Today I had it, I googled muffler in Morris, IL and Alpha Mufflers came up, I called, they said NO CHARGE for looking at it. After driving home I heard something dragging and it was the shield by the oil filter. I brought it back, they said they must not have snapped it in all the way. I was understanding. They then used zip ties to put it back on. An hour later on another drive the shield was dragging again. I don't understand what was difficult about assuring the parts were back on correctly the first time but certainly no valid explanation for it to happen a second time the same day. Was my first and last time going there.
