A worker named Brandon was even kind enough to give me his cell phone number to send pictures of the broken parts. It took 2 days {mostly on my part} to finally order the part. It turned out that I needed 2 parts instead of 1. Brandon at Worldwide equipment sales was very helpful and patient. Im happy that I found them.

The junk that worldwide sells should be towed directly to the scrap yard. If you feel you must buy a truck from them then i would suggest finding the best tow truck mechanic in the world because you will get screwed with this place. If you are buying a new truck then you will pay 10% or more in retail prices. If you buy a used truck then you will definitely have one for the junk yard. This goes for parts too. Way overpriced. These guys primarily specialize in work trucks. They DONT know how to handle suspension issues on…read more regular personal use cars (Like Camry, Sonata, Malibu, Optima). They either don't know how to work on them OR THEY DON'T CARE TO WORK ON THEM....but it feels more like a nuisance/annoyance for them when they have to deal with regular cars. They will either rip you off or simply say they can't figure out what is wrong with your car if you don't have a work-related commercial truck..... It seems like their main focus is Tow Trucks and Heavy duty commercial-use vehicles..... So basically...WHAT I'M SAYING IS....if you have a regular car that is not the heavy duty commercial tow truck type, then don't come here. You will be just be wasting time and money. This is not the kind of suspension shop for regular cars. They will either lie to you about not knowing what the issue is or make money off of you without fixing the problem. If you want a legitimate suspension shop for regular everyday cars, you have to go to the city. Most suburb suspension shops don't know what they are doing when it comes to regular cars and this Joliet suspension is a classic example of that. They do suspension work but they DO NOT cater to the average everyday person with a regular car. They cater to tow truck drivers and snow plough vehicles. If you're a Taxi driver, an Uber/lyft driver, a limo driver, or minivan driver, DON'T COME HERE. Also, when you are coming here, YOU HAVE TO ALREADY KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS....They are not very good at diagnosing problems. They can replace what you need replaced but It is up to you to tell them exactly what you need done. You have to already know the problem and know the part. Tell them what you need done and they might help you out....If you don't know what the issue is already, don't waste your time coming. You have to know the work you need done before you step foot here. Most suspensions shops will actually inspect and diagnose your suspension problem but this shop is different. This shop doesn't do that. You have to come with the solution and they will replace the part you need.

Craig at Rush reached out to me from this location giving me his contact information., and when I…read moretried to contact him, then he never called me back. Three other Rush centers not including this one said that the parts were 2500 but Joliet started out charging 4,000 for parts (crooks). The Three Rush dealerships all came to the same conclusion that I was being double charged for the parts. Another truck that I had with this one, Joliet broke my hood mirror on that one and I had to make them replace it before I left plus they drained the oil out my engine due to my first complaint. Please thoroughly check your truck after taking it from them. I don't ever recommend ever going to them. I'm still waiting on them to finish my 2012 international they have had for two months. The other 3 dealerships said they don't understand what's taking so long and said it should have been done because they already had the parts in stock because that is the excuse they are using for taking a month and a half.
