They arrived right on time and let me know what they were doing throughout the day. They were careful working around our furniture, moving items out of the way, treating them with respect. Extra items: I had asked for just the exterior windows to be washed. Edwin insisted on removing all the screens & cleaning the interior windows as well and he was so right. He does a much better job than we do! He also cleaned out the inside of our skylights which are impossible for us to reach. Also, the crew pointed out some potential problems with our downspouts and roofing, which I never would have seen without their eyes on them. I can work on getting these areas fixed before they are a problem and I'm very grateful. The price seemed very reasonable for a good days work and all the specialized equipment they brought. Recommended!

He was prompt and did a great job cleaning…read moremy windows, but I had him repair or replace about 15 window screens and I never received 5 of them. After he couldn't locate them in his shop, or whoever he had farmed out this work to, we agreed to a modest price to pay for the missing screens. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.
