Read the review, saw all the photos and also menu. We had to try this place. We ordered the following items: Drinks: Lychee Lemonade - Excellent and very refreshing. You can taste the lychee and hint of lemonade. They put some puree lychee and a whole lychee in the drink as a garnish. Mango Dragon fruit Tea - Very tasty and fresh. Packs lots of flavor, you can taste the mango and the hint of dragon fruit. Garnish with a mint sprigs and a dehydrated blood orange. Food: Spicy Won Ton - Won Ton was wrapped in a thin wrapper and the filling is excellent. Lots of flavor and a light kicked from the chili sauce. Mushroom and Rib-eye stir fry over rice - beef and mushroom cooked perfectly together, beef was super tender. Shaken beef with Garlic Noodle - Beef was packed with flavor and the garlic noodle was good but needed more flavor, not enough garlic but still good. The staff are very tentative and super friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean. We got there early so we did not have to wait. We defiantly will return when we are back in SoCal.

The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion. It's really the pho that shines through at this restaurant. Parking can be a little tricky during peak hours.

The service was great--friendly and responsive. They have a small lot which was fine at 530pm on Sunday but probably problematic at lunch or normal dinner hours. My one complain was dirty dining room. Maybe it was just after the lunch rush, but the tables and floor could have used some wiping and the trash cans were full.
