They refuse to refund me or deal with this outrageous error from their part and then became rude and uncooperative towards me. These "people" all they care about is to benefit their bottom line to maintain their level of greediness. The lack of customer empathy and service to the customer is completely absent and evident during this visit/experience. Then to further emphasize the horrible experience they claim that the delivery of the envelope was done "Overnight" when in fact it took three days ! Their inability to deliver proper customer service is beyond comprehension and void of common sense. It makes absolutely no sense to charge over $150 dollars to deliver an envelope that is no more than half an ounce to a U.S. territory like Puerto Rico !!! Their refusal to follow their own guidelines and terms of services in regards to Domestic rates and International rates is incomprehensible and fraudulent in all aspects of business practice. I encourage everyone to use any other delivery service (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) unless you prefer having this greedy, fraudulent and conniving entity steal from you.
