The junk that worldwide sells should be towed directly to the scrap yard. If you feel you must buy a truck from them then i would suggest finding the best tow truck mechanic in the world because you will get screwed with this place. If you are buying a new truck then you will pay 10% or more in retail prices. If you buy a used truck then you will definitely have one for the junk yard. This goes for parts too. Way overpriced. Do your research with other companies. These people are the devil. Check out more reviews on Google and BBB. This place will go to hell in a handbasket soon. I would use Detroit Wrecker because they are always fair and I always tell everyone I know to go there. Or maybe search online for parts for a better deal. Trust me. Worldwide is BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that guy Tommy who gave a review below looks like he was stoned when he wrote his review! Obviously fake!

I took my F150 in to get front struts and rear shocks replaced, which then needs alignment…read more I had called ahead to talk to them to make sure that they can do it and showed up first thing when they open since first come first served. Guys were friendly, work was done as described and right about when they thought it would be ready. And I feel better about their work since they do a lot of suspension work than the car dealer and it was bit cheaper than the dealer as well. I have used Joliet Suspension over the years for several different vehicles and each time has been about same experience. I will be back here when I need suspension work again.

These guys primarily specialize in work trucks. They DONT know how to handle suspension issues on…read more regular personal use cars (Like Camry, Sonata, Malibu, Optima). They either don't know how to work on them OR THEY DON'T CARE TO WORK ON THEM....but it feels more like a nuisance/annoyance for them when they have to deal with regular cars. They will either rip you off or simply say they can't figure out what is wrong with your car if you don't have a work-related commercial truck..... It seems like their main focus is Tow Trucks and Heavy duty commercial-use vehicles..... So basically...WHAT I'M SAYING IS....if you have a regular car that is not the heavy duty commercial tow truck type, then don't come here. You will be just be wasting time and money. This is not the kind of suspension shop for regular cars. They will either lie to you about not knowing what the issue is or make money off of you without fixing the problem. If you want a legitimate suspension shop for regular everyday cars, you have to go to the city. Most suburb suspension shops don't know what they are doing when it comes to regular cars and this Joliet suspension is a classic example of that. They do suspension work but they DO NOT cater to the average everyday person with a regular car. They cater to tow truck drivers and snow plough vehicles. If you're a Taxi driver, an Uber/lyft driver, a limo driver, or minivan driver, DON'T COME HERE. Also, when you are coming here, YOU HAVE TO ALREADY KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS....They are not very good at diagnosing problems. They can replace what you need replaced but It is up to you to tell them exactly what you need done. You have to already know the problem and know the part. Tell them what you need done and they might help you out....If you don't know what the issue is already, don't waste your time coming. You have to know the work you need done before you step foot here. Most suspensions shops will actually inspect and diagnose your suspension problem but this shop is different. This shop doesn't do that. You have to come with the solution and they will replace the part you need.

I was told at the time of my purchase that the blades had a 1 year warranty on replacement should they become defective. Last evening (2/9/22) around 5:30 pm, I went back to the location on Essington Road in an attempt to get those wipers replaced because they were streaking the windshield. I was assisted by an employee named Abraham. When I made my initial purchase, I gave the person at the time my phone number, completed my transaction and was assisted by another young man with getting the wipers placed on the car. Last night when I went in, I did not have my receipt in hand but I gave Abraham my phone number to look up the transaction, and he told me that I hadn't made a purchase since 2019. I told him that was incorrect and I gave a description of the young man who helped me when I bought them and he told me there was no one that worked there that fit that description and that I must have been at the store in Plainfield because I didn't purchase the blades there. The entire time I was trying to explain to him about my previous visit, he was very sarcastic and he kept speaking over me and he would not allow me to get a word in. He insisted that I was at the wrong store and he absolutely would not stop talking long enough for me to say anything. I attempted to speak with another employee (Hector), who told me he couldn't help me because he was new. The other employee, Ernesto, just stood there not offering to assist and they both (he and Hector) stood back listening while Abraham kept talking over me. I told him that I had no reason to LIE about buying wiper blades (Jesus, they were WIPER BLADES), nor was I trying to get a free pair, but that I was owed a replacement because of the warranty. He said "well, without a receipt I can't help you" and dismissed me. I went to my car, pulled up my banking App, went back into the store and showed Ernesto the transaction on my bank record. Then Abraham walked over to me and said "Let me see"...but even after seeing the transaction he said "I can't go by that" and dismissed me from talking. What was the point of him even looking?! I went all the way home, found the receipt and drove back up to the store. I went over to Abraham and gave him the receipt. I told him that the reason why he didn't see a transaction in his system for me is because the person in January DID NOT do their job and enter my phone number in the system when I made the purchase, even after I gave it to him, because the customer name on the receipt said Michael B. and not mine. So he did the transaction to replace the wipers and gave me a receipt with my name on it (although what he gave me says that it is a CUSTOMER QUOTE and that it is NOT a valid receipt)! He said he needed to keep the other slips that came out because it had Michael's name on it, so I asked for my original receipt back for my record. He then said "I just needed to have the receipt to do this" and I told him that's not the point...it was how he handled me as a PAYING CUSTOMER! He started talking over me again saying he didn't handle me in any kind of way and at that point I was completely done! He was RUDE, he was DISRESPECTFUL and he treated me like I was a LIAR by saying I never made a purchase in that store....but more importantly, he NEVER APOLOGIZED for his behavior even after he had the receipt in his hand! Your slogan says "Service is our best part"....SERIOUSLY?!? Because what I received last night was by far the absolute WORST in customer service! From now on, I will drive to the Plainfield store, or any other store where I can receive the customer service that you all stand by because it is clear that it is not there on Essington Road. I would much rather go out of my way than to come into this location to be treated poorly by a smart mouth kid!    DO BETTER!!!

Winner Circle Speed & Custom

Winner Circle Speed & Custom

Outstanding resource for custom and speed equipment…read more I own a classic car restoration shop in Lockport and have been going to Winner's Circle for over six years. I've never had a bad experience and never left the shop without the part that solved my problem. And each time, the staff has been patient and polite, which is not always the case when I'm looking for the hard-to-find components necessary to complete the projects I work on. I restore cars from the early 1900s all the way to the eighties, so there are many times when I need a part that is no longer produced or can't be found at the local auto parts outlet - and many times I'm on a deadline that prevents me from ordering from an outside vendor. When I have used Winner's Circle to locate a hard-to-find part, I always leave with a solution. For example, I was mounting a modern carburetor on a 1959 Pontiac 389 engine, which had a very odd-sized spread bore intake. The carb I had purchased did not fit the intake, and I needed a solution that day because I was delivering the car the following day to the buyer. The staff at Winner's Circle were able to find an adapter which would allow me to mount the carb I'd bought on the stock intake and still have enough clearance to shut the hood. This was not a standard request, and rather than view it as a nuisance they saw it as an interesting puzzle to solve, and then solved it. My latest visit was for aftermarket rims and low profile tires to fit a 1966 Mustang. Not only did they calculate the correct size rim and tire for my application, they rushed the order to meet my deadline without a word of complaint. And they did it for WAY less than anyone else I'd contacted. On top of all of that, they followed up with a phone call to see how I liked the new wheels. I'll continue to give this shop my business for as long as we're both around.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is seriously the nicest around -- always…read morewelcoming and happy to help.
