They sold me a battery charger for them that they wouldn't even fit in and that wouldn't even register smaller batteries presence when they were inserted. They managed to get it to register the smaller batteries for about 10 seconds after spending about 3-4 minutes tinkering with them. Durring that time it was indicating that that all batteries inserted were faulty including the perfectly good one I had brought from home. Then it stopped working again but they refused to refund it because they claimed that they "Got it to work."

I liked the experience enough that I decided to give them a shot again for my next paid oil change, and that's when the difference really stood out. Jiffy Lube's main advantage is speed. Also, we had to follow up with an additional $40 fix a few days later relating to the spark plugs. He explained what he thought it was, and that it wasn't dangerous or harmful to drive. Then he walked around and looked at all the brakes which he said still looked new. He gave me a reasonable price to stop the noise if it was really bothersome, but said his car did it too, and it wasn't a problem.
