I asked for a drop off and pick up quote for two separate trips totaling 6 days. The salesmen refused to give me a quote for a "one way" and instead gave me a quote for 17 days. Not a crazy price but can't compare it to what I wanted to do because he refused to give me that information. I had to check on storing the RV at the beach house. Called again, different salesman, same story, he wouldn't give me a quote for the 3 day trip, drop off, then another 3 day trip to return two weeks later. I don't need the RV for 17 days due to renting a beach house at our destination. Surprise, and the second reason for the 2 stars, the price went up by 10%. I checked about the increase in price and was told "availability" was the reason. I think they just raise the price each time once you are interested because they did it again when I checked back to see if they would honor the first price. No thanks.

Although they were not able to fully repair the issue without ordering parts, we were assured that we could use the slide and how to do it safely until we returned home to FL to have a permanent repair completed. It was such a relief to know how to work around this issue and they adjusted our cables and had us back on the road. Thank you so much to each and every person at this shop that answered our call and took the time to help travelers when so many RV places won't unless you are going to be in the area for two weeks. Told the rate was 8.99 % interest but could be better with good credit but that was another lie it was over 9%. There are soft spots and leaks . Not happy at all and would never go back and will tell people not to go there. And my credit score was 795. Now stuck with it.

When my husband and I walked into the showroom/office, we spoke to someone at a desk, who nodded at another guy for us to talk to. This guy had absolutely no interest in helping us, and insisted that there weren't any camper trailers made that were under our 3.500 limit for our tow vehicle (which was also equipped with a transmission cooler, etc.) I asked if we could go look around and he said sure, help yourself. I googled several of the trailer models they had on hand as we walked through the lot, and found several that weighed a good 1000 lbs less than our limit. We walked in again to ask about some of those, but were ignored. So we walked out. Ended up buying a nice Aliner elsewhere.
