Frequent…read morecalls and complaints yielded little results and I was shocked that AT&T would not send a technician out to look into the problem, claiming that our phone system was responsible. Luckily, our phone system manufacturer put me in touch with John at WW Data Systems. He not only confirmed that there is nothing wrong with our phone system, he called up AT&T and walked them through how to adjust our lines! Seriously the nicest and most helpful guy ever. Plus, he only billed us for the time he was here, no travel costs or other additional fees. I couldn't recommend this company more for resolving any phone issues you may have. Thanks John!

We have had a lot of Quirky Issues with our Bizfon system over the years. Unfortunately, Bizfon tech support has not typically been much help, even with their remote access, it never seems like they can ever put a finger on exactly what is going on. I had an issue recently with a battery backup (lightning in the area), The system seemed OK, but there were a few tell-tale signs that it was more damaged than we thought. Two months later the system crashed on a Saturday. NO one at home at Bizfon!!! John got me a pair of replacement boxes, tested, setup and back to me quickly. He was able to deduce that the phone system was most likely damaged through the power supply of a couple of our service dept. phones that were acting up prior to the crash. Turned out that they are in fact the only two phones we didn't have on a UPS or surge protector. I'll make sure that these get protected now and John is a great guy for figuring things out. He knows his "STUFF". Like many businesses we still rely heavily on our landline system even as we all carry cell phones and it's good to know that you can work with someone like John to get it right.

I assumed she wanted a docking station for her Mac and a larger desktop monitor. But when I got to BB, she further explained that she actually wanted a PC desktop for gaming. I felt a little blindsided. I thought I was spending $500 and suddenly I'm looking at 2k setups. Without any warning or time to research. Ramy was soooo helpful. For a high school kid, he most definitely understood his stuff and was very good at explaining computers in a way I understood without it in any way sounding condescending. I know zero about gaming computers, but I never felt dumb because of it. I'd wished I had my gamer college aged son there, but Ramy made his help and presence unnecessary. I never felt any pressure to spend more than I wanted. Or buy more computer than she needed. He was very helpful in showing us a range of options at different price points and explained each of their pros and cons. I also really appreciated that even though she's only 13 and in junior high, he involved her in the conversation. He asked her questions and educated her on what she needed. He didn't just ignore her because she's a kid. I sure hope I won't be back here again, buying an expensive setup, but I'd hope he's working there should I be in that situation again

Purchased an OPEN BOX…read moreEXCELLENT condition TV 1st - DROVE AN HR AWAY FOR PU & waited OVER 1.5 HR for them to NOT be able to find the tv ! 2nd - gave us a TV in bubble wrap with NO tv stand legs - no remote- then with no back cover. Guy stated he had to wrap the tv up himself bc it wasn't ready. *red flag* - this does not sound like an excellent condition tv 3rd - went back to complain and speak with a manager now. She acted very friendly and gave a little refund back for the missing parts and a "free" 30 dollar gift card . And I say this bc it most definitely was NOT , free ! 4th!!!!- when unwrapping , I noticed some scratches/dents & when plugged in , whole thing was broken. Trash asf! 5th!!!!!- went to exchange it at a closer loc and was told I had to pay the difference for the new condition priced tv. decided to return it and this is when I realized I was scammed out of that $30 "free" GC. My original amount paid , and refunds, do not match the original price I paid. I am short $30. & the gas used !
