That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.

I then called Ben, the owner/manager, and that was a condescending speech asking me why I waited so long to tell him. He just read my review and told me the garbage pieces holding on my plate came with the lock. Yeah, right! He didn't like my review and said he doesn't want to do business with me in the future. I called to get a quote on car key replacements but the call quality was poor so I had to ask the representative to repeat what he said once or twice. The receptionist was very impatient and questioned my ability to speak English as a language. For example, when I asked for clarification on a quote, he said "if you listened to me and could understand English, I wouldn't need to repeat what I just said." As a native English speaker, this was quite jarring... I was shocked by how rude the service was and will definitely not be giving them my business.
