The website was simple to use for getting a quote, and Ebony was quick to follow up and help answer questions. Communication was excellent the entire time, and Ebony truly cared about making sure everything worked out. At one point, I accidentally shipped my freight to the wrong address. With a very short deadline, I honestly did not know if the situation could be fixed in time. Ebony reassured me that everything was going to be alright and stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. Long story short, Ebony came through and helped get my freight where it needed to go exactly as promised. Great company with fantastic employees.
