Hoping to exchange my wipers, I discover I didnt have my receipt. Muttering to myself " oh crap!" I run into Matt a pleasant young guy, who asks me whats wrong? I told him.. my dumbass thought I had receipts for these wipers.... but apparently left them at home. He smiles and motions me over to the register. Just like Dale used to: he looks up my transactions with a smile and takes care of me with air of wanting to help make my day better. I said would be too much to swap out the new wipers with the old? Matt says: no problem at all. A short while later I was on my way. After my discussion about wipers, I mentioned in the beginning about my wifes car which needed wipers replaced. Matt says: Cmon in when you want those wipers replaced. I went in the next day. Saw Matt and he took care of me again. Great guy! Im in good hands! There were multiple problems with the delivery; items we'd been told were in stock, were back ordered. Tracking said both items had shipped but we only received one. I called Weathertec, who couldn't find the order number. They found something under my name and said there was only one item ordered. Then, that both had shipped. Then, that the other was in transit. When the rear seat cover for the first car arrived it was far too big. We returned it. About a week later, we received THREE seat covers, two tan and one grey. All with the same model number. We tried the rear seat cover for each car and again it was way too big. Neither had a way to get at the seat belts, or use the rear consoles. Their website shows that they shipped us two items. We believe Weathertec are shipping after market universal generic seat covers that are absolute crap, nowhere near their previous standard. They should be ashamed. The only good thing is how easy it is to return things. If I could give zero stars and have it count, I would.

horribly dishonest company. i needed a replacement glass section for my van. i called on monday…read moreand was told they had my part. bad streaking within the tinting is a known problem so i specifically asked if someone could inspect the glass for the streaking. i explained that i was over an hour s drive away. i was told on monday that the glass was perfect. i called back tuesday to confirm the glass was still on hold and asked the second man if he could please inspect the glass for syreaks in the tinting. he also said it was excellent. i went to get the glass and it was heavily streaked. it was shit! both men lied. they never did inspect it or saw the streaks and lied thinking maybe i would buy it anyway. whether i spoke to a manager or someone pretending to be m anager, the only responses my complaint got was amused smiles.... subtle smirks saying "oh too bad..you drove over an. hour for nothing: unless you are absolutely desperate with no other source for a part just be smart and pay a little more if you have to, but try to find a more honest company to deal with.
