When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway. Why not try to in the least work with us on a discount since both of us played a part . you guys didn't bring it and we waited a long time to count it.

Todd encouraged us to put a down payment on 2 slabs of wood we were looking at to hold them. So he processed our credit card for $700 for the slabs and some machining for him to do for us. By the time we got home, we decided we were not ready for our project and decided to hold off. We sent a text and called him immediately, same day. Even though he still has the wood, has done no work to them, he refuses to refund our money. At no time did he tell us our deposit was non refundable. He only remarked that that was his policy and apparently in the fine print on the tablet he had us sign. At the very best the company is unethical, unreasonable, and dishonest. For him to not allow us to change our mind within hours, for material and work he still has and try to force us into something we no longer want is immoral at best.

When asked about discrepancy they say…read morethat's how they come ( but one may wonder if they, in purpose, mix it with smaller rocks to beef up profits)...they prefer you to go to another competitor when you point out the scam.When asked about labeling the product 1/2 size when a significant portion is less than that, they say that it is not "1/2 size , is UP to 1/2" ( and that's where the scam lies). On a random test, about 40% of their 1/2 size is actually significantly smaller than posted size. Look for an honest company.
