I head back that way and "Zigi" wants to talk to me. all types of nonsense. they close at 3pm i came in at 6:30am for my SCHEDULED time!! i know for a FACT what needs to be done on my car would've only taken 2-2.5 at MAX! at 9am you're arguing with me "i need time , i need time with your car" well no shit !! i gave you time , not my fault you DID NOT and don't go by your appointment book !! appointments are there for a reason !! i need my car by 1pm .. again i showed up at 6:30am!!! thats plenty of time!! if they follow the SCHEDULE!! i told him I'll just go elsewhere and he shouldn't be treating or talking to customers like that . I talked to John who said it was impossible because Thursday was completely booked and that he would need to order those tires special. I needed it done because I couldn't drive my car any longer, REALLY bad tires. So John said he would squeeze me in. I dropped off my car at 8:30am and hoped for the best. I called at 4:10 to see if it was done and he was just making up the bill. When I got there, he was still scrubbing the blue tape off of the new white walls. He insisted that he was going to get it all off before I left. Who does that?? To take the time making sure my tires looked nice, well that's just amazing!. When I drove away, it felt like I was driving a new car! The front end alignment was perfect. When I let go of the wheel (for a second) the car stayed straight as an arrow! Oh, and did I mention that my car is a 1991 Cadillac? Yep, John breathed new life into my beloved car. That car belonged to my father who passed away in 2008. I feel he is with me everytime I drive that car. John is a little quirky but he does a great and thoughtful job! I moved into the area in 2012 and didn't have a mechanic, well I certainly do now. I highly recommend Tire Zone. Don't let the places looks fool you, they are very good at what they do!

Tony's Pit Stop, is bar none the worst auto repair shop I've ever encountered. I've been told so…read moremany horror stories, keep it to my own.. Just under $800 bill for work that was not done. Before okaying the work, I asked Tony what was being done. Tony touched a censor, leaving his fingerprint on it, it had obviously never been touched before as left a big smudge. After work was finished the car was just as messed up. Took a look under the hood, the same smudged fingerprint was on it, obviously an old, and same piece. Told me sorry, he'll fix it, days later I'm told the car had rod knock and would soon be useless. He contested the visa reversal and won, even with a letter from Subaru stating none of the work was done. Fuck Tony and the horse he rode in on.

I was truly disappointed I'm this place, mostly the uncaring kids that work there. Six days after…read moremy car was towed there (including the weekend, to be fair) I stopped in to take a picture of the codes necessary for the correct part. Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!
