Heavy set male bearded employee in store was very condescending to the newer employee as well as me, the customer. I was trying to return a gift I received from Amazon, and it arrived without a packing slip. He rudely told me to go over to the door to call Amazon, then while I was getting help from Amazon in the phone, told me to move away from the self serve kiosk for Amazon returns- no one was using or even wanted to use the self serve kiosk! He told me when I called ahead to ask if they did returns for Amazon that they were closing soon- it was 40" b4 closing... then I watched him turn away a customer that arrived 2" before closing- he had already locked up! You could tell the new employee was feeling embarrassed at how rude this guy was treating people. I'd love to talk to the owner to express my disappointment personally. read more

Needed to return items to Amazon, and the ladies here made it quick and easy. No masks required, but I wore one and so did they. The store has lots of fun merchandise, as well as basic, utilitarian items. It's bright and clean. It's a good UPS store! read more

My husband and I needed to have our signatures notarized on his retirement papers. They quoted 15-30 dollars. Once everything was signed we were informed that it was $60 because my husband signed the document in 5 places and I in one. I can understand $20 for 2 verifications and one entry in their log, but for stamping the same document 6 times? After my husband questioned it he was given a stupid note with his receipt. ("when things get down , always look up, and smile ). Seriously? We could have waited a day and gotten it notarized at the bank for free and a lot quicker too. The best UPS store . Staff is very helpful and always greet you when you come in. They always have the correct size envelopes I need and supply me extras so I can get in and out quickly. I have never had a package get lost when I leave my packages with them. I would point out one person there , which is Ryan, but honestly all 3 of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I had to ship a piece of luggage that I borrowed back to the owner. First, I've NEVER Shipped luggage, so I had to get a box that fit, I might as well do it all in one stop. The associate was helpful and professional, and in less than 5 minutes I was able to the luggage into the box and the item shipped. It wasn't cheap that's for sure, but at least It's insured and out the door and on it's way home. read more

I came here first thing this morning based on the excellent reviews. I had to get a fax out ASAP. To my disappointment it was closed! I waited 10 minutes and still not open. Wasted my time ...ugh. If I could give a ZERO star review I would. This was the worst experience at a UPS or any shipping store I have ever day. To start I walked in and all five employees were standing around talking about how they were going to get shitfaced for one of the associates 38th birthday that night. They also said that they have the shots ready in the back to start the party early. I let the associate know that it was extremely important that my package arrive by a certain date as my son was going to sleep away camp and needed these additional items. I also asked if the current label that was on the boxed needed to be removed or if I should X it out, and her response was I will cover it up. The next day the package was delivered to my house and not to my son, due to the associate not covering up the label and on top of it not even attaching the new label to the box. I immediately called the shore and was met with an extremely hostile associate insinuating that I had not called the right place, when I can find the store number from my receipt they finally admitted it was the correct store. When I asked for them to either a refund my money or send me a new label they refused and said I needed to drive 30 minutes to that store, even through they made the 2 mistakes!!! When I then asked if I could email it in or even asked why I should have to spend an hour of my time correcting their mistake the associate replied back with that's the way it was and hung up on me. I called back and got another associate but asked you asked to speak to the manager, I was met with with a we don't have a manager everyone is equal here. That's great that everyone has an equal job title at this location but it's not great when you have a bunch of idiots that are running around not doing their job properly. I now had to pay triple the amount of shipping to make sure my package got to it location on time. If I want to get back my $30 I now have to drive 30 minutes out of my way, which should not be my responsibility. read more

The associates are friendly, courteous and respectful of your time -- you are in and out quickly with excellent pricing and shipping options.
