Beware- they are charging fees that vendors do not state. I had a return, the vendor said to drop off at any UPS store, show the return scan and the return if free. When I arrived at this location, they said I had to pay them a dollar to print the return label. Yes, it's just a dollar, but that's not a charge that should be pushed to us as customers when it's an agreed upon charge by the vendor. read more

I sold a porcelain toilet bowl and tank on eBay. I brought it to this store to pack and ship on Friday 8/15/25 I was told it would be packed and shipped Saturday morning, which I was fine with. My package arrived crushed in pieces, they took zero care packaging it. It wasn't even marked fragile. My buyer was in shock at how it arrived. I lost the sale and shipping costs and have yet to be reimbursed. I've made 3 phone calls to UPS and I am told it's in process. 12 days now and they still have not picked up the damaged package from my buyer. I will never use them again. Always an extremely long line with incompetent staff. I gave it a shot today but regretted is as soon as I saw the line. A Chinese employee finally called for next return and then proceeded to moved to another register and took the person after me (also a rude customer not to wait his turn. But she was sarcastic with him too, and after she called the next patron I had to say excuse me I was here first, you actually called me to this station. She said very nonchalantly OK and then laughed when I told her I wasn't having a "happy return". She scanned my package and then left it there while she called the next person. They have very little confidence that my package will get where it needs to go. It's obvious why this place has bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and go to any other UPS store for your returns or mailing needs. Whole Foods at the mall and the UPS at Curlew and 19 have great employees who care. read more

I visit this UPS store frequently to send packages and return things purchased online. Every one of my experiences here the employees have been friendly, professional, and are always happy to help. When shipping my own packages I'm always offered options that fit my budget and timeline needs. They even have Sunday hours which is awesome for those of us who can't always get in on weekdays. read more

Sent 2 packages over a week ago to San Francisco Ca with guaranteed delivery by June 8th. We'll that date came and went along with another week so went to the UPS store was informed the packages are sitting in a warehouse because the UPS guy was scared to deliver in that neighborhood THAT IS TOTAL BS so called the main UPS number they will call my grandson today and supposedly deliver it to him otherwise it's sent back to me and I will have to pay another $130 to re mail it. I just moved here and my previous local store was so amazing. I came in and was promptly berated for not taping the boxes closed for my Amazon returns and told they charge for tape. Before that I mentioned I wanted to set up a postal box so it was evident I'd be using the store a lot. The lady even told me I should read the return instructions about taping the box shut. I get it, but we literally just moved here and a little extra help would be nice. Even though I live like a quarter of a mile away, I'll find another location. What happened to the 2 guys that ran this place like a well-oiled machine? They were super customer focused and could multi-task to get customers in and out of there. The women that are in there now are rude, masked up, and hardly makes any eye contact with you. Funny, I never mentioned it and my niece happened to mention it to me as well and talked about the how great the 2 guys that worked there were. Did this place get bought out by new owners? I noticed the shirts are different as well. I plan on using Kohls' or Fresh Market. This is supposed to be a neighborhood store, not a big box UPS store. I loathe having to come here. Everytine there is some issue- I finally had some decent runs and the rude people ruined it for me. the staff has classically been irri with having to wait on customers ((not only me, but others I've heard them help). why would you print a bunch of stuff for me (labels I didn't know were required, as I thought scanning would work) THEN tell me they cost X amount. Also, sometimes inneed boxes and sometimes you don't (can't figure out rhyme or reason) but to tell me after you see my items sprawled out is poor service. I moved to Dunedin seven months ago and I've used this store a few times. The employees are not helpful. Never smile and don't seem to care whether you're a satisfied customer or not. I'm an elderly lady who uses a cane but that means nothing to them. They don't even have a chair for people like me, if needed. The ADA would have something to say about this. Unfortunately I need to use it when I need to return an Amazon item but I'll try avoiding buying anything that might have to be returned. read more

Their website states that you can set an appointment for services, but when you get to the store, you are told, "We don't set appointments. " the worker "Liz" was hateful with my grandchild. When I pointed out she was reading a checklist that I printed, that was not part of the document, she was nasty and said, "I'm not going to put my name on it if I don't read it." Obviously the store was sold and the new owner dosent even care enough to come in when they open at 8 am. I tried to mail a package this morning and as of lately the line was out the door. There was one person working there and I know it was not the owner. They even close early now on Saturdays 2:30 REALLY? Why buy a business and then not give a crap? Who knew that a simple UPS store could provide such great service that I would take time to write a review on Yelp about it. That's how much this location ROCKS!! The staff are all warm, and genuinely friendly. I would have been happy if they simply provided me with a PO box and delivered my stuff without a hitch, so they really go above and beyond. September 2022: I used UPS Dunedin FL for six years. Under prior management service and services provided were a 5, excellent. After several visits to this UPS under new management I am sorry to say that is no longer the case. The employees are more interested in talking to each other, talking on their iPhones and ignoring customers. They are totally disinterested in working. I have yet to see a welcome or a smile. Services have been discontinued. To add to this they are now charging for packing. I understand paying for the box and bubblewrap, but tape -yes, really, tape. They do not seem to understand they are in a customer service business. There are alot of other UPS stores i this area! read more

Stopped in to drop off an item I was returning to Speedo. They close at 2:30 on Saturday and the last shipment out for the day had already gone by the time I was there but at least I was able to get it dropped off. Staff was friendly and efficient. I live equidistant from three UPS stores and found myself in the vicinity of the Dunedin store more frequently than the other two so I decided it would make sense to move my business to the Dunedin store. All went well until last week when I encountered the "lack of customer service rep" in the store. After shipping a package, I asked him if he would check and see if an Amazon return had been delivered. He wasn't very enthusiastic about this and kept turning his head around so I couldn't hear what he was saying. I asked him to face me when speaking so I could understand him. Unfortunately, this set him off and he retreated to his safe space in the back of the store--then a woman comes out and starts to berate me for being rude. After I explained what occurred, she calmed down and helped me as the young man showed his displeasure by glaring at me. I asked for his name and requested the store owner call me. Of course, we all know this didn't happen. I checked reviews on this store and found that most of the current reviews on Yelp and FB reflect the same concerns. Even though this is not UPS it carries the name and reflects on UPS. As someone who worked at the District office of UPS while attending college, this is not the image they want to project to the public. I went into the ups store to fax some papers really fast, and T.J. Was the one to greet me. He was really nice and and helpful... He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Some places are strictly business, which is understandable, but to see someone take their time out of their work day to converse with you is nice! T.J. You rock! Five stars for the personnel. I've had to use then a few times now. I am not sure if they have a cloning machine in the back room but every time someone walks through the door an employee comes out to assist them. So if there are three customers there are three employees assisting. I also like the fact that if you need something packed you can just leave and not wait for them to do it. What I don't like and they have no control over is since it is an independently owned store you can't use your UPS account there. I also think shipping a laptop and power cord ground from Florida to New Hampshire with no extra insurance for $37 is extremely excessive and would use the USPS if it was not a company expense. read more

Store is very unresponsive, I had store 2155 pack and ship a package home from Florida to Michigan the box arrived crushed and the item was damaged. The sent a driver to "pick up" the damaged item but since I had unpackaged wouldn't take it. Called the store #2155 the one that package and shipped the item; they had me email photos of the packaging and damaged item. It has now been 1/2 a dozen emails and phone calls with no response. My sister and I were in town for a few days to clear out our last storage unit. We ran out of room in our mini-van, which we were driving back to NYC, and needed some things shipped. So, we stopped in to see if we could get two dining chairs and two twin size headboards, footboards and rails that were all family antiques and had them shipped to NYC. My companion is a retired teacher and needed some laminating paperwork produced as done at her former schools. The work was done with professional handling and was found to be satisfying. Moreover, it must be asked, how often has a patron used a laminating machine, which can be expand business facility or student's creativity? Its time to check the usefulness of this machine's operating power. The U P S Store at Granada Plaza is able to reach clients who are not able to receive certain services at the Keene Ave. Post Office. Its staff is always eager to catch and help shoppers from the Publix Food Market in the same location. Want special handling of a letter or package? Then The U P S Store, could be the answer to requirements not even thought of at first glance by the customer. Nevertheless, communication is mandatory not only in household with growing children, but opens lines of understanding relative for important good decision making throughout their lives. Additionally, the scholar can meet acqaintences who can be of help in the long term.
