour after our order was placed, A manager came over and said "we're very busy and doing the best we can". I proceeded to tell her that warm food was coming out and ours was a cold dish and now it was 40 minutes later and she again very disrespectfully repeated herself and walked away. The movie had started and we chose to just wait so we could view the movie. 10 minutes into the movie our appetizer finally came. Because of the dysfunction of the managerial person we reluctantly just ordered one more dish. It was the chicken skewers, which were very tasty , but small. Unimpressed. I took my wife and daughter here for mother's day to see Guardians of the Galaxy. The movie I would definitely recommend, the theatre, I would not. We arrived and figured out they have a parking garage. After parking and asking the staff inside, we found out that if you park above the third floor, you can get a code inside at the check-in desk so parking is only $1. We paid $19 per seat for the premium seating. We did this because my wife had been to a different IPIC theatre and you get free popcorn with the premium seating. Apparently, they don't do that anymore. So, we sat down, in very comfy seats, but never saw a waiter. We tried to pull up a menu, there is a QR code on the table to scan to get the menu on your phone. Problem is, there is absolutely zero cell signal in the theater. There is wifi, but it is password protected. I imagine we could have asked a waiter for one but we never saw a waiter. So, I got up and walked back out to the front desk and was given the wifi password. Why they wouldn't tell you that you will need one I do not know. Why a business that 1. you have to use your phone to get a menu 2. that has no cell signal service inside and 3. that provides you with guest wifi would require a password is just plain idiotic. So, I get the wifi password and ask about the free popcorn. I am informed that they don't do that anymore. I ask if there is table service for the premium seating we paid for. I am told, "Yes, but that is probably going to take a while". Great answer. So, I ask if I can just go to the bar (right across from the check-in desk) to get popcorn. The staff member says yes. I walk over to the bar where two bartenders are talking to a server at the other end and one bartender is having a conversation about with the only other patron at the bar, about his girlfriend. I stand there for too long until yes another bartender walks into the bar area and asks if she can help me. I order popcorn, am told they are presently making some, and wait for it. While I am waiting for the popcorn, I get a text from my daughter that the movie is now starting. The bartender hands me a bil for $9'ish for the popcorn. She walks away. I pull out my credit card and lay it down, hoping that she will ring me out so I can get back to my seat as soon as the popcorn shows up. She does a couple other things prior to coming back to grab my card. She is now waiting at what appears to be the only working register behind the bar. The bartender that is using it decides to stop and have a conversation with another server. Finally, I get the popcorn, pay for it and get back to my seat, where I have missed 5-7 minutes of the movie. I hand my wife her $9'ish bucket of popcorn, which was half the size of the large bucket at other theatres. Another 20-25 minutes later, a waiter comes up and asks my wife to hit the server call button to turn it off. He then tells her that if she doesn't turn it off after we get service, they won't know we need service. She then informs the clueless server that we indeed never got service. I may try another IPIC in the future, but it certainly will not be this one. Yes, we spoke to the manager. Yes, he was very nice. Yes, he offered to "make things right". I assumed that meant free tickets to come back to the place for more bad service. No thanks. read more

My boyfriend and I got to experience IPIC for the first time the other weekend. We both really wanted to see a movie, and decided to splurge and check out IPIC. We really had no idea what to expect, but we were blown away! The parking garage that is attached to the theatre has a special for IPIC attendees: If you park above the third floor and are seeing a movie, then they offer $1 parking for a max of 3 hours. Now, be prepared to spend a lot more than you would at a typical theater, but it will be worth it. We were able to book our seats for the afternoon showing of Mr. Rogers on a Saturday by downloading the app. It was simple and easy to do, and we got to pick exactly where we wanted to sit. Because the experience is much more intimate, there are less showings and less movie times than you would expect. I would HIGHLY recommend buying your tickets before you get there. We were amazed from the moment we walked in. I absolutely loved the decor, and it reminded me so much of a hotel lobby. We checked in at the concierge desk, where they printed off the tickets we booked online. We took a quick pit stop at the restroom (located upstairs$, and then headed to our theatre. We were shocked when we walked in! We got our own little pod to watch the movie in. The seats reclined alllllll the way and our ninja (what they call their servers) even brought us each a blanket! What service! The pods were so comfy, and it was almost like watching a movie at home. We hadn't eaten that day, so we decided to make it lunch and a movie. We started off with the mozzarella moons, fancy mozzarella sticks, that were absolutely delicious. We each indulged in an adult beverage, me a mojito and my boyfriend a Corona. I went with the chicken quesadillas, and boy were they yummy! The chicken was so fresh, and the portion was huge. My boyfriend got the steak skewers, and said they were cooked perfectly. We were also pleasantly surprised that as soon as the movie began, they walked out and handed us each our own individual popcorn bag!!! That was awesome! The ninjas are also available with a push of a button up until n hour before the movie ends. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be back. It pains me to write that it took me such a long time to visit IPIC Delray. Oh my goodness, what a beautifully designed movie theater with premium service throughout the movie experience. (Before I move forward, thank you Marc for gifting Sam and I a gift card to IPIC.) It would have taken me years to get myself over, but having a gift card motivated us to make a trip. Yes, you can watch movies on the cheap anywhere but if you want that special over the top experience this place is to be. We were treated like we were in business class of a movie cinema. The blankets, free popcorn, comfy reclining seats were the little perks. Our ninja server asked if we wanted anything to eat or drink. We ordered some shrimp tacos and mozzarella moons to munch on. The food was deliciously made and both were good choices. We had the prefect experience including the bathroom visit I made prior to see how far it was. Timed it to be 2 minutes and 13 seconds away from our movie theater number. (I was wearing heels so maybe I was slow)....But it's near by. And I loved the spa like design of the sinks. The service here is abysmal. We sat 15 minutes before showtime and told the waitress who was serving the seats next to ours that we would be ready to order very shortly. We didn't see her for another 20 mins as the previews were airing, and our 2 food items and 2 drinks (a beer and a water) all came at 10-15 minutes apart with the water being last after the start of the movie. Asked for m&ms with the check that came an entire hour later after dropping the bill for us to sign and us having to ask for them again. They ended up bringing the wrong kind (of course) and at that point there was 15 minutes left in the movie so we may as well saved the money and bought them at the gas station afterwards. Went to this theater to see Oppenheimer on a Friday Night. It was very easy to pre book seat tickets and check in once we got there. The server was quick once we requested one from our seats and she was very friendly. We had the truffle popcorn and some drinks. Reasonably priced. The seats were clean and comfy and almost therapeutic to be watching a movie in. I forgot I was even at a theater since. I was so comfortable. Will definitely return to this theater! read more

I have to say how disappointed I was with the service last night at IPIC. It was our first time there since it had open. We found our little pod and got comfortable and was introduced to our waiter he explained everything to us and said he would be back. Upon his return we told him we would like a drink and some water and we asked if one of the menu items had nuts in it he told us he would have to ask. After that point he disappeared. We saw everyone around us being served their foods and drinks people who even sat down after us had their drinks first. Finally we pushed the button and when he came back he asked what we needed we asked where the drinks were and if there were nuts in the dish he looked at us confused and said he'd be back. Once again we waited we were about 35 minutes into the movie when our drinks arrived and he said there was nuts in the dish and we just opted for some candy. After that point we never saw him again. It was so frustrating pushing the button wanting to order another drink and him not returning yet everyone around us was enjoying there drinks. We came to the conclusion that since we didn't order full meals we were last priority. I don't think this is right. Not only were we ignored but we were forgotten about over a simple question. Overall the seats/pods were 5/5 I would love to always to watch a movie that way The service however 1/5 it just isn't right and is not making me want to return to this location. Overall I'm giving the entire score a 2/5 as the service aspect distracted us from watching the movie and continuing to search for our waiter was a hassle. read more

A week letter I got a parking violation notice for $72.00 because I did not pay for the parking and validation within 15 minutes. If you go to IPIC in Delray DO NOT park in the garage. Since iPic was introduced to me when it opened in Mizner Park, I turned snobby on my movie theaters. I'm not a snobby person, just saying iPic changed the way I go to movies today. Word first broke about an iPic coming to Delray five years ago and this place just finally opened this month. My excitement for this place was pretty high, because Mizner was a whole new introduction to this little mini lux feeling; while viewing a movie. My inner child wanted to see this place, tried to do brunch but the restaurant is still in the works for the building. So it's only the food that the theatre offers which is substantial. I went to the first showing on a Monday morning. In my younger years, my friends and I always would go first showing on Friday mornings. I find it fun somedays to first thing see a movie then have the whole day and night. This particular morning, seats were booked but I ended up being the only person there. I loved it. I stuck with the seat I originally picked. I believe it was Sean or Jon that took care of me, the ninja server was on point. Helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Granted it was only 10am I ordered a Jack rocks and got some warm cheddar cheese biscuits with maldon sea salt & served with maple butter. Ate it all up and would get again. The bucket seats were cool but I felt they're smaller than what I am used to at the Mizner location. I like that the recliner buttons are moved to a higher location, as my leg in Mizner sometimes would move my seat. The center table is larger, swivels and has the server call button. They also don't leave out the blankets currently, but available upon request. The blanket is softer material and more silky than the ones in Boca as well. Thank you to Yuri also for going the extra mile helping out. Ipic in Delray is still in it the works, I am giving it full rank because I know it's potential, I like the style it brings, decor and service. Looking forward to what restaurant they bring. Presently bathrooms are on a separate floor from the movies. That will sting a lot of you but I feel it's a minor issue to whine about when I'm sure in time they will resolve it. read more

Used to be IPIC regulars, decided to give it another shot after a bad experience.. worst experience ever! Waiter never came back to take our order, we were ignored after requesting someone, then they brought the wrong food, then forgot an item we ordered to drink, bathroom was disgusting stinkier than I have ever experienced (almost throw up) and the front desk person attending today 5/21 at 3pm was ridiculous, she was rude to me when I asked for a manager asking me to step on the line as if I wanted to get close to her, then she was rude to another customer trying to figure out how to get the discount on the parking app. IPIC has gone downhill, luxury what? You will not stay in business long because you don't care our basics to include 1) customer experience, 2) quality of staff.. you will not have my business again! read more

I'll start with their app first. They had some sort of glitch where we couldn't purchase tickets from their iPic app for few minutes. Then we finally got the tickets for the Captain Marvel movie but I didn't like the theater as much as the Boca location. Here's why- first their interior design doesn't make sense. You have to literally go upstairs just to use the restroom while all the movie theaters are downstairs. What's up with that? Then there was no popcorn or blanket offered to us. I had to ask for the blanket and then we were provided. In the other Boca theater, the blankets are already there on the seats waiting for you. The Boca location also offers you complimentary popcorn which nobody did here. I didn't bother asking for it. Then my drink was the worst cosmo I have ever had and mind you, I order it all the time at the Boca theater but this location just didn't make drinks good. Now moving on to the seats, I feel these seats were a little different than the Boca ones and didn't recline all the way. They were not as comfortable either as the other ones at the Boca location. The sound quality of the theater could be better too - nothing impressive. Service was okay but they forgot to bring straws for the water even though I asked for it. Valet parking was good and fast. They charge $15 and $9 if you get it validated for watching a movie from the theater inside. Overall I'm not too thrilled about this iPic location and if I have to spend $100+ for the movie and the food then I'd rather go to the Boca location. read more

My son bought tickets to surprise me to see the Movie Wicked on Saturday November 23rd. The service was horrible and the theater was extremely cold. It was so cold I had to use two blankets to get worm. I had to ask our server twice to bring me a blanket. Our server asked people around us if they would like to purchase something to eat or drink but never came to us, we had to buzz him and ask to purchase a bottle of water. We had such an amazing time. The price is worth the experience!!! You pay online and pick your own seats out. Then you check in with your tickets when you walk in. They have VIP service at all seats. You just push the call button and you're served! They have a full food & bar menu. The seats are beyond comfortable and if you get cold they have blankets. Before the movie starts you can hang out at the bar/lobby. The bar tenders are super chill and fun. Movie theatre: 1st floor. Popcorn is unlimited and included in cost. Tap water taste filtered. No need for paying for a bottle. Restrooms: They are on the second floor, but just a heads up the washroom is unisex. Do you will see everyone washing their hands in the same area. Great experience as my first time. The premium plus chairs are worth the price which include comfort, privacy and unlimited popcorn. The staff was attentive and friendly which made the experience even better. We had the warm pretzel, although pricey, it tasted fresh out of the oven, crispy outside and super soft inside with a cheese sauce and honey mustard to dip in. The popcorn was pretty bland, not sure if we could've requested butter and salt to be added but I guess we'll find out next time. I came to see scream here with my daughter and boy did we regret that quickly! You walked in and it was a complete dead zone. The ambiance was dead. The manger looked busy without being busy. He was doing everything but managing his staff. The two young ladies behind the bar looked like one was training the other. They both looked like they didn't want to be there. Apps/drinks Ipic margarita - horrible it was so bad I couldn't finish it. Hardly any alcohol and whatever they put in it made my eyes tear and nose burn. It tasted like pure salt and lemon juice. Maryland crab cakes- amazing and highly recommend Caprese skewers - so so they were very basic looked kind of old. They also charged me for tandoori chicken skewers that was $6 more than the caprese skewers. I brought this to their attention and they never fixed it and proceeded to charge me. We went to the theater and wait time for a waitress wasn't bad. We ordered : Lemon pepper wings with ranch they were good but could have been cooked longer Warm pretzel with cheese sauce and honey mustard very good Snacks - popcorn and candy Coffee and warm brownies The waitress tells me 45 min later my card was declined. I explained I had no service and the movie is almost over and I'll go outside once it's done so I have service and can approve the purchase. She waited for me to do it right then and there which I missed the rest of the movie with my daughter. My phone died and I asked if I could pay cash. She said they do not accept cash and kept asking for a card. I didn't trust it and didn't give her another one. I asked if I can pay cash she said no again. I asked the women at the bar she said yes. They then said they could change it so she basically tipped herself. The service and ambiance and vibe and cleanliness was awful! The manager needs to learn how to manage and the staff needs to learn customer service! All the money I spent here I would have preferred to go to the regular movie theater or the boca ipic. The service here is terrible. The desk staff is incompetent and rude, parking in the garage is confusing and staff seems to not understand it as well. Food took 45 minutes to come out and waiter never returned with silverware after requesting it 4 times. Blankets were not clean and smelled like BO. Service button in seat does not work and our movie cut off midway through. We sat in complete darkness for about 5 minutes before the staff even turned on the emergency lights. I'd give their food a 7/10 (Just a friendly reminder that 5/10 is average, people) I f***ing love their popcorn, it's a fair price and great flavors. Nachos are always a safe bet, along with the truffle fries and mozzarella sticks. I've had the burger and it was nothing crazy but I have a friend who swears by it. The wings.... IPIC movie theater of Del Ray Beach, Florida. I had been going there for 4 yrs. It was the best theater! A little pricy but it was worth it for the comfort. $20 per tickets+tax and ser charge comes to $47. Cocktail $7. Lousy nachos, (totally made not the way it was requested), and also was charged $4 more than the menu price. Which I was charged $20 +2 tip. Why they charge any type of ser charge for box office tickets is beyond me. When all was said and done, I checked my bank account and they put a $75.00 hold on my card. When I inquired about this charge, I was told it was a new policy. When I complained to a manager, his response was "Oh well." There is no posting for a credit/debit card hold anywhere. It's not like I was renting a car. Even though I paid for everything a la carte, they still put a hold on my card which will take 3-4 days to drop off. This is BS. If I could give a zero star rating for this dump, I would, but I want to let everyone know what the new policies are for this movie theater. DONT GO HERE! read more

Hard to believe a high end theater with a giant building near downtown Delray, could be a hidden gem. And yet the IPIC Delray seems to be somewhat unknown. And thank god for that. That is just selfishness talking of course. When I finally got a chance to watch a movie there today, I was amazed how classy it was, and also surprised how few guests there were. Compared to the other locations that are often sold out days before, I was able to pick a great seat close to when the movie started. The hosts in the front, They were the new employees I think. Myself and another person were trying to get tickets and they spent a lot of time snickering to each other. Once I got the tickets I had my seats and 2 different people were helping get a drink and the complimentary popcorn. Both were served up in quick order. The drink tasted great, and the popcorn was lightly salted to perfection. As with all Ipics, the seats were great. I had my blanket and beverage and a decent movie; things couldn't have been better. I'm quite happy not everyone knows about this location yet. And if you find out about it too, count yourself lucky. read more

Baffled by the bad reviews on here. We went to see Mission Impossible yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The parking is only a bit confusing: you need to download the parking app and then get a promo code from the iPic desk that lowers the price to $1 + tax and start the clock on that before you go into the theater. The wifi password is on a sign at the desk as cell service was not available. Seats were awesome, sound was great, our server Cassidy was attentive, and the food came quickly. The $5 butter popcorn was more than enough for 2 and delicious. No complaints, would go back! read more

Probably one of my favorite movie theater experience. This was my first time at IPic and definitely not my last. I had high expectations and they were all fulfilled, I was super excited to try the spicy tuna crispy rice because it's one of my favorite dishes ever, and it was very delicious, not that crispy but I still liked it. I also got their small popcorn with truffle and parmesan which was amazing!!!! So much popcorn for a small size and amazing truffle and parmesan taste. My bf got the buttermilk chicken tenders and fries, I did no try the tenders but the fries were very delicious, crispy and tasty. The server took a while to come but I didn't really care about that because I had the whole movie to order and eat so that was ok. Definitely recommend :) 10/10 read more

Horrible experience last night. Went to see Barbie at iPic and was extremely excited for the top notch experience and service (like usual) at iPic but unfortunately it was horrible. I'll just lay it out below to make it quick and easy and apparent this place is closing down soon. - ran out of pillows and blankets - no more free popcorn - ordered popcorn at the beginning of the movie and didn't receive it until 50 min later - no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom - no service at the bar I get that COVID has ruined it for movie theaters but why am I still paying so much for iPic if it's now just your typical theater??
