These were all part of a full renovation that replaced the old seats. There is wide spacing between rows and in between seats. Super comfy. Relax inviting environment perfect for families, couples and constant moviegoers. Clean and open concession stand. Always great theater to watch a movie. Regal Magnolia Place in Coral Springs holds a special place for me, and a great deal of that comes down to Taylor. She is the manager there, and there is no question that she takes her role seriously. What stands out so clearly is the depth of care she brings to her work. She approaches the theater with the mind of someone who understands that going to the movies can still feel magical when the right people are shaping the experience. Taylor is a curator of experiences, and that matters. Late last year, I came in for my weekly movie and found something genuinely memorable waiting there. Taylor and another Taylor, the pair I still think of as the Talented Taylors, were performing a medley inspired by the new Wicked film. They were in full costume and fully committed to the moment. That kind of effort leaves an impression. It takes imagination, heart, and real dedication to create that kind of atmosphere for a highly anticipated release. Most people in management keep things moving. Taylor creates memories. She gives people a reason to feel that this location carries a spirit of its own, and the children (and adults) that wanted to take photos with her (dressed in full witch attire--green skin and all) reflected that in a truly theatrical way. That spirit can also be seen in the team around her. People like Zoe, Taylor, Rahanna, and Zack clearly reflect a culture of patience, professionalism, and care. Anyone who has spent enough time in Coral Springs and Parkland knows that customer entitlement can be very real, across all ages, and this team handles it with far more grace than they should ever be required to summon. Their composure, patience, and consistency deserve real acclaim from Regal's higher-ups. Work like that should be noticed, valued, and rewarded. Seriously, Regal. Invest in this location. I ended up coming to Regal Magnolia Place because I got an email notifying me that Regal Cypress Creek Station was closed as of March 9th. The theatre lobby was large with a concession stand, service desk, and game area. After waiting in line, I approached the concession stand to purchase a ticket and redeem my free small popcorn birthday offer. I asked for no butter on the popcorn, but it was still added which got me a bit upset. There are 16 air conditioned theatres showing different movie genres. The theatre I went into was small and spacious with comfortable leather reclining seats. I had an interesting experience watching In The Lost Lands starring Dave Bautista and Milla Jovovich. I'm not sure when I would return to this Regal location, but you'll never know. read more

This is my second time visiting Regal Magnolia Place. Came here on a mid day Monday showing to see Terrifier 3. There was no one at the front box office, managers desk or even door. A bit disappointed they did not have the Terrifier popcorn bucket at the concession stand. The popcorn was okay, could have been fresher. The theatre was quite empty and I will say this location has one of the best stadium and reclining seats in town! Both times I have come here to see a movie, it absolutely freezing and sound was so loud I ball up napkins to put in my ears. We noticed 2 different parties stroll in about 20-25 min. Into the movie who were under age. The group of 3 teenagers decided to sit a row behind us and were talking amongst themselves making it really distracting to enjoy the movie. Shortly after 2 managers did a walk through seemed to have look at every single person in the theatre, not say anything to any of us and then exit the theatre. Overall, love this theatre strictly for their comfortable reclining chairs. Be aware bring ear plugs and a jacket! read more

We arrived 5 minutes before the movie. Between the previews and commercials this should give us enough time to buy overpriced concessions. We entered the concessions line and waited there about 15 minutes. There were only two parties ahead of us. The young employee was by herself, taking orders, charging customers, cooking food, getting drinks and popcorn. We alerted someone at customer service after waiting a while and they said they "had sent" someone. What a terrible experience. This movie theatre is a reason why I do not associate myself with movie theatre employees. A lot of power trippy and worthless neck beard trash employed here. I went here in 2019 to see the movie IT Chapter 2 with my friends and we already bought the tickets, when we showed the usher the ticket she said she can't let us in since we were all 16 years old at the time and they wouldn't even refund us the tickets we bought. A manager intervened and did tell us that if one of us brings a parent to tell the cashier that we had permission to see the movie then it would be okay. A few weeks later we did what they told us, one of our friends brought their Mother so we can get permission to see a movie. When we were about to buy the tickets the employees decided to change the rules. Instead of bringing in a parent to tell the cashier they have their permission, they decided to change it to where the parent needs to buy a ticket and attend the movie with us. The manager never said anything about a parent needing to buy a ticket or having them sit with us during the movie in the first encounter we had with them. The employee must have felt like a lawyer that just won a case in the Supreme Court when he changed the rules. I forgot the name of the employee unfortunately but he did look like the typical people that you would see in the anime conventions. It was a short man with a neckbeard and messy hair working there in 2019. I also forgot the name of the first employee that we encountered too, she was the usher. It was a Hispanic woman working there in 2019. I only see myself returning to this movie theatre in the future just to show off my money, cars, and gold jewelries to those two employees. read more

I went two days after opening night of the new spider-man movie, at the concession I asked for popcorn with no butter. I was given extra butter, no worries I just asked for no butter again... Same guy gives extra butter, after I asked for a third time for no butter he sighs, rolls his eyes and gets me no butter popcorn. I asked for a pepsi and a lemonade, I get handed sierra mist and sprite. I'm really not sure what has happened to the quality of this place I've gone the last 16 years of my life and now felt compelled to leave a review because the standards are dropping. Located in the Magnolia Shopping Center on the corner of Westview and University, we frequent this theater because the location is good for us. During a week night is the best time to go because the kids are in school. Otherwise it's a big noisy hangout. Tuesday nights are reduced tickets for $7.89. Sixteen movie screening theaters give you a big choice of movies offered. They have fairly comfortable reclining seats. The theaters are carpeted and could use frequent cleaning to keep it smelling fresh. Seats are chosen and reserved with purchase. Ordering on line with the Regal App or Fandango App make ticket purchasing very convenient. The refreshment line reminds me of the security lines at the airport. The long line wraps around and around. A few restaurants near by make it easy if you want to save time dining before a show. read more

Unfortunately, I was not expecting this theater to be bad. However, most of the staff do not seem happy working here. Several minutes into the start of the movie, we noticed the surround sound was not operable. After bringing ti to staff attention, they said it's fine. Really??Due to the in convenience and complaining to the night manager, we were comp'd tickets to come back later. Second time around, things were better. However, third time and we were dealing with the same issues. Great location, conveniently the only theater in Coral Springs, but the lack of quality and attention to details warrant to low review. One of the worst theaters I have been to. Not sure how it's still open for business. I'm assuming because there are not many theaters in Coral Springs. I went on a Friday night and you would think the theater was never open on a Friday before with how slow the service was. If we wanted hot food (e.g., chicken tenders, pizza, mozzarella sticks, etc) you had to wait 15-20 mins (this was for ALL hot food). How is this possible? I've never experienced that before. I've experienced certain hot food items taking longer than others but not everything. I settled for the nachos, cheese & jalapeños since it was the fastest thing they can "make". The cheese was cold and I didn't get the jalapeños-- they took too long to give them to me (I'm not sure how?). The entire theater is littered with popcorn and napkins and other food on the floor. When you pass the bathrooms, it smells horrendous. The seats do not recline and they don't even have a tray table to put your food. I was putting my food on the arm rest and on my lap. I was uncomfortable eating the entire time. Im glad the movie we saw was good because other than that, the theater going experience was not the best here. I was really disappointed. 10/15/2017 7:00 p.m. Auditorium 9 After talking to a friend, I decided to give Magnolia another chance. After all, it's been a long time since we were there and had such a horrible experience. I hoped they took their customers' complaints to heart and made corrections as needed. I will say what I personally told the MOD, Michael, tonight. The place has been turned around and I am so pleased that they have worked so hard on hiring a new team, improving customer relations, and implemented a system, whereby attendants do a walk-thru every 30 minutes or so. Everything was spotless; right down to the cup holders! Ashley at concessions made a fresh batch of popcorn when I asked her if it was fresh; not because it wasn't, but because she aimed to please! And the young girl who took our tickets was courteous, smiling, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Thank you, management! If I were to rate this theatre for the first time, how different my rating would be. Magnolia Regal deserves all five stars today. What a comeback! read more

I come to this movie theater so much it's becoming insane. First off, they remodeled the mass majority of the movie theater. The lobby could really use a remodel however and honestly they can step up the food menu options as well, so there's the opportunity for a 5th star. All theaters have leather seating with recliners, this is just something that can't be beat as most movie theaters are moving in this direction. Going to the movie theater has always been a treat to me. Whether I'm on a date, with a group of friends or alone because no one wants to watch the latest Reese Witherspoon "rom-com" with me, the idea of going out to the movies is something that never gets old. With more higher end theaters like iPic popping up, other theaters have to step their game up or get lost in the shuffle. The Regal Magnolia Place 16 does a good job of keeping the standard or traditional movie theater experience while having a few, yes, few amenities. I came in for a matinee which cost me $9 (iPic is $18). I was able to pick my own seat, which didn't matter because the theater was empty. The concession stand was long and filled with tons of things my diet doesn't allow but I eat anyway. I grabbed my go to pretzels and coke which set me back $12. Yes, I spent more on food than the actual movie- are you judging me? The theater I was in was very nice! I loved how much space there was in between rows. The seats reclined and even if they didn't, they were very roomy. All I needed was a blanket and I would have been in heaven. The theater was very clean and the quality of the projection was great. They had employees walking around the theater a little too much. I don't know what they were looking for but it did become distracting at some point. How many laps are they required to do? Overall, this is a great place to see a movie. I would definitely go again. When you don't want to burst your budget from iPic you definitely can come here and enjoy the show. read more

I used to come here a lot and stopped going to the movies all together. Finally returned to watch Creed 2 and loved the experience. They have e definitely upgraded the theater. I like being able to pick your seats. I absolutely love the bigger isles so you don't have to get up or pull in your legs if someone walks by. I really loved the reclining chairs with bigger seating! Even with my legs extended and being 6 foot tall, people walked by and I didn't have to move. The theater is very clean and as usual the crowds here are more respectful, though the typical lazy people who leave their garbage still exist. The video and sound quality is great. The theater was definitely cold and I was wearing a long sleeved shirt, so dress accordingly of bring a throw blanket like I saw others do. Between tickets, and snacks, its definitely pricey but worth it for this theater. read more

ordered tickets online there was wet floor signs right at the entrance and to order tickets you need to go to the booth inside. instead of the window which no one was there but luckily we got it online . then. went to the bathroom probably the dirtiest of the whole place dirty bathrooms not cleaned no soap in the dispenser and only 3 stalls in each bathroom they have a mini arcade i believe we got our tickets checked and 3d glasses that was smooth. then we got in line for the concession stand and there was a huge line there was two people working the register but the guy behind it didnt say anything so no one new there was two separate lines or we would of got our stuff faster. the icee machine was half broken and they had a limited menu at this time so not many choices the popcorn was good but they pour it on for you the butter and. give you drinks its not self serve other then that great plaza. lots of shops around . read more

3/4/2018 - First time in this theater. We came to see Black Panther at 5:15 p.m. The theater was not busy at all. You can pick your super comfy recliner seats before hand. The seats are very comfortable. The theater and the facilities were clean. It's a great venue, and I'm glad it's located near me. There are plenty of restaurants near by to grab a bite or drinks before or after the movie. I saw a sushi spot, Mexican food restaurant, a sports bar next door as well as an ice cream shop and even an Anthony's Pizza. There is plenty of parking since it is in a big shopping area. I can see how it could get crowded and busy so I'll stick to earlier times on the weekend. read more

The manager in the place was a complete asshole and I wouldn't come here again but it's my local theater. He said "I wasn't talking to you" when I asked a question and was completely out of line. The guy who checked our tickets also kept making weird ass jokes saying he doesn't want to recheck our tickets and harass us because the tickets were invalid. Went to see Otto yesterday afternoon. I needed to borrow the headphones so I could hear the movie. (My hearing aid battery died) We received one set of headphones it did not work. We returned it and received another set, this also did not work. The manager had promised to come to check on us during the movie. She did not come to make sure all was well with the headset.
