I dropped off my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado for an oil change and to diagnose a check-engine light…read more Since the truck has more than 36,000 miles, the manufacturer's warranty had expired, but I explained that I still had an active extended warranty. The next day, I called for an update and was told that a battery cable had come loose, that the warranty would not cover it, and that the repair would cost approximately $400. Because I needed my truck fixed, I authorized the repair and was told it would be ready by 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, they told me the repair was almost finished and asked me to wait 15 minutes. About 20 minutes later, they informed me that the repair had been unsuccessful and that they needed more time to investigate the actual problem. Since I rely on my truck for work, I paid for the oil change and took it elsewhere. I made an appointment with another Chevrolet dealership and dropped off the truck on Friday at 2:00 p.m. They correctly diagnosed the problem, obtained approval from my extended-warranty provider, and had the truck repaired by Saturday at 1:00 p.m. I paid only the $100 warranty deductible. I'm very disappointed with the first dealership's incorrect diagnosis, failed repair attempt, poor communication, and claim that my warranty would not cover the problem. Thankfully, the second dealership handled everything quickly and professionally.

Within a mile of driving it the light was back on, I had scheduled another appointment for a week later for something unrelated. When I came in for that appointment (which included a diagnosis) they said that they couldn't diagnose it & that I would have to make a separate appointment & pay for them to address something that they didn't initially take care of. When they called to give me the diagnosis for the second visit, there was something fishy about how it was being handled & I was told that one repair would cost over $2000.00 & a second repair would cost over $5000.00 & the story kept changing (plus I was told that my car wasn't safe to drive.) I wasn't having any issues with my car until they told me during the first visit where they never fixed what it was brought in there in the first place. I read some negative reviews that described my situation to a "t" so I told them that I wasn't having any going to get a second opinion. They called backed twice trying to scare me into getting my car repaired by them. Even when I came in that first time I didn't feel like they gave much regard to me with regards to customer service, it was more about what was convenient for them & I was dismissed.

I searched for the cashier and found an older lady manning the front scoffing through the aisles as she was grabbing items for delivery orders. She didn't acknowledge me until I said I was picking up for someone. She rudely told me she's finishing it up and obviously not having the best mood so I waited patiently until I got an additional order so I told her I can pick up another order. She yelled with quite a temper and asked me if I can't see that she's clearly working on it and that I have to wait. I replied that I am in no rush. When she finished the 2nd order, she was still annoyed at what she's doing, even figuring out the stickers she has to attach to the bags irritated her more. Once done, I said "Have a nice day." and she replied with "Yeah yeah" with an attitude. As much as I like picking up orders from here, I don't think I'll do so whenever I see her working there. Yes, I am not a customer but her customer service is clearly not what you can call outstanding, not even an inch closer to satisfactory. Hopefully she's just stressed out or something.
