Here are some of the dishes my friend and I shared: - Lomo Salatado: This was good, the beef was cooked well, and I enjoyed the flavor. I've had better Lomo saltado elsewhere though. - Tallarin Verde con Bisteck Frito: The pesto pasta was creamy, had good pesto flavor, and the noodles were cooked decently. However, I was a bit disappointed with the steak which was tough and didn't really give that "fried" feel. - Jalea de Pescado con Mariscos: Favorite dish of the night. I liked the variety of all the fried seafood and yucca. The fried shrimp was good and it was even enjoyable to eat the tail. I especially loved the fish which was flavorful and maintained its moistness despite being fried. Topped with fresh onions and crunchy bits, it was a great combo. Wow. This place is incredible. I had never tried Peruvian food before, so I decided to walk into Inti Peruvian Restaurant since it's right in my neighborhood, literally just a block away. There were a lot of people inside, but still a few open tables, so no wait. That was my first sign this place was going to be good. It had that perfect buzz where people are clearly enjoying their food, the energy is up, and the whole space just feels alive. The music was amazing too, super groovy and instantly put me in a good mood. When the woman working thcame over, I told her I'd never had Peruvian food before and mentioned that I like vegetables and shrimp. She immediately said, "I know exactly what to get you," which I loved. I trusted her completely and I'm so glad I did. She brought out the dish (photo attached), and WOW. The flavor was so rich and delicious. I literally inhaled it. It had this perfect mix of comfort and bold flavor with shrimp, rice, vegetables, and even fries worked in there in a way that just made sense. Uber eats order I've been to inti (in person) years ago and I remember enjoying it and from time to time I have a strong craving for lomo saltado. I saw that they were part of uber eats so I decided to place an order for dinner. The food traveled quite well. Everything was tasty. I asked for them to include extra green hot sauce (aji verde) - I always ask this because sometimes places forget to include the sauces on delivery orders. I was surprised to see that they adjusted the pricing for an additional $1.50 which was fine but in the restaurant itself, they leave a bottle and you can use as much as you want for free. Not a big deal but thought I'd point it out as I've never had a price adjustment like this before. But overall a great delivery option. The flavor was good. My wife and I ordered Inti through Uber Eats one night when we were too lazy to cook or go out. Sometimes the food comes, and is soggy and gross. But the Lomo Saltado we ordered here was delicious and their green sauce has a delicious flavor and very nice spice to it. Really good and we want to try some other dishes there next time! Located in a corner stripmall unit tucked away from the street. This comfortable Peruvian Restaurant is unassuming for the flavors they put out! The starting bread serving was fresh and tasty. The green salsa that they serve with it is flavorful and spicy. I had the Mar y Tierra (Saltado), Essentially Shrimp and Beef. I found it seasoned well and was very tasty. I am definitely a lover of Peruvian food specifically Peruvian ceviche, and this location ticked all my boxes! The portions here are very big and the service was very fast and efficient ! A complete hole in the wall but one you need to find yourself at. Excuse how poorly I took pictures but know that the food here is insanely delicious. I got their fish saltado which is tender chunks of friend fish in a sauce I wish I could bathe in loaded with fries and onions. My mouth is watering just remembering it. Lomo Saltado Strips of beef sauteed with onions, tomatoes, and french fries. Served with white rice. I've been waiting to try the infamous lomo saltado dishes of Peruvian cuisine and their version here did not disappoint. Everything was seasoned well. The meat was tender, fries cooked well, and the sauce was so amazing. The rice was nicely made as well. I can eat this every day and be happy. Came here on a whim and will absolutely be back! Place is a little small but well spaced with tables and clean. Our server was so friendly, quick, and helpful with the few questions we had. The food was delightful! My husband got the Lomo Saltado. Although I'm not a big beef eater, this might have been one of the best beef dishes I've ever had. It was seasoned to perfection (a hair salty, but I like it like that) and the gravy that it was sitting in made both of us clean the plate with the bread that's given at the start. That bread came warm and crusty. I got the Pescado Saltado, also generously seasoned. The smaller bits of fish were a bit overcooked but the taste of everything made it completely worth it. Regrettably, it didn't have as much mouth-watering gravy as was with the beef but I just stole from my husbands plate. Both drinks were fantastic. I used to dine here twice a week for a few years until my job took me out of the area. It's been at least 10 years since I have been back and happy to see that they survived the many struggles. The food is just as good as I remembered it and the portions are still pretty big. My favorite thing they have here is the aji verde sauce that they give you with bread and you can use it on your entree. The sauce is very flavorful but not as spicy as I remember it. It was pretty busy most with take out orders and that did cause a bit of slow service but was understandable. Food was great just like home! I got the bistec empanizado with fideos verdes ( which Is the breaded beef and pesto pasta) sooooo good and a big portion! I also had the papa huancaina and a chicha morass which u can't go wrong with. Also they gave little rolls w butter and the green spice sauce on the side. So yummy. I have to look for the picture bc I can't seem to find it since I went before Covid. Service was good too, nice and friendly. Last month, I went to LA to visit my best friend, and we both quickly agreed this was the best Peruvian we'd ever had (she's been in LA for 4 years, and I've been in the NYC area for 3 years so we've both had a good bit of Peruvian). Local or visitor, you MUST stop at Inti!! We shared the Saltado (the pescado one I believe) and the friend rice with everything. The reviews weren't lying; the Saltado was amazing. That fried rice though, to die for!! We inhaled it, and a month later I still cannot stop thinking about it. So well cooked, the seasonings were perfect!
