They had attempted to activate my previous phone for me as the new phone I just purchased and had delivered was damaged and wouldn't work properly. When trying to reactive the old phone, they mistakenly put in the activation date 2 days in the future instead of today as they were supposed to do. We walked back into the store 2 hours later to get the problem resolved and with NO CUSTOMERS in the store, the manager Chris announced that they weren't helping walk in customers and to go to another store, maybe I could get it fixed in 2 days. RIDICULOUS!!! When I walked in, he was sitting on a chair with no one in the store. He proudly showed me his badge so I couldn't mistake his name with another staff member. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service, I suggest you choose another store to spend your money at! Or maybe even pick another cell service provider. Buyer beware!

At the time, I already had Mint Mobile, so they opened a temporary number and told me they could transfer my real number later. When my Mint plan ended, I went back to the store, asked them to add my real number, and requested that the temporary number be removed. However, Xfinity did not process it correctly. The temporary number stayed active, and I was charged over $40 per month for several months without realizing it. When I first contacted Xfinity, they acknowledged the issue and told me I would receive about $400 in credit. Later, they changed their story and said there was no record of that promise. After a long and frustrating process, I only received a partial credit. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. In my experience, the employees were careless and irresponsible, and even when the mistake was caused by Xfinity, they did not take full responsibility. Please check your Xfinity bill every single month. If you do not mind money being taken from your account without realizing it, then maybe Xfinity is fine for you. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

    I couldn't get any responses from AT&T customer service and was on the phone for nearly 3 hours…read morethis morning to cancel my Internet-Air account. Their webpage had only one option for suspension, and no option for cancellation other than to call a service number. I called that number, and 7 other numbers suggested by various reps without any resolution. Either they put me on hold or bounced me between their business support and consumer support. They were asking for phone numbers, account numbers, and all kinds of information, and at the end, they responded that they cannot handle it and referred me to different numbers - some were trying to help, and many were no help at all with a heavy accent. T I was so furious with AT&T service representatives after 3 hours, and decided to stop by the nearest AT&T store, at the H-Mart shopping mall in Cupertino. Kiely (?) helped me out after my desperate ranting; she was very professional, calm, and knew exactly what she was doing, and she was able to resolve my problem in like 6 minutes! I was so relieved. I could not imagine how 7-8 service/technical representatives could not handle what she was able to do in 6 minutes! Kiely was wonderful, and I am very thankful for her knowledge and understanding. Next time I need anything with AT&T, I'll run this place without hesitation. This store is at a convenient location with plenty of parking spaces, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to all my friends.

He also patiently sat with me for over an hour to make sure all the data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. I didn't feel rushed and was able to complete everything on my phone. If anyone has questions about the phones or service plans, I can't speak to other representatives from this store, but I highly recommend asking for Jason to help you. He also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese if that helps.

During the visit, Mike also asked about the screen, which had been replaced a few years ago at a different location (which I won't name). He pointed out that the previous repair used a lower-quality screen rather than a genuine one, which finally explained some issues we'd noticed back then. Mike replaced it with a proper screen, and now the phone feels like new--perfect for my daughter to keep using. Since he did such a great job on my wife's phone, I decided to go ahead and replace the battery on my own iPhone (12 Pro Max) as well, since it was down to 69% maximum capacity. That's why I'd definitely recommend Mike and his shop to anyone who needs device repairs or parts replaced. He's honest and will let you know whether a repair is actually worth it. I'll definitely be coming back when my kids break their devices, and I'll continue recommending this place to anyone who needs their device serviced.
