As a heads-up to folks that live in the Tampa Bay area, this UPS Store is open at 8AM on Saturdays! Most of the other UPS Store aren't open until 9:30 on Saturdays. However, it's in an out of the way location on Island Estates. It's just off of the Memorial Causeway which is between downtown Clearwater and Clearwater Beach. It's in the same strip center as Publix right off Island Way. Although this location is a bit smaller than other ones, there were plenty of supplies and mailing accessories. The lady working there was friendly and helpful. Her cute little dog was helping guard the store. I can definitely recommend this location if you need to get you parcel sent early on a Saturday. read more

I utilize these stores quite regularly, but am rarely as surprised as I am by the Clearwater Beach location. The woman at the counter is either frazzled or overwhelmed during each transaction. My husband has asked for items being sent a certain way and when they remain undelivered he inquires and is told she decided to send them an entirely different way. She sent something to a nearby state and it took 2 weeks. I went in to ask about something not delivered and she forgot to send it. It is a topic at our HOA meetings on the island. read more

The most efficient and friendly UPS store I know. Brian and Barbara are awesome. They go above and beyond the scope of their obligations to accommodate their clientele. I use a mailbox because I travel a lot and they take care of my mail and packages, as well as sign for certified mail. I don't know what I would do without them. read more

I recently had a large printing project that I needed to perform, involving upgraded paper and color ink. Barbara at the UPS Store on Island Estates worked with me tirelessly to order the correct paper, print the project, proof it, bind it, and package it for me. The result was an outstanding project at a competitive price and within a reasonable timeframe. I would not hesitate to bring a printing project to this location in the future. In addition, we live on Island Estates and it is our "go to" for mailing packages and purchasing mail supplies. Since the US Postal Service branch has left our island, we use this location exclusively for our postal needs and they have never failed to disappoint. Efficient, but I don't think they take COVID protocols, wearing masks, sanitizing or safety seriously. I exercise caution in the extreme and try to get in and out as quickly as possible. Luckily, that is usually possible and there is rarely more than one or two other customers in the confined space with the staff. read more

Had a UPS Package redirected to this UPS Access Point. I am a UPS Choice Member and it is no charge for this UPS Service. When I arrived to pick up my package, the old guy behind the counter insisted on $5 because 'that is the fee'. I did not want to keep debating with the elderly man, so I gave him the $5. He probably kept it. Stay far away from this place. read more
