I don't go to the movies very often, but when I do, I want the full luxury experience and Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas always delivers. The recliners are incredibly comfortable and fully adjustable, so fair warning: if you're watching a slow drama, you might drift off into dreamland. I personally stick to action, comedies, or anything upbeat just to stay awake in those comfy seats. Yes, tickets cost a bit more than a standard theater, but in my opinion, it's worth it. The theater is clean, well maintained, and offers an extensive menu with plenty of food options, sodas, plus alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with classic popcorn, and candy. The temperature is always just right, and the service is great. A server comes by before the movie starts to take your order, and your food and drinks arrive once they're prepared. If you need a refill or anything else, just press the call button at your seat and someone will be right there. Another plus: there are bathrooms conveniently located , which makes it easy to run out quickly without missing too much of your movie (which I did in WICKED). They are also ADA compliant making it comfortable and accessible for everyone. If you're looking to make your movie experience feel a little more special, this is the place to go. read more

I'm writing to share feedback regarding my experience to see The Devil Wears Prada 2. Unfortunately, several issues impacted our visit: One of the reclining seats was not functioning and would not recline. When I let our waitress know, she mentioned the seat was "supposed to be marked off," which was confusing since I purchased the tickets about a week in advance and there was no indication of an issue at the time. It was also pretty warm inside the movie theater. We purchased bottomless sodas, but after requesting a refill, we waited over 30 minutes and never received one. Even after following up, no refill came, and I ultimately had to leave the theater to go to the concession stand and causing me to miss part of the movie. Our food arrived halfway through the movie and was noticeably cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. I've always enjoyed Cinépolis for the premium experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. I've been to Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas before, and my first experience was truly special, which is why this visit was such a letdown. I went in with high expectations, and unfortunately it felt like I went out of my way to receive the bare minimum of what a movie theater experience should be. I do want to note that the cashier was very kind and helpful, but the refreshment ordering and pickup process really dampened the evening. I was told my food would be ready in 25-35 minutes, which would've put it about 10 minutes into the movie. That was fine, I expected it to be ready within that window. I even gave extra grace. However, after waiting an additional 10 minutes at the counter, I was told there were no fries and I could either substitute nachos or wait another 5 minutes. By that point, I had already missed about 15 minutes of the movie. I chose to wait, but the 5 minutes turned into 10, and when I finally received my order, items were still missing. Another guest in my party went to pick up her food separately, and that took longer than expected because her food was cold when she received it. Overall, the experience just didn't match the level of service or quality I've previously had here, especially given the premium expectation Cinépolis sets. I hope this was an off night, but it was disappointing enough that it made the entire outing feel more stressful than enjoyable. read more

Loved it. We caught a 5pm show, bathrooms clean, seats clean. Good service. I ordered 2 of the spicy strawberry jalapeño margaritas. The first one was visually more appealing but both tasted good. For entree, I was debating the brisket burger or meat lovers pizza. After discussing it with the waiter, he recommended I go with the pizza. It did not disappoint, good amount of cheese, thin crust...tasty! For dessert, I was intrigued by the churro donut. BABBBBBYYYYY, SO.DAMN.GOOD! The donut was soft but had that crispiness that all good donuts should have. It's served with vanilla bean ice cream. 5 stars! I got so damn full. The seats were comfy and the movie was great, but we ordered one popcorn and it took about 30-40 minutes to come out. We were wondering if we'd ever get it lol. It's sad. Growing up I loved going to the movies with my father. Now, I go with my wife and see the dirty floors. Going to the men's bathroom the urine on the floor, no rubber mats. It's the decline of cinema. You should take your shoes off when you enter your home otherwise you will have bacteria of a million others. It's revolting. Do you remember Sears ? Great seats and that's about where it ends. Theatre screen is mediocre at best. Volume I found to be ridiculously loud but these days most people don't go to the theatre as often as they used to and the volume isn't so extreme at home. Bathrooms are filthy. Building and inside look dated nothing luxurious. The popcorn was which they brought out twice was inedible both times. First time way too salty and second time stale. Waste of money. Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas in Jupiter has some good points, but it honestly doesn't live up to the "luxury" name. The food is extremely overpriced, the line is very long, and service takes way too much time. The theater itself is nice, but not as luxurious as advertised. The auditoriums are in decent condition, though they could use a style upgrade. Overall: it's a decent theater, nothing more. I'm giving it two stars mainly because of the very overpriced food. I don't have a lot of positive feedback besides the fact that we enjoyed the movie and our company.... Oh and apparently I had enough points with cinépolis to get a free ticket, that was neat. But boy does that place need some attention... from the disgusting restrooms (notice the pic of the ladies-room door, imagine how it smelled in there) to the lack of employees and how the establishment even runs. You walk in, and don't have a clue where to go, but there is no one to ask. You go to the kiosk to scan your online ticket and it doesn't work, maybe it should say the online ticket was enough to get in... but it doesn't. Then you give up on that and try to get popcorn but the only area there is an employee and popcorn, you can't actually order from. So you go to the overworked bartender, taking care of the people bellied up at the bar, that you have to wait for to make them drinks (rightfully so), just to put in an order of popcorn, to then go back to the employee that makes the popcorn at the original counter (where they couldn't take our orders). Needless to say, the poor bartender had to repeat these wacky directions to almost every other guest because there is no one else around and no signage. They really should have rethought all of the money they put into this place and hired people to just run it. Also, be careful what tickets you buy, some theatre/seats do not recline. Soooo I will stick to the reasonable, clean, comfortable, well run theatre in Stuart! read more

Was in town trying to avoid the hurricane and decided since this place had a 3D showing of one of my favorite Tim Burton movies (Nightmare Before Christmas), I took my niece and was immediately underwhelmed by the lack of "luxury" as soon as we stepped in the door.... There are 2 sides for concessions....and a bar. Neither concession side were for ordering concessions, you actually had to order from the bar - where people are also in line (one line) ordering drinks... And you were to pick up items from one of the concession areas. On the side that was serving already ordered concessions, there was no display of candy so it wasn't until we were walking toward the theatre, passing the other concession area did we actually see they had candy (it wasn't on the menu, that I recall seeing, to order it either). We ordered popcorn and at $10.50 for a huge bag that 2 of us ate from and couldn't (nor shouldn't) finish.... we apparently at that price purchased all the popcorn for the entire day for all movie showings - also with only one size available, who needs/wants that much popcorn?? And what a waste. We also ordered the Bavarian pretzel sticks. That came with a mustard and a cheese. That was pretty darn good. The other good news was they gave us an actual decent sized cup of water (not a 2oz cup) and didn't have to charge for that! Most places give you a bottle for the amount it costs to purchase an entire flat (or 2). The carpet in the lobby was really gross! I'd think they could clean it every so often and it would "look" more "luxury".... Once in the theatre, seats weren't "luxury" in this particular theatre... if "luxury" is in the name of your business, shouldn't everything be "luxury" about it? For $13 for a 3D matinee, it was still a good price. But the movie was viewable both with and without the 3D glasses. I am not blaming the theatre for that actual production, but how Disney made it - but it barely had any 3D elements about it. But I love that movie, so I still enjoyed watching it again on the big screen. I understand there are other specific theaters that have better seats and other elements of "luxury" but I have no idea what that looks or feels like. I think you're supposed to also be able to order food from your seat, but I'm guessing by how the lobby and concession areas look and how they are run, it doesn't look like I'd want a full meal here. I wouldn't come here for any normal movie/showing... and since I can't comment on the actual theaters that have any "luxury" about them, I don't really see any reason to try. read more

Omg I had the best time here! I highly recommend coming during the week because it was so empty and relaxing. We did the regular experience but were able to bring food and cocktails to our seats which was great! The seats were super comfortable and the service was pretty good. Good food, prices high but expected, movie was great. Enjoyed the reclining seats. I had one decent issue, however, that I felt was a bit disingenuous from a business standpoint. I went to a night showing and wanted a drink and popcorn with refills. So I bought that. On my first refill I was told I can't have a refill because the concessions were closed. There was no warning or anything when I purchased the item. So basically, I bought a single use item for the price of an unlimited refill item. Effectively, this place scams for money and puts the blame on you for not knowing their scam policy. I know the difference is about $5, but it's not about the money. You can't just scam people. Scummy behavior for sure. I used to view this as a luxury cinema but none of the other local theaters participate in this behavior. read more

This is my go to movie theater when I am in South Florida. We love the reclining lounge seats and the service that comes to you. I feel a little less gluttonous eating popcorn that is made with coconut oil. We have been three times and only had positive experiences at this location. We have ordered adult beverages, main food, and popcorn. We have not tried any of the desserts. The restrooms are conveniently located near each of the theater rooms. There is also a family restroom, which is helpful because my mom is in a wheelchair and needs assistance. The theater is clean, well lit, and worth the price. read more

They had 1 person working concession who was running around like crazy trying to make everyone happy. Saw a movie here with my wife and it was a really bad experience. They delivered the food an hour into the movie (it's only a 90 minute movie) and they didn't deliver our beers until well after that. Don't advertise that you do food and drink service if you can't handle it. There was also trash all over the lobby and the tables were sticky. The bummer is I'd been hearing great things forever about this place from my wife, and she finally went back with me after a few years and agreed it wasn't at all what she remembered. The theater seating is super luxury but the seats don't recline like other theaters. There is a large bar inside where you can have a cocktail or a glass of wine before the movie. There is also plenty of food choices in addition to the popcorn and candy that they will bring to your seat. Parking is plenty as it is located in a shopping center. read more

This theatre is near my home, so my go-to for movies. I went recently to binge all 3 parts to The Chosen, Last Supper. The Theatre itself could use an update, to be honest. But is serviceable. I have hearing issues, and asked for their closed captioning device. It was a strange contraption to say the least... a viewer on a long bendable pipe that is supposed to fit in a cup holder, I guess--but it didn't. It didn't matter though because I couldn't get it to connect to the movie. I probably spent the first 30 minutes trying to make the thing work, missing the start of the movie which of course, is not the way to begin the movie experience. Other issues: this movie was not on the "luxury side" which means no recliners, restaurant or bar service. I ordered tickets online and no mention of this fact. So I was disappointed thinking it would be awesome to watch 3 movies back to back in a recliner. The chair didn't recline at all. Just glided a tiny bit back and forward. Lastly, online it said part 3 would be showing that same day. The ticket person said not until Sunday.... but now I see online that one showing only for today (Wednesday) and none on Sunday. I am surprised this place can stay in business. Every time we come there is rampant dysfunctionality. On this visit, the ticket machine did not work. The manager could barely be bothered. Then, at the 4pm start time, nada. By 4:23 we had returned to the lobby twice to get someone to figure out to turn on the film. Last time, they could not figure how to turn on the sound. It's now 4:30 and we remain in the literal dark. Luxury cinema? Try third world cinema. Go anywhere but here to see your film. It will be in Chapter 11 soon anyhow read more

The entire experience at Cinepolis was excellent. The lobby is well lit and spacious, with comfortable seating. The bar was convenient, and service was friendly and prompt. Ordering from our seats in the theatre was a simple process, and our server, Joey, was terrific. There were plenty of menu choices. My burger was flavorful, and the toppings tasty. The truffle tater tots surprising: crips and light. Having our drinks refilled was a real plus. The seats were comfortable and the controls easy to operate. I only wish that at least one of the theaters had IMAX technology. Otherwise, an excellent experience. We'll be back! read more

I've been to this theatre twice. The luxury side is like night and day compared to the regular theatre experience. However, with that said if you are buying food from the concession area beware. The water bottles are $8.50 each, the food is also overpriced. The employee also failed to provide utensils within my "to go" boxes. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this theatre. For $20 a seat, this is what you get... nasty leftover food in between the seats, and broken torn recliners. Also, the bathrooms where falling apart as well, soap dispensers falling off the wall and don't work and same with the paper towel dispensers. I was honestly shocked by the lack of "luxury" the offer. Totally not worth $20 a seat!!! I have to say, this is unacceptable, especially for the area they are located. I don't go to the movies often, but I love going to Cinepolis, where we may start doing this more frequently. The cinema is gorgeous, with luxurious leather, reclining chairs, and adjustable snack tables. We watched Moonage Daydream during our most recent trip. The experience was terrific from start to finish, mainly because you feel exclusivity in the smaller-sized theater rooms with comfortable leather recliners that allow you to relax while you watch your film properly. read more

I have no words. We were expecting a great night at the movies in Jupiter, but the Cinépolis is fallen apart. Concessions stand closed, so we have to go to bar where only one guy is taking orders. Then we're sent to pickup counter, and they didnt check for our order... we said waters, popcorn, and then had to get to our seats to realize because we didn't say candy, so... they just didn't give us our two candies. Not paying attention. It said recliner seats on Fandango; our seats are completely not recliners but old seats. Auditorium was very warm, so we were almost sweating in our comfy attire. Lastly, every screen next to an auditorium entrance showed future releases... so we thought our ticket was completely incorrect until someone told us the screens aren't showing the movie playing in that room. Wow. This place was a miserable experience. Theater was dirty. 3 of the 4 items we tried to order was "not available" and then the one that was available the waiter joked that she was surprised it was available. Ordered two alcoholic drinks - never came. I would have told the waiter, but she never bothered to come back and check and the couple times I tried to flag her down, she ignored me. When she brought me my check, both of the drinks were of course on there. I asked her to change it and she said I could talk to the manager despite the fact that I never received them! I went to the manager and she credited me back the cost of the drinks, but on the way to the car, I looked at the receipt and saw she credited me back for the smaller glass of wine when I ordered the larger one. Went back and she corrected it. Finally, the audio in the theater was also strangely low. The theater itself is still nice inside. It appears all of their problems are staffing. If they could fix that, this place could be nice. Until then, beware. read more

If you are looking for great comfort while watching a movie and don't really care about the price, this is a great place. They have large reclining chairs for your comfort level and wait service to boot. It did cost me $10 for a water and $18 for a beer, however. Prices to get in weren't any cheaper. I used to love coming to this theater before the remodel. The seats were spacious and reclined and had a call button for service. They recently remodeled and I went to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and the remodel is absolutely terrible. The waitress had an attitude, the seats were much narrower, and they're so close together you're literally sitting right on top of the person next to you. They removed the lamps and tables in between the seats and the call button. The remodel is an epic fail I won't be back which is unfortunate because I'd go there often read more

We have not been to a movie theater in years, but our friends were raving about the luxury seating and food/drink service at the Jupiter Cinepolis, so we went to see Too Gun Maverick. We liked the reserved seating and being able to order our alcoholic beverages from our seats. The servers did a great job explaining the order and payment processes and the service was great! ...and if you haven't seen Too Gun Maverick, be sure to watch it on the big screen. Sequels are normally disappointing, but this one was definitely better than the original Top Gun. read more

They want you to order food at the chair but after waiting 20 mins after I hit the call button(place was not busy) we had to the bar just to get popcorn because they don't have a regular concession.
