The theater itself is upscale and feels more like a luxury experience than your typical movie theater. I've been to other theaters that try to offer food service, some closer to this level and others that feel more like a regular theater that just happens to serve food. I definitely prefer the upscale version, and this place does it right. Service is handled well and doesn't distract from the movie, and they stop taking orders with about 45 minutes left, which I thought was a smart move. My step mom and I went to an early afternoon movie. Unlike my previous experiences at IPic, there was no one in the theater when we arrived to show us to our seats, and it was difficult to find them. Typically, the wait staff is waiting in the theater to take your order. This time, no one came until we pressed the button on the table, and at that point, the previews had already started. If it was our first time there, we wouldn't have known to press the button. We both ordered chicken Caesar wraps, which were good. The sweet potato fries were crunchy and cooked to perfection. The food was good and the movie was great. Service just seems to be inconsistent. If you're looking for more of a movie experience, Ipic is the way to go! read more

Yes it's pricier than a "normal" movie theater...but some things are just worth it...and an Ipic movie watching experience is one of those things. The parking garage is super convenient in downtown Delray (normally a parking nightmare) and they give a less expensive rate when you park third floor and above. The interiors of the lobby are full of cool art and seating and it probably is a nice chill place for a cocktail at their lobby bar. We usually get our cocktail at our seat in the theater! They had a sale recently for the annual membership so I signed up and now we get free member popcorn and a discount on our food and drink tab when we go. In addition to other rewards and perks through the year (like a free ticket in your birthday month). The best part of Delray iPic is the seating...little cozy two people "pods" just secluded enough so that you don't have to see or hear your neighbors. The seats recline and have a cozy blanket waiting for you to use while there. We have always had excellent servers take our orders before the movie, bring out the food and drink in a timely fashion and discreetly drop the check at the end. They will also remind you when it's last call to order anything else before the movie ends. For food I am in love with their spicy tuna crispy rice. Went here with my Girl and was planning to buy some food and drinks but when we got to our seats the cup holder was greasy and it had garbage under it. I thought no big deal I'll just see if someone has a sanitation wipe or if someone can come clean the cup holders and table. Clean and trendy. This theater is very nice but it is up there in price. We like to save this theater when we feel like treating ourselves. You come into the theater and there's little pods that seat two people. There is a QR code that you scan to get the menu, and the server comes over and takes your order. Everything flows very well and the servers cause very minimal interruptions once the movie starts. They come to drop things off and check in on you a couple of times, but it was not disturbing while we watched the movie. We had a great time! read more

I hadn't been here in a very long time. The parking is a bit of an issue.There is a qr code you can scan but then upon examining the instructions, it says not to download if you are going to the movies. It says to go inside and get a code and make sure you pay within 20 minutes. Simple right? Wrong. I asked for a code - they said there is no code any more. So you are to go and scan their qr code, hook up to their wi fi which I dd and then either apple pay or manually put in credit card numbers. I tried both ways a few times - unsuccessfully. I had to go ask for help- tgw person at the desk where you get your movie tickets was helpful. She told me to sign out, sign in, do forget this network etc. Now I've been doing this for 15 minutes! it was crazy. Finally got it working- please make sure you take your license plate number with you (which I did thankfully!). Phew. Once inside, I was seated in Row B 1 and 2. It was a little obstructed to see the screen if you lie back. The seats are comfy. The bathroom was a mess as well which is why only 3 stars. I hope it continues to improve. Always a good time here . The movie times are typical for most movie theatre's . The perks and extras are the seats , the menus , drink options , and aura . The price is a bit higher than your standard movie theatre but it's due to the luxury effect here . Which I do not mind . We watched a pretty late movie that also was pretty long but the staff remained available and attentive the entire time . We went to check out our seats when we got to the theater and we found that one of the seats didn't recline. We went over to customer service and they immediately reassigned our seats. Make sure to get the parking code from customer service if you're parking in the attached lot and using the ParkMobile app. Loved having our own private pod to watch the movie. Since I can't reply, let's also note that this wasn't true because the entire theatre was empty, we didn't go in to disrupt anyone. They saw me vaping in a theatre that was empty and did not ask me one time to stop vaping or give me warning. The disruption was literally my friend being misgendered. I never got one warning I was kicked out. They use me vaping as an excuse for their actions. The movie theatre was 100% empty. If we were asked politely the first time to stop disrupting guests we would've bit the staff here are disgusting and there's many better options than this trash theatre. They claimed me vaping was a second warning when I wasn't even with my friend with the bathroom situation. I clearly can't be at two places at the same time. I've enjoyed iPic theaters for more than 10 years but after my experience yesterday, I will not return. First, the parking situation is a mess. iPic says it will give you a discount for parking in the garage attached to the building but it does not. We had to download a parking app, then apply a code for the discount. The app doesn't work. I've spent 10 years working in IT for a Fortune 100 and I couldn't get it to work. If you are planning to eat at the theater, please know their new policy is to charge your credit or debit card up to $75 even if you don't spend that much. And, they'll give you back the difference but that takes up to 3 days. So, if you order $50 in food, you'll likely be charged $75 and you have to wait up to 3 days to get a refund of $25. There are supposed to be blankets for patrons. They didn't have any. One of the employees told me there is a problem with their supplier so...... no blankets. I would have brought my own but iPic usually has them so I didn't. The theater was too cold for my liking. The bathroom was very dirty. Disgusting. The theater in general is no longer a clean setting - dirty markings on the doors, seating area, hand prints on the entrance doors, stuff on the floors. read more

Well halfway up the garage there is a sign(not a bar, not a gate ) you drive right by it and BAM. Parking isn't free. $87 ticket. Won't ever go here again. This is a bit of a different review -- of the facility itself -- rather than the experience. We'd had lunch on the avenue nearby and were heading back to the car. The Ipic building was intriguing -- neither of us had ever been there -- so we decided to explore. The doors were open so we entered into a beautiful large lobby that was completely empty. A very modern looking area with chairs and an upscale bar opposite what looked like a checkin desk in a hotel. As we were wandering around we were greeted by Sean who turned out to be the manager. He was so sweet -- he explained that they didn't open for another hour. And was kind enough to give us a mini tour. We saw one of the theaters -- with plush seating; we saw their dinner menu. And we learned that you can have the full menu at the bar even if you don't see a movie. There's also a happy hour menu. Right now, they're only open Thursdays through Sundays. Prices for movies start at $14.95. Although the venue has been there for two years, they did close entirely for about six months during the pandemic. They have a current flashback promotion, as well, showing classic movies. Pictures like the "Wizard of Oz" and "Dark Knight" and "Grease". You need to check for days and showtimes. This looks like a great place for a date night. And certainly a creative evening -- more than just "going to the cinema". Some films just are so much more effective seen on that "big screen". And had they had such a theater in my day, I'd have been duly impressed by my escort's ingenuity. See you at the movies! read more

I am honestly disgusted and appalled with the level of inconsistency, lack of accountability, and poor management I faced from this branch. Judging from the poor reviews prior I should have stuck with my gut feeling. My sister and I decided to take a trip to IPIC to view the new Mission Impossible- Dead Reckoning on Thursday 27th July, for the 6:45 p.m. showing. Now the tickets stated to reach at 6:15 p.m. which, surprisingly, we were early for. Seeing that we were the first ones there (black screen and all) we opted to wait a while. At about 6:30 p.m. people started to filter in and soon the trailers were cued. We ordered two drinks and two popcorns ( two coca colas and the truffle and churro flavors they offered). Which were nasty and stale might I add. They took FOREVER to bring the drinks. If I were to be choking, I'm dead. The wait for the popcorn was never-ending, so much so our drinks began to condensate. So much for a cold drink and popcorn. By the time they brought the popcorn, it was a watered-down mess of a drink. They brought one popcorn ordered, the truffle, and forgot the churro. I had to remind the server of the other order, and then she proceeded to look at me baffled as if I did not swipe my card in the initial ordering process. Thank goodness my sister and I ate before. If not we would have been past the stage of starving. If you guys think this is the end of it, it's not. Just as the infamous stunt scene was about to air on the screen, the electricity shut off and we were left in pitch darkness. I reckoned there was a generator because the lights switched on after. The members of staff took 15 minutes to then come and explain the situation. Passively might I add, " There is a lot of thunder and lightning and the movie will begin shortly". My sister and I made a unanimous decision to wait it out to see if there were to be any reconciliation to the horrible experience thus far. To no avail, we waited until 9:30 p.m. and no one came to give an update. We left the theatre, still contemplating if he made it through his jump and whatever happened at the end. I have only ever gone to IPIC one time, at the Boca branch years ago and it was an enjoyable experience. As for the Delray branch, it was the polar opposite. Regardless of the weather being a medium that we all cannot control, there is an undeniable lack of management at this branch. For a first-world country, this was a third-world service. It's either the GMs realign their focus or the parent company closes down this branch. What's the reason for keeping a branch functional if there is close to no productivity or positive feedback from the patrons? You guys have a bunch of immature children running this branch with no personal touch, consideration, or even experience in this field. The uniforms the servers are wearing were trashy and reflected poorly on the cinema. If you are looking for an enjoyable movie experience either stay in the comfort of your home or visit AMC. Really disappointed in the quality of this ipic. This has been our go-to theater since it opened, even through COVID. Lately it has gone downhill. The seats are dirty with rips showing the inner cushion, the theaters smell dirty, food/drinks take forever to come out, and now they've added a server "for the house" charge to the bill before tax. Management doesn't seem to care about the experience. Unfortunately we will no longer visit this location and it's truly a shame because it was such a great theater. read more

If you give iPic Delray a visit, you won't want to watch movies anywhere else. Here's why: Parking: use the attached garage and park on levels 4 + 5. Take the ticket and get it validated upon check in and it will cost only $1. $1 for downtown parking garage = score! Also, if you have extra time, check out the 360 views from the top of the garage... beautiful! restrooms: located on the 2nd floor, two options to get there. Use the escalator or take the elevator. The wash room is co -ed, don't be alarmed just wash those hands! While upstairs, check out the lovely artwork overlooking the balcony. I'd also recommend using the facilities before the show, as it is inconvenient to head upstairs while watching a movie. Theater: if you hate crowds, no worries here as the auditoriums are fairly small compared to Palace 20 cinemark in Boca or Regal. Every seat at the Delray ipic is the orange seats. Seating: our favorite part: two people pods. Reclining chairs + blankets, what's cozier?! Since we normally visit for date night, we love these pods and even before C19 we felt socially distanced. Each pod comes with a rotating table, with a call button for service. I love the cup holders on each side, perfect for those huge glasses of water they provide. Food: first of all, Keto peeps rejoice! Keto food + low carb alcohol drinks and desserts are available. My favorite food is the Tandoori Chicken Skewers. If you come early (30 mins prior show is recommended) you can catch the monthly special drink and food item being showed how it's prepared. I love that they switch up the menu monthly, it keeps it interesting. Membership: for $29/yr you get 10% off all food, tickets, and restaurant purchases. Free birthday month ticket. Normally love ipic. The seats and esthetic of the theater is a lot of fun and great to watch a movie in. Our server today was very subpar. I wanted waters for the girls and a cocktail for myself. My drink comes out within minutes but bottles of water are awol. Almost 20 minutes go by and I flag the waiter and ask about the water. He was like o no you didn't get it I'm sorry and runs and grabs it. Ok, so maybe that was just a simple mistake. However, it happens again with m&ms. Like we're not asking for anything you have to make, it's packaged and ready to grab. Another 20 minutes and again the waiter is doing last calls and I'm like listen, just take them off. He's like no its ok I'll grab them. And I say it's fine the movies getting ready to end. He insists and says there's 45 minutes left of the movie. We get the m&ms and there's 30 minutes left of the movie. Maybe it's nit picking but it takes me out of the movie when I'm stressing about water and m&ms for my kids. He also was totally confused that me as a single parent and another single parent were in a pod together and kids in seperate pods next to us and said next time we should just sit in single chairs. I don't know why the seats I chose are any of his business and why it effects him doing the check as I know plenty of people who've had to sit in different pods. I love coming here! It's so lovely inside. They have a bar downstairs that is nice to visit before heading into your movie. When inside, the nice chairs are in little pods with blankets. This style of theater is definitely not family-friendly, it's better for couples or two friends coming to see a movie. BTW, the IPIC parking code does not work in the parking apps either. This ruins the whole experience, and I would suggest people not go to this theater. read more

I honestly found Delray's iPic to be much nicer than Boca's but that's my opinion. Seating is perfect here, recliners go all the way back. & the outside area is pretty nice. The food was actually incredible here, I think we ordered maybe everything on the menu. Can't remember exactly how the food was at Boca's iPic but whoever is in the kitchen at Delray deserves an award. I think that the only major difference is that Boca's outside area is more catered towards getting drinks, etc. than Delray's. My wife and I decided to watch Aquaman 2 at iPic movie theaters in Delray, curious about its higher-class cinema and dining experience. A tip to all future visitors: the best time to arrive is 15-20 minutes early. The theater provides dedicated two-seat pods with comfortable reclining chairs, a small table, and a convenient button to call the waiter for orders. However, because we arrived late, ordering became a challenge due to the dim lights and an already playing movie... (for the included food pictures please excuse the low light pictures as I couldn't take better ones with the movie already started). But despite our tardiness we did manage to indulge in their filet mignon sliders - it was juicy and tasted amazing. The loaded nachos were very messy to eat in low light but also good; however, there was a surprise blast of jalapeños that caught me off guard. Lesson learned: be careful on what you're getting. On the happier side, their chicken quesadillas were an easy-to-enjoy delight; definitely something we would order again if we visit here for another movie because this movie theater is set up for you to eat while watching your movie my wife and I found that the recliner chair wasn't optimized for full comfort. The lumbar support was good but your neck isn't really supported and there's no button that controls the top of the chair only the footstool. However, our server was prompt in delivering our food despite us ordering way after everyone else. The ambiance of this theater is great and matches what it's trying to sell. Tickets here are pretty expensive so you'll have to budget more if you decide on purchasing its culinary offerings. The restrooms are decorated nicely too so make sure to check those out when you go! There's also plenty of space in this two-story location so don't worry about legroom or anything like that! The only issue is that seating is arranged in pairs, so larger groups will have to split up.
