Can't give 10 starts, so five will have to do. Look no further if you need windows, solar panels, or skylights cleaned... or one of the other services Vincent and Cartell offer. My project was a three-story house with a lot of large--and many hard-to-reach--windows. Their teamwork was efficient, communication was excellent and pricing was awesome. These guys were super careful as they navigated the house and kept the cat from escaping... which is not an easy task. This house has never been so light filled... and some days I just stare out the windows and wonder if there is even glass in the panes! Will surely have V+C back. Thanks guys!

Vincent and Cartell are terrific, the ninjas of window cleaning. They cleaned the multi-pane windows in our 3-story house, navigating vines, roof plantings and narrow ledges to do it. They're careful, considerate, superbly organized and efficient. As one of the other reviewers said, I'm reluctant to put the blinds down because the windows look so great. read more

Vincent of Invisiclear was here to clean our gutters/downspouts, remove debris on our porch roof (that's flat and accumulates a ton of leaves and twigs), and wash our solar panels. He was great to work with. I contacted him via email so I could ask him all our questions (and I had an electrician tell me that, while it depends on the person, it can be difficult to have your phone pinging when you're working halfway up the side of a house), and he promptly replied, quoted with the various options we were considering providing his schedule of available appointment. His quote was very reasonable. He arrived ahead of time and had everything ready to go, was so professional, and he did an excellent job, providing before and after photos per our request. He also cleaned another small area that I hadn't really thought of because I don't notice it much, for no additional fee. We tipped him nicely because we felt his prices were so reasonable and he's very thorough and hardworking. Super great to work with. We highly recommend hiring Invisiclear! read more

Just the best! We hadn't had our windows washed in over 2 years, and our usual guy was out of town. So, followed the recommendations from the Glenview Neighborhood...and used these guys! They were great! The whole house smells "fresh", the windows are shining and they worked so well together. (Vincent and Carter are a great team!) They came when the promised, even arrived early but we saw them and let them begin. They kept all of the window cleaning supplies clean and were careful about our home. AND, just nice gentlemen! I didn't realize this is a matching service when I contacted them. I think their business model is…read moreto hire customer service reps from abroad then match you with local small businesses. This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

The scaffolding cost was a money saver compared to what I paid 10 years ago. Through out the process, Cesar was very easy to work with. He was good natured, patient with explanations and always eager to find solutions that would save money. I found him to be honest as he would readily admit responsibility to anything happened to be overlooked or missed. Cesar has a good and hard working team. They worked Monday through Saturday 7:30-4:30 with Cesar sometimes staying past 6PM to finish up a few things or to discuss issues that may have come up. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the results. The paint job is beautiful with two coats of hand paint which is the gold standard. In addition, Cesar's helped fixing my gutters and downspouts and doing water testing on the windows that I had water leaking problems in the past. I also let him restored my decks and stairs to the natural redwood color and they now look beautiful as well. Compared to the two similar jobs in the past, Cesar's job is clearly the best. I would highly recommend A&F to everyone.

I've had my home for close to 10 years now. This means I've had dozens of in home services, including several window Washers and gutter cleaners. Not 1 provider has come even close to the quality, professionalism, and speed that Invisiclear provided me! The 2 gentlemen had the most amazing personalities! such nice and hardworking men.
