Went with a 20' as I needed about 19' total length for the items I wanted to store. Turned out to be even less than 19'. Left a review and the manager called me, where I reminded them I knew exactly how much space I needed, hence asking about true sizing before choosing them. Was offered to move to a larger unit, but for a higher price. After some pushback on my end they did eventually move me to a larger one for a lower price than listed but only for a couple months. So, in total that pricing only works out the same provided I move out of the new unit in March. **That said, after agreeing to modified price, manager pressured me to change my 3 star review. I'm amending this review to one star based on my last interaction. I gave notice of vacating the unit, and then was charged more than usual for my last month. I asked why and I'm being told that I'm just now paying for the insurance that I elected to have. Which meant I thought my things were insured the whole time, but they weren't. Desk agent tried to tell me it's because I SAID I didn't want it, despite signing paperwork approving it. Then continually cut me off when trying to clarify his statement that I was not storing things that should have been covered by the insurance.

The only thing I would say that was a negative was I had to call three weeks in advance to schedule. But that was fine since we had 30 days to close on our home. It's summer, I get it. But the movers who showed up were incredible. Our driver Jake made sure all our floors were covered with mats or cardboard so we didn't get scratches. This was great because our floors in Columbus were brand new! We tipped each guy $100 since they were so good. They wore masks which my wife appreciated as well. You have a concierge to answer questions when you purchase & a dispatcher to tell you where the movers are via text and/or phone call. A $400 down payment is required. Our rate was $160/hour all inclusive, no minimum # of hours required. We had about 25 items moved, all big stuff like mattresses, washer, dryer, couch, dressers... it took them 3 hours, including 25 minute travel time. All payment can be made online via PayPal. Tommy, Mark and Matt, our movers, were phenomenal. They offered to move any item we wanted & were great conversationalist. While they deserved several breaks, they didn't stop until they were done. The service, friendliness and communication from booking the appointment to the last item moved exceeded my expectations. In general, hiring movers is worth every penny. I can not recommend Local Anything enough! The only complaint I had was they arrived an hour and a half later than the 2 hour buffer/service time. Though they quickly made up for that small annoyance.

My home is a 4 bedroom house with a basement but not everything needed to be moved out. It took them way longer than expected to complete the move (12 hours one day and had to come back the next day to finish for 8 hours or so!). The total bill charged ended up being way more (obviously) than I anticipated.... Way too expensive than the competitors. To make matters worse, during our move (8/11/2019), the movers scratched my hardwood floor but were prompt in recognizing the issue and submitting it right away to their "Claims" department (I doubt there is such a department as I have yet to receive a call from them or anyone from this company in the matter). I have been calling them constantly to follow up on the claim as I am in the process of finalizing a sale on my house and have still not gotten a resolution. I keep getting the run arounds every time I call them and never get any followup call backs as they always promise. It's 8/30/19 today and still no resolution and I am closing on my house in less than a week. My latest call conversation was on Wednesday, 8/28/19 and the representative promised he would give me a status update on the same day and still nothing 2 days later. Mind you, when they were partially down with the work on the first day, they requested payment to be made right before they could leave my house but it's taking them weeks to even attempt to process my claim. You need a key fob to access the building, elevators, and your storage unit. It's a little annoying doing so many "beeps", but I'd prefer more safety than less. The space has been clean and well maintained every time I've visited, even the bathrooms. Their team was really friendly when I came in to get set up and has made sure my packages got to the unit every time. So far, so good!

First, you scan your key fob to get into the building. There's double doors and a timer. You dint have to fight with the door while you move. Upon getting on the elevator, you have to scan your key fob and it takes you to your floor only. Once you're off the elevator, you have to scan the unit on the wall to unlock the secondary lock to your unit. Talk about extra security! You cant beat it. You do not have to scan your fob to go down or to exit the building, which is dope. This location is pretty clean and the temp is comfortable inside. What makes this even better is the location and the price of the unit. Im extremely happy with the unit and this company!
