Tony recommended at the time that they could also install led lighting on the bottom side of the doors for better lighting and added highlight. The after effect was beautiful as you can see from the photos attached. Over the last couple weeks the doors stopped functioning smoothly so I called Shockwave this morning to see about realigning the hinges. Ten minutes later, I received a message back to bring the car back anytime before 6pm closing. I stopped in during lunch break unannounced today. Their service technician stopped his current project and immediately grabbed the correct tools and readjusted both doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road - No Charge. Yesterday, my daughter -- it's her SUV -- had ONE tire losing air. I told her to go back because the tires have a warranty and simply get the leak fixed. Instead of repairing the issue, they told her one rim had corrosion and that the "best option" was to replace ALL FOUR rims for $700. She went in for a simple leak repair on ONE tire and walked out spending $700 on four rims she did not plan to buy. Because she doesn't know much about cars, she trusted what they told her. That is not right. When I spoke to the manager, the only thing he said in their defense was that "that was the option she chose." That was his entire explanation. He also told me he has been "helping people for 30 years" and that this is what they do with all customers. That response was unbelievable. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the situation, he completely dismissed my concerns. If this is how they treat customers -- especially those who don't know much about cars -- that is a serious problem. Offering the most expensive solution right away instead of attempting a simple fix first feels misleading and predatory. I have already filed a complaint with customer service. I expected honesty and integrity, not pressure tactics and upselling. Very disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership July 2025 and later discovered in August it was sold to me with incorrect tires and a battery degradation issue that should have been addressed before the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, the level of customer service changed drastically. It tools 5 months to get a them to assist after showing up at the dealership and basically refusing to leave until I was assured and they took 6 hours The sales manager, Josh, was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought my concerns forward. I felt misled during the sales process, as promises made to close the deal were not honored afterward. It became clear that once the transaction was complete, resolving the issues was no longer a priority. I also interacted with Erica (unsure of her exact role), who presented herself as being helpful and understanding. However, I did not feel that my concerns were genuinely addressed. Instead, I felt my situation was minimized while internal staff supported one another rather than working toward a fair resolution. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here: Do not leave the lot if there are outstanding issues. Ensure everything is documented and completed before you drive off. Once you leave, getting follow-through may become extremely difficult. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. These were supposed to be brand new tires purchased December 27th and it's March 18th they are balled
