    Mean person that doesn't care about customers

    Their site quotes you cheap prices for a reason! Avoid at all costs!!! Wow I am shocked at the conversation that I had with the Vice President of this company today. I found their site in hopes of saving money on sending an international package. I've added images from their site about what it states for shipping. The shipping I picked quoted me a time of 12-15 business days. After 17 business days the owner of the package was starting to become very concerned. I called to find out what was going on because the only tracking I had said the package made it to their distribution center but then stopped. I was told I would have to email. I emailed asking where this package was and when it would arrive in Austria. The response I was given was this: We are working on the GLS shipments and unfortunately there are several shippers that did not provide the correct details so we are giving them time to provide the correct details, they will have until the end of business tomorrow. Once the second part of the shipment has been processed we will the new tracking number and link for tracking. I was very concerned because this sounded like the package was missing. I checked in the following day and got this response: GLS is a non time definite shipment and yes we have to give all of the customers time to provide details of their shipments so that it will clear customs. As I stated we are working on getting everything done and once it has been book onto a cargo flight we will email you the new tracking number and link for tracking. Also in the email you sent below your tracking number is not listed and that is why I asked for it, since you have now provided the tracking number I can see what is going on with your shipment. We have everything for your package to be shipped and as soon as everything is processed we will let you know the new tracking number. Now I was really frustrated and called to see what was really going on. Mind you I had provided this tracking number at the beginning of my email. When I called the customer service person acted like a rude teenager who just kept repeating the same answer. I asked when will this leave your center ? Response "when we can book a plane." Me: ok so that could be tomorrow, that could be next week, or could be six months from now you are unsure ? Response "when we can book a plane." Me: ma'am that is not answering my question She continued to repeat this 3 or 4 times while I tried to cut her off and say that this was not helpful and to transfer me. She wouldn't transfer me until I provided the tracking. I told her I felt like she was being very rude and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She then just repeated what is your tracking, what is your tracking... I got upset and said I do not want to talk to you please get me a supervisor and she hung up. I called back got her again , again she refused to transfer me. Called the main number got the Vice President listed in my photo I told her that the previous person was very rude and not helpful. To which she did not seem to care and just said sorry you feel that way. She could not tell me when this would ship and also would not apologize for the bad service I had received. I told her I was very displeased with this service and my concern was not the time this was taking but rather the way I was being treated and what I was having to go through to find out simple information. She then said "what do you want me to apologize for? For Not shipping this quicker, for not having tracking information today for you, for not being guaranteed service which our site mentions 4 times ( none of which I could easily find) ... she continue to attack me to which I said "no I'm asking for you to recognize that this customer service is not up to par and your employee was very rude". I was shocked to hear her say she was not rude I'm not going to say sorry for any of that. I hung up and was shocked. I've never had a place be so rude, specially someone with this title. Not sure how you become the Vice President and work in customer service when your clearly hate talking to people. In the end I now wasted a month and have to upgrade to Fedex. If you want to save yourself a headache and talking to mean and horrible people do not use this service !!!
