    I got my sunroof done by this shop in March of 2018 while I was at the shop I saw a car where they did the leather interior and it was amazing I couldn't believe it was not factory! After a couple of months the Sunroof continued to work great the install was perfect so I became a return customer and went back for some leather seats in my Jeep. Let me tell you, these guys are extremely professional, they get the job done in a timely manner they are responsive to your questions, this is a great shop! Thanks Bob!!! Jeanette G.

I…read morebrought my AWD Mazda SUV in because of the tires I purchased a year ago has severe outer edge chopping that is causing a loud howling noise while driving, along with obvious feathering on the edges. Even the dealer confirmed the tires are defective and causing the noise. Instead of standing behind the warranty, Mavis Manager wants to replace only ONE tire on an AWD vehicle. Which we contacted corporate for help with the issue, we were told by the Manager of the store that we should hear something in a couple of days, so far after calling corporate and speaking with a few people, who blames the store management for not sending the correct tire information, it's been almost 3 months and nothing yet, still waiting for corporate to call. Anyone who understands AWD systems knows mismatched tread depth can cause drivability problems, pulling, and unnecessary stress on the drivetrain. Replacing just one tire is irresponsible. What made this even worse was hearing Kevin, the manager at the Joliet Mavis location, openly admit that "corporate just bounces people around and does the minimum if they do anything at all." That tells you everything you need to know about how this company treats customers after the sale. They were happy to take my money when I bought the tires, but when there's a legitimate warranty issue, suddenly they want to do the bare minimum and ignore the actual problem. Between the road noise, uneven wear, and poor customer service, I would never recommend Mavis Tire to anyone. Please let friends and family know to not go there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their products and warranties.

    I am extremely disappointed with this place…read more I bought tires in July 2025 and had them installed here with no issues at all. Everything was supposedly "perfect" at that time. Yesterday, my daughter -- it's her SUV -- had ONE tire losing air. I told her to go back because the tires have a warranty and simply get the leak fixed. Instead of repairing the issue, they told her one rim had corrosion and that the "best option" was to replace ALL FOUR rims for $700. She went in for a simple leak repair on ONE tire and walked out spending $700 on four rims she did not plan to buy. Because she doesn't know much about cars, she trusted what they told her. That is not right. When I spoke to the manager, the only thing he said in their defense was that "that was the option she chose." That was his entire explanation. He also told me he has been "helping people for 30 years" and that this is what they do with all customers. That response was unbelievable. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the situation, he completely dismissed my concerns. If this is how they treat customers -- especially those who don't know much about cars -- that is a serious problem. Offering the most expensive solution right away instead of attempting a simple fix first feels misleading and predatory. I have already filed a complaint with customer service. I expected honesty and integrity, not pressure tactics and upselling. Very disappointed.

    I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2025 and later discovered in August it was sold to me with incorrect tires and a battery degradation issue that should have been addressed before the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service changed drastically. It tools 5 months to get a them to assist after showing up at the dealership and basically refusing to leave until I was assured and they took 6 hours The sales manager, Josh, was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought my concerns forward. I felt misled during the sales process, as promises made to close the deal were not honored afterward. It became clear that once the transaction was complete, resolving the issues was no longer a priority. I also interacted with Erica (unsure of her exact role), who presented herself as being helpful and understanding. However, I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely addressed. Instead, I felt my situation was minimized while internal staff supported one another rather than working toward a fair resolution. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here: Do not leave the lot if there are outstanding issues. Ensure everything is documented and completed before you drive off. Once you leave, getting follow-through may become extremely difficult. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. These were supposed to be brand new tires purchased December 27th and it's March 18th they are balled
