Either way, it is a whole new experience going to this location now. A few years ago I tried it again out of necessity and I'm glad I did. The staff there is now friendly, patient, and helpful. There is a kiosk for Amazon returns which is terrific (altho there are days they could use two of these!). I now use this location all of the time and couldn't be more pleased. If you had a bad experience a while back like I did I encourage you to give them another try!

A Chinese employee finally called for next return and then proceeded to moved to another register and took the person after me (also a rude customer not to wait his turn. But she was sarcastic with him too, and after she called the next patron I had to say excuse me I was here first, you actually called me to this station. She said very nonchalantly OK and then laughed when I told her I wasn't having a "happy return". She scanned my package and then left it there while she called the next person. They have very little confidence that my package will get where it needs to go. It's obvious why this place has bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and go to any other UPS store for your returns or mailing needs. Whole Foods at the mall and the UPS at Curlew and 19 have great employees who care.
