They're so nice and helpful at this store. I really haven't had to wait more than a few minutes.

Not sure what changed since I posted this 9 years ago. Maybe it's new ownership or they just got wise and started hiring customer service professionals who actually enjoy working with people. Either way, it is a whole new experience going to this location now. A few years ago I tried it again out of necessity and I'm glad I did. The staff there is now friendly, patient, and helpful. There is a kiosk for Amazon returns which is terrific (altho there are days they could use two of these!). I now use this location all of the time and couldn't be more pleased. If you had a bad experience a while back like I did I encourage you to give them another try! read more

Always friendly and courteous. Always willing to help. They are a business and you should expect to be pay for boxes, tape, printing and other services. If not, bring your packages complete and ready to ship. read more

I don't understand why this business has such low ratings. I come in there often and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Just read the reviews again. Some of them are 7-10 years old. Maybe they should be deleted. Probably not the same Employees or owner. read more

The store doesn't deserve one star! The kid Grant was so rude, I walked in the door and handed him a pre-sealed package from Amazon and a label. He wanted a dollar for a piece of tape for the label first of all I know what a roll of tape cost, stop ripping off your customers or at least be nice while you're doing it. I needed help shipping a package and they were super friendly and helpful. I wasn't expecting that level of service.

it only got worse the next day!!! ups employ braindead people who lack compassion or any kind of common sense in emergency situations. i had two packages to be delivered at my address ordered before the storm, despite the obvious desolation at my address, both things were delivered there. the post office will only hold mail for so long, but many packages are delivered by amazon and ups. you can buy an address form ups. the one on belleair insisted on two forms of photo id, i explained i have lost everything and only had a driver license and credit cards, nope that was not good enough , if i had a car rgistration that would work , no car. i went to costco to buy a membership that i did not need so i would have two forms of photo id. while i was in bellair ups i just burst into tears, because apparently they are not aware of a "state of emergency" , because we must do things exactly by the book with no exceptions???. after aquiring my costco membership i went to the ups nearest the hotel we have beeen put in ( on east bay). nope was not going to accept that either???. the guy chris was adamant, this company does nothing for you when you need somebody who has any kind of commonsense in an emergency situation , he refused to give me his managers number or ceo , do not worry i will find. i have already posted this on facebook and consumer affairs. i was very angry, everthing is stressful enough, i told him i hope you lose your home one day and nobody helps you , he was a non feeling neanderthal , no brains required to work at ups , no help or solutions offered, terrible company !!!. i will tell everybody how no help was given, they do not desrve anybody's business!!!! read more

I've been using this UPS Store location for a couple years and have always had exceptional service. Summer is very friendly, courteous and professional. No matter who has helped me...they're all very good. Highly recommend using this UPS Store location. The store is always clean, uncluttered and they welcome you to their business with a smile. I dropped off some items for a prepaid return to Bloomingdale's. I asked if I could email them the prepaid return label and they said sure. They proceeded to charge me, without asking, $3.30 to print the return label. when I objected, the response was "my bad." Plus we consolidated everything into one box instead of sending several boxes and they charged me another $5 dollars for a cardboard box. I've never been charged that much for a return label printing when they were already getting paid by Bloomingdale's for the prepaid return. Other UPS shops don't even charge That ridiculous amount. I would highly recommend you do not go to this UPS location. Businesses thrive on giving excellent return for whatever they charge. This is a scam level charge. read more

My Mother died and I needed to ship a lot of sentimental things from there to Massachusetts. A close friend helped me and we made a number of trips over a 6 week period. The owner and another person who worked there did such a terrific job of packing everything so carefully and showed real care and concern for my needs. It was a really stressful time and she went out of her way to make everything as easy as possible. She is the definition of a true professional! I would highly recommend this store! Amazon sent me a return label and directed me to the closest UPS store. I went to Belleair Bluffs and they refused to print it unless i emailed to them and paid $2.99. The owner is by far the most unfriendly person and was not helpful at all. She is obviously hurting for money if she was willing to print it, if I paid. Not surprised considering if I have a package I go to FedEx, the prices are far better and there is tracking door to door. It is never a good experience at the USP store in Belleair Bluffs..stay away... read more

While in Florida moving my mother I used this store almost daily- faxes, mailings, bought stamps, sent package's. I was very pleased with the service and the prices. The staff made everything so simple for me which I'm very grateful for. I had so much going on at the time- I was under a great deal of stress. I highly recommend this store! read more

I had a mailbox at this store for over 3 years, and the only reason I left was I moved away. The owners of this location did an outstanding job day in and day out handling my parcel needs, always with a smile. More than once they assisted in carrying parcels to my car, which was a great help when I was in a hurry. One might think that doing something as simple as the above consistently would be easy, but in my experience, it's isn't always achieved. I highly recommend any of their services. read more

I received the worse customer service . Diane was the staff member on duty. She refused to wait on me and was nasty in the process. I have never been treated like this ever! This place has the worst customer service!! Every time I have been in there the staff has been unfriendly rude and has treated me like they don't care whether they have my business or not. Not to mention they wouldn't let me drop off my package that was already packaged and had the postage prepaid label ready to go! They told me to take it to the post office which was 3 miles away. I will never be their customer again. I will also tell my family not to bring their business there either. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Warning 200% markup at this location. I was charged $172.50 at the store then found out it should have only been $85.50 (confirmed by UPS corporate). They hide their fee inside the Declared Value charge on the detailed invoice. I spoke with the store representative and they didn't care that they were breaking UPS corporate policy. read more

This Store is Very Expensive. Better off just to go to the post office. I have tried to use them several times and always greatly over priced. not going back any more unless it is pre-paid UPS label. read more
