I don't know why someone would leave my home in this unusable state and then charge me again to come back and fix it! He coordinated the gas connection with another excellent contractor and because we wanted our panel to have more "slots" so that someday we could add an electric vehicle charging station, it would be cheaper since they had to mess around in our panel to simply upgrade the panel at the same time. So this was a pretty big job that took a few days. Mike's crew showed up exactly at the times they said --- no waiting around for hours with a big time range -- and did a fabulous job. Since then, I call them every time any of my clients needs electrical -- including some fairly big jobs such as panel replacement for a condo, which required coordinating with the owner, the condo association, and my other subcontractors. I've probably used them on 10 transactions now. Everyone that comes into contact with them raves about their work and how neat and clean they keep the work space and how friendly and helpful Mike and his entire crew are.
