I took my Infinity there to Greenways collision center. I was met by Rodney the manager who took my SUV and inspected the accident. It was not that bad but you know insurance companies. He did an awesome Job with State Farm as had to keep calling to get things corrected . As I gave 5 stars because my SUV was done the day they said and it was perfect. Met with one of the salesmen at this family owned dealership. I went in during work hours to check out a Jeep I saw on the lot. My intention was to get a price quick and leave since I don't like wasting time and have drawn out conversations with pushy people. I was pleasantly wrong about Scott and the general manager Bob. Attentive to my requests, explained everything and did not push the sale. I then looked online for days searching for similar vehicles and drove to northwest Indiana thinking that I could do better. Many bad experiences with sales guys who pretended to know about the cars in their lots and some with terrible attitudes. I came back to Greenway Motors convinced that I was offered a fair price from a local family owned dealership I can trust. read more

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!! read more

Looking back at all the car dealerships I have dealt with in the past, this is the most honest, painless dealership I have ever dealt with. Yes, it's a drive for us to get there...BUT...everyone treats you like family. Never once was I concerned that we were getting a bad deal or that we were being lied to. The reality is, it's a business. Businesses need to make money. But, there is a difference between making a living and making a killing. This dealership is small town USA, making a living. I would absolutely go there again or give them our business. :) read more

We have been coming to Greenway (Ford) for several years now, ever since we purchased our 2009 Ford Fusion to be our nicer family vehicle. We worked with Marv in sales who was very helpful and laid pack. He was not pushy at all about anything, and very willing to work with us and my many questions, being that I am a former auto technician I know I can be a handful. From then until now, we have had most of the maintenance and repair done on this vehicle by their service department. I am not always available to bring the vehicle so I arrange an appointment for my wife to take it in. Chuck and Jim in service have always been polite to her and treated her as well as I could ask which is very important to me. On top of that friendly service, the work done by the technicians to the vehicles has always been very good. The few times there was a SNAFU with a part or something, the folks at Greenway have been quick to make it right. We have referred several other customers to them for service and sales. We hope to continue doing business be it with vehicle maintenance, or possibly future purchases when the time comes. Don't hesitate to stop in and give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Do not use Greenway's auto service or you will be over-charged and greatly disappointed. I had to take my Olds to a certified GM dealer to have a safety issue with the ignition key taken care of. I later called the mechanic to check on my vehicle and to ask about an issue my car was having. He told me that since I didn't have the original ignition key, he could not fix the safety issue with my key, but that my keys were fine. He then told me he would close out the order so I wouldn't receive any more notices in the mail concerning my vehicle. I then asked him if he could check my turn signals because they didn't always work. I had someone look at them before and was told it was an electrical issue so I shared that with him. When I went to pick up my car the mechanic told me it would cost $346 to replace a switch in order to make my turn signals work. I of course declined because the cost wasn't worth it to me. He then told me my bill was $43. I asked him what that was for and he told me it took his mechanic 40 mins. to figure out what was wrong with the turn signals. On the bill there were two charges. One charge was for the mechanic's time to diagnose the problem, and the other charge was for a part. Now, mind you nothing was fixed on my car, yet I had a charge for some random part. The part was only about $2.70 so the cost wasn't an issue. However, they never performed any work on my car! I asked why it took 40 mins. to diagnose the problem when I told them upfront the issue was an electrical one and the manager just gave some lame excuse about having overhead costs and his mechanics can't work for free. I paid $43 for absolutely nothing. This business doesn't even deserve one star. read more
