We came here for lunch with the kids the other day because they love Vietnamese food. We ordered a vermicelli bowl with everything, a kids meal pho that came with a soda, spring rolls and pork salad rolls. Everything totalled up to about $50 so not bad! My kid even had leftover soup to take home as well. The service is always great here. Fast to greet you, seat you, and take your order. The food is pretty quick too even though the restaurant was busy. Overall it was a great experience and I keep coming back here for more every time. read more

Our family LOVES IPho and Grill! Anytime we are deep south side this is our go to for Vietnamese goodness! First off, the location is gorgeous - large, bright, spacious, tons of windows, and modern decor with cool lights and funky touches. We are a BIG fan of the vermicelli bowls and salad rolls here. The shredded mango salad is also delish! The staff and service are always top notch! And they have to go containers for your beverages if you don't finish in store. I have now eaten here multiple times. The staff are wonderful and have remember us from previous visits and even remembered our orders. The food.... well, I've travelled a lot and love Vietnamese food... often trying to find the best in the various locations I've been too... well IPho, has claimed that title as the best. The meat has been prepared in such as way that it is so extremely flavourful and tender. This place has become the standard to which all other Vietnamese restaurants are being judged. Wow. Happy to have a neighbourhood haunt THIS tasty! I'd heard through the grapevine they were able to serve gluten friendly meals and they were MORE than able! EVERY vermicelli dish was able to be served gluten-friendly! So spoiled for choice, I ordered the #86 with chicken (she said you get more than the beef...good choice!). I ordered the Combination #5 for my other half because I know he likes to try ALLLLL the things. Also ordered salad rolls - more on those later! The only item not gluten friendly was the crispy spring rolls. Arrived for pickup and waited outside - the Gateway doors are locked in the evenings, but they will let you in - use the door right next to the parkade ramp to get in - just off the parking lot and there is a bright Open sign to direct you to the right corner of the building. Prices were really good for take-out. I always tip 20% for take out during the pandemic... and it was still an affordable meal for 2. The meal was ready to go when I arrived - I was in the parking lot when I ordered, so I waited the 15 minutes before going inside to pick up. I'm not rushing a restaurant by staring at them, nor am I going inside with unmasked patrons if I don't have to. Got my order and headed home. didn't open the bag or double-check. got home and unloaded the FEAST! Holy wow portion size! There was enough for two or three meals EACH! The salad rolls - these were ROUS - rolls of usual size! HUGE long salad rolls filled with pork and shrimp. Both meals were really tasty. Headsup for spicy alert - I must have missed it on the online order - #86 has a few dried chili peppers... but not so much I wouldn't eat it! I tasted Combination #5 - also delicious - very tender beef! We are looking forward to our next order. Great food, great service. First time at iPho & Grill. My husband and I had vermicelli bowls and my son had lemongrass chicken. Large portions and everything was delicious. Loved the spring rolls which had a unique flair. They brought us soup to sample, also delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and following all Covid protocols. Thought I'd check out the new Viet cuisine up and comer in the neighbourhood... and wow was I not disappointed! Stopped in to order a vermicelli bowl to go... their selection of meats outnumber any of my fave Viet places, so I took a chance on a beef item that I had never seen before. Left to go run an errand and when I returned, the lady explained that they were out of that item but that they'd give me a 3 meat vermicelli bowl (shrimp, pork, chicken) and add additional beef because I don't eat spring rolls (sadly, they don't have a GF option) for the same price (since I had already paid). I still had to wait for them to make it...but I don't regret it for a second! Holy moly! Was that ever delicious! The fish sauce was pungent (like how fish sauce tastes when you buy it at T&T, not the sweeter kind that you get at some other Vietnamese restaurants), and all of the meat was incredibly well seasoned. I saved the beef for last because it was so thinly sliced, but so juicy and flavourful! YUM!!! I was sad to see that the restaurant was empty around suppertime, and hope they get big lunch hour crowds... bc I want this place to be around for a good long while! I took one star away because they're not on Skip The Dishes. It would have been easier to order takeout prior to going there and ordering, so that I could have just picked it up. Came here on a Saturday around lunch with a group of 6 and got a table right away, seems like the restaurant isn't too busy being so new. The restaurant not to big but SO beautiful. Modern with little hints of Vietnamese culture. However, as a result of its recent opening they didn't have there liquor license (meaning we could not be served liquor) so that was a little upsetting. But they certainly made up for it with the HUGE menu and delicious food. The service was pretty good, nothing out of this world but I have nothing to complain about. We ordered: spring rolls; not a fan of non-veggie spring rolls, but was impressed green onion cakes; i oved them!! dumplings; i don't recommend, they weren't that good, liked the sauce a lot thought, complemented the green onion cakes. #30 beef noodle pho; decent special fried rice; super flavorful beef & black bean sauce; yummy sizzling prawns: not bad, the actually prawns lacked seasoning sizzling chicken cashew; pretty good coconut rice; SO BOMB, completed all the the beef, prawns and chicken sauces. Our bill was about $150! We shared everything so they gave us bowls and plates for the dishes! We also order a bunch of flavors of bubble tea, my favorite was the lychee!! Side note: they carry vegetarian and vegan options so that's a plus :) Overall the service was good and the food was even better. Would totally come back again! read more

This is the second location for iPho, but separate owners. Price wise, I would say it's more pricier than the average Vietnamese restaurant. At $14.45/$15.45 for a vermicelli bowl, initially my first thought was, nope not coming back here. BUT after picking up the food, I was pleasantly surprised with how much food was included. We ordered the 4 and 5 item vermicelli, and there was a VERY generous amount of meat and a huge spring roll! And the plus was they didn't try to over fill it with bean sprouts to take up space, like many places do. And food tasted good! Overall, a bit pricier, but new and nicely decorated place and good quantity for the price you pay. read more

This is a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. We ordered salad roll for the appetizer. I liked the salad roll but nothing special. For the main course we ordered sizzling seafoods and curry prawns. The sauces were a little bit salty for both. But the vegetables were cooked perfectly. The server seemed not enjoying her job though. I was actually their first customer a year ago. The light fixtures were not even completely installed. If your Jeep, Dodge or RAM needs service across the street, this is a nice(er) place to wait for your vehicle and grab a bite to eat. And since US vehicles break frequently, you will be here often :-) I like their menu, friendly staff and affordable prices. read more

I went for pho tonight with my family ordered the spicy beef soup. The broth was good. We also ordered spring rolls which I am a proud dog owner of a very large mastif and the spring rolls smelt and tasted like what my dog smells and I can imagine tastes like. He's a dirty dog too lol I sent them back they made us pay for one order which I agreed to be nice but worst spring rolls ever! read more

The staff was great (the one young girl seems grumpy as she rarely smiles, but once u get talking to her...especially cracking jokes, she opened up and smiled and laughed with us. She also cracked a joke at the end of the two of us ordering $100 worth of food). We ordered our dinners (two rare pho soups with extra beef, shrimp and brisket which we loved that it was served on the side, and spring rolls). The food tasted great, served fast. Place is clean and decorated very nicely. Modern, stylish design. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Rice paper rolls with chicken were very good as an appetizer with a nice peanut dipping sauce. Try pho at every different place. This was good but had much smaller amounts of meat then what I have received in other pho soups. Wonton soup was OK. Was in a pho broth with lots of oil and not the usual wonton broth. Found again this soup has very minimal ingredients. Hardly any vegetables etc and did not at all taste like the normal wonton soup due to the broth read more

Ordered from here a few times usually its good, but unfortunately this time I ordered for myself and 2 co-workers and every order was wrong. 2 of us got the vermicelli that didn't come with cucumber, bean sprouts, or rice noodles and the third person got a soup and asked for no onions but was given onions. On top of that we all ordered hot sauce instead of fish sauce but we all got fish sauce instead of hot sauce so I had to go back and pick up the hot sauce which caused me to burn 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break. read more
