Unfortunately, when opened, there was a note indicating some of the items had been damaged from a leakage and a note with "sorry" handwritten by someone from within the UPS system. We were distraught as a couple items were missing and, we were concerned that items from my deceased husband's Memorial might also be lost. (we later learned that was not the case). I contacted the UPS 800 number, explained and was referred to contact the originating UPS store at 2655 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, FL which I did. I spoke with Maria, very professional, and she handed my call over to Blake, the Store Manager, who took charge of my complaint at that time. Blake was professional, listened intently and followed my claim for damages from that moment on, competently and courteously. He kept me updated on the process and then called to advise that he was sending me a check for the amount of the claim! I highly recommend Blake and and his staff at this UPS store for making an unfortunate situation "right"! Thank you! Nancy Allison

Never seen a UPS store with this many red flags…read more Debt collection notices on front door. Envelopes including CHECKS put into WRONG mailboxes and wrong persons' hands. Mishandling mail and LOSING (or trashing or stealing) people's personal and Amazon packages. Customer complaints not resolved without multiple trips there with hassles and some issues STILL not resolved. Don't answer phones and VM boxes are always full. At least 1 person I know received their medication envelope from being held in this store with a large finger-tear opening in it and had to report possible TAMPERING to POLICE. Was better before Pavel started running it. He is known by many to open the store late and close it early. And hand people's private mailbox envelopes to other customers. Then he tries to blame his employees instead of himself then rages on customers that try to quietly express legit concerns with him after it happens multiple times. This lil dude can be irrationally difficult and condescending when he could simply do the right thing to fix problems. He is nice then suddenly appears to try to intimidate and bully his own customers when they politely, professionally express concerns. Like Jeckyl and Hyde circus up in there! He has also allegedly been sleazy and inappropriate toward some females who are now too uncomfortable to go back in there and afraid to say anything because they don't want their mail/packages to be messed with. Other co-owner Jennifer has become dodgy and does not apologize or take accountability. Delays, delays... Staff Donna continues to display terrible attitude. Poor customer service is one thing. Mishandling mail and vindictive and retaliatory behaviors are a much worse level. They are trying to sell their business but meanwhile Pavel appears to not care about running the business and customers - past/present/future - into the ground. Unbelievably unfortunate for such an otherwise nice retail center. Photos will be attached of the yellow/orange debt collection notices the owners have allegedly covered up and have torn off on the front door so customers can't read the full legally required information/warnings that have been posted. Just Beware. Our opinions and observations from over time and knowing a lot of people around here. There has Never been a single apology from any staff or owner to anyone I know that has had problems in this store. Only indifference, avoidance, creepy or fake nice to sudden downright nastiness, and passive aggressive and bad attitudes depending on which person is there. Yikes.
