Never seen a UPS store with this many red flags. Debt collection notices on front door. Envelopes including CHECKS put into WRONG mailboxes and wrong recipients' hands. Mishandling mail and LOSING (or trashing or stealing) people's personal and Amazon packages. Customer complaints not resolved without multiple trips there with hassles and some issues STILL not resolved. Don't answer phones and VM boxes are always full. At least 1 person I know received their medication envelope from being held in this store with a large finger-tear looking opening in it and had to report possible tampering to police. Was better before Pavel started running it. He is known by many to open the store late and close it early. And hand people's private mailbox envelopes to other customers. Then he tries to blame his employees instead of himself then rages on customers that try to quietly express legit concerns with him after it happens multiple times. This lil dude can be irrationally difficult and condescending when he could simply do the right thing to fix problems. He is nice then suddenly appears to try to intimidate and bully his own customers when they politely, professionally express concerns. Like Jeckyl and Hyde circus up in there! He has also allegedly been sleazy and inappropriate toward some females who are now too uncomfortable to go back in there and afraid to say anything because they don't want their mail/packages to be messed with. Other co-owner Jennifer has become dodgy and does not apologize or take accountability. Delays, delays... Staff Donna continues to display terrible attitude. Poor customer service is one thing. Mishandling mail and vindictive and retaliatory behaviors are a much worse level. They are trying to sell their business but meanwhile Pavel appears to not care about running the business and customers - past/present/future - into the ground. Unbelievably unfortunate for such an otherwise nice retail center. Photos will be attached of the yellow/orange debt collection notices the owners have allegedly covered up and have torn off on the front door so customers can't read the full legally required information/warnings that have been posted. Just Beware. Our opinions and observations from over time and knowing a lot of people around here. There has Never been a single apology from any staff or owner to anyone I know that has had problems in this store. Only indifference, avoidance, creepy or fake nice to sudden downright nastiness, and passive aggressive and bad attitudes depending on which person is there. Yikes. read more

This location is close to my job and it is supposed to open at 8am. They are hardly ever opened on time. I would not recommend coming to this location if you are looking to promptly drop off a package in the morning. You will be waiting for them to open and get the register up and running before they can service you. I have only visited this location in the morning so I cannot speak of how the service is during other business hours. I would suggest they change their hours to 8:30 read more

I went in to ups to print 2 checks from work. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee and asked to wait just a moment while they were helping another customer. The store was clean and spacious. It was a little warm but I was told the ac had just gone out, but they did have a fan! As for the price it was a little over 3 dollars to print two pieces of paper and for me that's very expensive, but I didn't look at the Yelp until after and there's a discount for 20% off printing services on here, so that would have helped a lot! read more

Came to this store (3/31/26 @ around 9am) to return an item with a printed return label. This is my second time coming here for a return. But this guy on a white polo shirt with a receding hair line who looks like fake @$$ Raul Julia *bless his soul* (owner/worker) was rude from the very first time I approached him. He said, "What am I gonna do with it?" I said, "Returning a package." Then he said pointing at my printed return label with a condescending tone, "Where am I gonna stick it to?" I called UPS Stores Corporate office & they didn't seemed concerned. Said it's for law enforcement to investigate , which I have reported. Horrible experience tonight. Rude. Rude.Rude. I brought in Amazon returns. I did not take the labels on. Usually they will do it for me. the gentlemen, I assume the owner said very, very rudely. I'm not Amazon. I'm not Amazon. I don't take labels. I said to him you guys usually do this for me. He's said " I don't do that. My employees have been making mistakes. I don't do that. The second I walked in Jennifer Fernandez (store 4161) was extremely rude. She has no business working in customer service EVER. I have never encountered a more rude customer service person than her! I will go through every channel to report this store and her. She is unacceptable and a pathetic excuse of a "manager". She didn't even try to hear the problem before she was fanning me away. Not to mention this store is known to LOSE packages they don't give receipts for. (Not a coincidence I wouldn't be surprised if they were taking them for themselves). Make sure you are quoted the correct price before making any purchases. I've actually never been misquoted for a good/service before, so although this was an annoying thing to happen (and I say annoying, because overall the price wasn't huge), it was a good lesson for me. I thought this was going to be a super simple transaction. I was coming to make 100 colored copies. I've always worked in an office, so I never needed to pay for copies before. I figured I'd ask about the price and if it sounded reasonable I'd go ahead and make copies. The employee working did not seem particularly happy to be there. I feel like a mother when I say she should adjust her tone, but she reminded me of a snappy teenager. I actually felt a little insulted when she asked me what did I want, but it was more her tone and mannerism than anything she said. I asked her how much copies were and she replied 10 cents. I figured I'd be paying about $10, which was fine in my books, so I asked her if the copier was set to color. She walked over, changed the settings and told me I could start my printing. Fast forward to paying, turns out colored copies are 39 cents and black and white copies are 10 cents. So, when the bill came out to $41.73, I was really shocked. Instead of apologizing for quoting me the wrong price, the employee went on the defensive. She kept reiterating that she didn't know I was printing in color, even though she was the one who set the printer to color for me. I think what ruined this experience for me was two things. Obviously, the misquote, but if the employee had a friendlier attitude, I would have accepted that people make mistakes. Instead, I felt insulted and misguided. Not the best thing to associate with a business. Again, the price difference wasn't huge, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They do get one star for being clean! read more

I usually have very good experiences at the UPS stores and their staff. I was in the area and stopped by this store for the first time to drop off a package. I did not have my usual pleasant experience. The lady working was a bit brash - that's the best way I can say it Even in her initial greeting of "how can I help you" - her tone a d demeanor were off-putting . Definitely didn't seem warm/welcoming. Maybe the busy holiday season is to blame?? Anyway, I had an item to return with a label but I made a mistake and didn't have the proper packaging to put it in. Completely my fault because I was confusing it with the returns that you don't have to package up. We had some dialogue about this I asked and if she had any extra packaging/bags that I could throw it in that weren't getting used. She looked and said she had a recycled box that she could give me for one (1) dollar. Really? $1. That's insulting. If you have something that you were going to discard, why not give it to the customer as a favor/nice gester. Why would you charge one dollar? I'd rather you just say you don't have any. I declined and left based on the principle. I can bring it to my other usual locations another day. read more

I go out of my way to go here even though I live a minute away from the UPS on Roosevelt and MLK - several times in the past two years I've ended up leaving that UPS store after being quoted a price that was absurd only to find this UPS store providing a reasonable standard price for any UPS service. Hispanic lady working 6/26/22 @ 1:30 pm is extremely rude. I guess I was inconveniencing her since she was texting on her cell phone when I walked in. Snapped at me when I asked her if I could check my package to confirm I was giving her the correct one. I want to start by saying I have tried every other avenue before writing this review. Last month I shipped seven glass bowls from this location. I Did the "pack and ship guarantee", and Four of them arrived shattered because of poor packaging. Luckily, I had bought the insurance and called the store to start a claim. The employee that I spoke to told me that I needed to ship back the broken glass to be investigated for the claim. I came out of pocket $69.20 to ship the broken glass which was promised to be refunded to me as part of the claim. The manager Blake has been extremely helpful, and was able to get me the money back for the claim, except for the $69.20 to ship the broken glass. The owner is refusing to refund that money, because he is positive that his employee would have never told me to ship back the broken glass because that is not their policy. After spending Countless hours on the phone with UPS, the owner is still refusing to refund the money, because I guess He thinks this customer is trying to get one over on him. I'm not sure why he would think I would pay to ship broken glass on my own dime if somebody didn't tell me that. I guess the new trend in customer service is "the customer is always wrong". The owner told UPS corporate that it's not about the money- he eats dinners for more than $70, it's the fact that he is positive his employee didn't say that. I am glad to see a company standing by their employee, but will absolutely never use the UPS store again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. read more

We shipped a large box from the UPS at 2655 Ulmerton Road, in Clearwater, FL; everyone was professional, pleasant and it arrived in Beaverton, Oregon a week later on time. Unfortunately, when opened, there was a note indicating some of the items had been damaged from a leakage and a note with "sorry" handwritten by someone from within the UPS system. We were distraught as a couple items were missing and, we were concerned that items from my deceased husband's Memorial might also be lost. (we later learned that was not the case). I contacted the UPS 800 number, explained and was referred to contact the originating UPS store at 2655 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, FL which I did. I spoke with Maria, very professional, and she handed my call over to Blake, the Store Manager, who took charge of my complaint at that time. Blake was professional, listened intently and followed my claim for damages from that moment on, competently and courteously. He kept me updated on the process and then called to advise that he was sending me a check for the amount of the claim! When you need a notary, document shredding, shipping, etc .... the UPS Store or FedEx Office is usually a safe bet. This particular location has some great employees which makes it a better experience than usual. Dedicated parking spots at this location make it ideal for a quick errand even during the day when the other businesses ensure the lot is busy. read more

I used the UPS Store 4161 to deliver a very heavy package. They helped me back it and sent it on the way, but it was damaged upon arrival. Very dissatisfied with UPS ground service. We ordered a cylinder head which shipped out on the 10/12 assuming we would receive it in 5 days (6 at the most). When we tracked the package it gives a delivery date of 10/22. 10 days!!! So now we can't fix our car and won't be able to make it back home in time for work. Customer service is no use. They won't let us upgrade the delivery date. They won't even release the package where it is now in MO until the 22nd if we want to use USPS or FedEx to get it here quicker. Was thinking about using UPS for business in the future, now I'm thinking better of it. read more

I would not use this store again. I shipped a ground package from there to Texas. I had been tracking it, and was quite alarmed that the delivery date had come and gone with no information from UPS.com. I called and spoke to Chuck from my car. I explained my situation, said I was very worried, and indicated there were tax returns in the package and a check. After hearing my story, he rudely said the 800 number is....I know the 800 number, I could call it, bust since I was in my car, and as I shipped my package from that store , I was expecting customer service. He offered no help, did not offer to call for me, offered nothing. I asked if he could call the hub for me and check on the package. Nope, nothing. I used to be a supervisor for a UPS Store in Texas, and if I had treated a customer that way, I would not be employed there for any length of time. As an UPS store employee, one is able to call UPS for customers, as a service, and help them with their packages or tracking issues. I don't know who the owner/franchisee is of this store, but if I were that person, I would have serious reservations about having Chuck as the face of my business. Will go to another UPS store from now on, and will tell others to do the same. read more
