After having repeated poor experiences with USPS and occasional issues with UPS, I generally try to avoid both when I can. FedEx is usually more expensive, but for me, the higher price is worth it because the process is smoother, faster, and far less aggravating. I like being able to walk in, get helped quickly, and deal with someone who is genuinely pleasant. With USPS, I often feel like every ounce and measurement becomes a battle, and the experience can feel rigid and unhelpful. I have never had that feeling at this FedEx location. My packages have never been lost, and the tracking has always been consistent and accurate. For me, this location stands out because the service is dependable, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is just easier. I would absolutely recommend this FedEx location.

Chris stated that he would apply the same discount as previous. no discount was given. they lied and never send out my books until Monday. Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. And, her quote came in over $20-$40 less expensively than competitors. Thanks Kris, and continued success! Now I'm waiting for my daughters reaction when she opens her Christmas gifts.

Either way, it is a whole new experience going to this location now. A few years ago I tried it again out of necessity and I'm glad I did. The staff there is now friendly, patient, and helpful. There is a kiosk for Amazon returns which is terrific (altho there are days they could use two of these!). I now use this location all of the time and couldn't be more pleased. If you had a bad experience a while back like I did I encourage you to give them another try!

Plus they charge almost $20 extra for the same size unit as a block up the street because they are newer. But again already has a bad bug problem. I did my research on Yelp first as I was looking for a print shop in the 813 area that could help…read morewith expediting printing of a banner. I expressed to the owner, Jeff, that I was presented with a kids' MTB event and needed signs yesterday. He promised to work on it quickly if we had the artwork. (we did but it was created on Microsoft OS vs IOS which I seasier for him and his team to work with) He viewed the file and stated he could have the banner ready for me next day by noon. We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. (paid upfront) This is not normal method I like to do business, however, considering the time crunch it was what we had to work with and Jeff pulled through for us. The event went great, the banner looked good too and we will definitely be coming back to Jeff for more of our printing needs even if he is 1hr away from us.
