I used Yelp's "get a quote" feature to pull several business estimates for movers. Mitchell from…read morePrecise movers contacted me right away, letting me know that they would need a little more information to price my job accurately. I reached back out to him right away to get a quote. He was so great and easy to talk to on the phone, and explained the whole cost breakdown. He asked me to text him exactly what we would need moved, and when/where. He was able to get me a great price; lower than what I expected. We set a time and date with the seceratary and confirmed the day before. I expected that the movers might be late because I scheduled them to come at 4PM on a Saturday, which is always a busy day. However, they ended up Coming much later than I thought. Of course the movers had a full schedule, and I anticipated that. I really can NOT be upset with Precise for being late because Mitchell texted me to let me know at noon that they were running late, and got me in contact with the crew manager so we would have a point of contact. So I knew WAY ahead of time to plan for a late arrival, which was great. The move was supposed to be at 4, and they didn't end up making it until 7pm. Although I was upset that it threw my time frame off by a couple of hours, the issue that caused the late arrival was super unforeseen and they handled everything really professionally: even sent an extra third man for FREE to help speed things up! So awesome! Jay and the crew were amazing, super strong, nice and worked so fast. Everything ended up in the house where I needed it, and they worked their butts off getting it all done in the time frame given: I really appreciate their hustle! One tip though, for the booking process is to make sure you have some extra money on hand for tax when you go to pay at the end of the job. I was paying in cash, and almost didn't have enough on me to cover that expense. I wasn't informed there would be taxes; but I guess maybe that's something I just should have known? It all worked out, and I highly recommend Mitchell and his team.

Moral to the story, our furniture is now in our new house. That is the only good news. How they…read morewent about moving the furniture, not so good. 3 guys showed up at our old house, with 2 trucks. They were not wearing "uniforms" or tshirts to identify or represent themselves professionally. It was a very hot day, so I will give them grace for that. None of the furniture was wrapped to protect it from damage. The items were just loaded on the truck with the hope that it didn't fall or scrape against the other furniture. When they arrived at the new house, one of the movers took his sweaty tshirt off and layed it on our driveway to "dry out". At one point, there were 3 sweaty tshirts laying in the driveway. Again, I know it was hot, but that seemed a bit unprofessional. 2 of the 3 movers seemed very tired and not in the best shape to move furniture. They sighed loudly a lot and mumbled about having to move stuff down the stairs. Again...it was very hot, but I didn't expect our fabric furniture to be moved/balanced using a very sweaty head....so our couches and cushions had sweaty round wet spots that were very visible to the eye and to the touch. IF the furniture had been wrapped/protected, the sweat stains would not have been an issue. Now I feel like I need to have my couch and cushions cleaned. They damaged our hand rail taking stuff downstairs--again, no protection on the furniture. When I noticed the bashed up handrail (in our new built home) I threw towels over them to protect from further damage. Why did I have to do that? Shouldn't they? While moving another piece of furniture, they scraped and scratched the brand-new door, when I called out that they damaged the door the response was "that's what you get for having big furniture." Really? It's MY fault that you were careless? After being told that a desk needed to be moved downstairs the comment was made "there is already enough furniture in that room." I am guessing he didn't want to move anything else down the stairs? We told him to leave it and we would just do it then.....but he conceded and moved it. Lastly, the group appeared to be done moving our stuff and were gathering their water bottles and heading to the truck when I mentioned that we were missing a piece of furniture in our dining room. I was met with "oh yea, we had a casualty." I asked what happened. I was led to my garage and shown our custom designed, Amish built in Holmes County by Laverne Yoder, dining room buffet sitting on its end with the leg broken off--splintered up the whole back of the unit--just snapped right off. This isn't something that can be fixed easily as it is a solid piece of oak. I also don't think they were going to tell me about it. They didn't mention it until I asked where the piece was. Again, it was mentioned that our furniture was heavy and it broke taking it off the truck. well...if you had WRAPPED IT, and handled it with some care, it likely wouldn't have happened. This will be an expensive fix. The unit is currently sitting on books because it has no back leg. I am shocked that we were blamed for the issues because we have heavy furniture. You are a moving company. You move furniture for a living. We had a quote from another company but went with Mr Mover because they were less expensive. That other company was moving a neighbor the same day. They had more people there, all were dressed in matching tshirts with company logo, and ALL the furniture going into their house was wrapped in protective material. My advice, pay more and get peace of mind that your furniture and your home will be protected. We have a BRAND new home....with damaged doors and railings, a very nice custom piece of furniture that will be expensive to fix and a sweat-stained sectional couch and cushions. I spoke with Pam, she is apologetic, and I am waiting on how they are going to make this right.

My whole experience renting a moving truck from here was pretty great -- all four people I…read moreinteracted with were friendly and straightforward, the truck was ready for me at the time that I reserved to rent it, and there appeared to be no surprise fees. They even called me the day before my reservation to confirm the time that I would be coming, which made me worry less about a truck not actually being there (something that has happened to me at two other truck-rental businesses). My only, small complaint is that the truck was marked as having a full tank of gas when it turned out not to. When I refilled the tank at the end of my trip, I definitely replaced the gas that I used and then some. It wasn't so much money that it was worth disputing -- and I should've been more thorough myself when checking that paperwork -- but I recommend double-checking the fuel gauge when you get in the cab at first.

They showed up an hour late to the appointment, and asked me to pay through cash app. I told them I have a groupon and they told me they won't do the service because I won't give them the money. I explained that's not how groupon works, that I already paid for the service. They refused to detail my car until I paid them. I tried to explain that I already paid for the service, but this went over their heads. The appropriate course of action would have been for them to clean the car, and for them to get their money from groupon, I had done my part as the customer. Instead, they ignored my calls until my fiancé called from a different phone number. They told him they had other cars to clean, and couldn't do mine. So, not only did they show up late, but they didn't even do the service I paid for! On top of THEIR error, I offered to pay cash because I needed my car cleaned, and they still ignored my texts. Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This company shouldn't be offering deals through groupon and then denying people the services they've paid for through the app. The employee "Jeremy" told me that on the Groupon app it should say to pay Dynamic Way directly, but it doesn't say that, and that's not how the service works. It's not for companies to advertise. I've attached the photo that clearly states how to redeem the deal, which is not what the company is stating. Poorly run business. Very disappointed.
