    First time coming to this location, came here because I needed stuff to clean my car. Store is…read moremoderate size, it's got a fair variety of everything for most of your car needs. Thankfully there was a special going on. Prices are average, the sole employee working there is definitely great at multitasking. Average location to check out.

    On January 21, 2022 at around 7:30 pm, I made a purchase at the Essington Road location for a pair…read moreof wiper blades that cost me roughly $40. I was told at the time of my purchase that the blades had a 1 year warranty on replacement should they become defective. Last evening (2/9/22) around 5:30 pm, I went back to the location on Essington Road in an attempt to get those wipers replaced because they were streaking the windshield. I was assisted by an employee named Abraham. When I made my initial purchase, I gave the person at the time my phone number, completed my transaction and was assisted by another young man with getting the wipers placed on the car. Last night when I went in, I did not have my receipt in hand but I gave Abraham my phone number to look up the transaction, and he told me that I hadn't made a purchase since 2019. I told him that was incorrect and I gave a description of the young man who helped me when I bought them and he told me there was no one that worked there that fit that description and that I must have been at the store in Plainfield because I didn't purchase the blades there. The entire time I was trying to explain to him about my previous visit, he was very sarcastic and he kept speaking over me and he would not allow me to get a word in. He insisted that I was at the wrong store and he absolutely would not stop talking long enough for me to say anything. I attempted to speak with another employee (Hector), who told me he couldn't help me because he was new. The other employee, Ernesto, just stood there not offering to assist and they both (he and Hector) stood back listening while Abraham kept talking over me. I told him that I had no reason to LIE about buying wiper blades (Jesus, they were WIPER BLADES), nor was I trying to get a free pair, but that I was owed a replacement because of the warranty. He said "well, without a receipt I can't help you" and dismissed me. I went to my car, pulled up my banking App, went back into the store and showed Ernesto the transaction on my bank record. Then Abraham walked over to me and said "Let me see"...but even after seeing the transaction he said "I can't go by that" and dismissed me from talking. What was the point of him even looking?! I went all the way home, found the receipt and drove back up to the store. I went over to Abraham and gave him the receipt. I told him that the reason why he didn't see a transaction in his system for me is because the person in January DID NOT do their job and enter my phone number in the system when I made the purchase, even after I gave it to him, because the customer name on the receipt said Michael B. and not mine. So he did the transaction to replace the wipers and gave me a receipt with my name on it (although what he gave me says that it is a CUSTOMER QUOTE and that it is NOT a valid receipt)! He said he needed to keep the other slips that came out because it had Michael's name on it, so I asked for my original receipt back for my record. He then said "I just needed to have the receipt to do this" and I told him that's not the point...it was how he handled me as a PAYING CUSTOMER! He started talking over me again saying he didn't handle me in any kind of way and at that point I was completely done! He was RUDE, he was DISRESPECTFUL and he treated me like I was a LIAR by saying I never made a purchase in that store....but more importantly, he NEVER APOLOGIZED for his behavior even after he had the receipt in his hand! Your slogan says "Service is our best part"....SERIOUSLY?!? Because what I received last night was by far the absolute WORST in customer service! From now on, I will drive to the Plainfield store, or any other store where I can receive the customer service that you all stand by because it is clear that it is not there on Essington Road. I would much rather go out of my way than to come into this location to be treated poorly by a smart mouth kid!    DO BETTER!!!
