Her name is Cora and I didn't care for her one bit. We went back and forth over some issues about why there was a change in procedure. Cora finally said I was giving her a hard time. That was it for me. I took my business over to the UPS store a few miles north where the Burlington and Publix stores are and they went out of their way to help me. So that is my store from now on. How many times with all the hundreds of reviews I've done have I said it only takes ONE employee to ruin the reputation of a business. Cora was that One person.

I told her what I needed and she immediately set me up to have my package delivered when I needed it delivered. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She served me amd made me feel Important. It's so much of a brush I have fresh air from dealing with regular mail services which are never very pleasant or enjoyable. This store is located in a strip mall with adequate parking. The store is very clean and provides all of the necessary products needed when delivering mail. The service was excellent and I will definitely use this location in the future.

I went a few miles north to this UPS Store where the Burlington and Publix stores are. I was greeted by the lady and explained i wanted to ship some items. She took the time to take care of all the details for me including using her own phone to help me out. I gladly paid the $2.50 printing charge, she put the return label on and out i went, as happy as a lark. These are good people in this store. They care about your package and YOU as a customer. This is my store from now on. Feel free to make it yours.

We went to the branch recently to mail a package to our daughter, who is studying abroad this semester. Patrick helped seal the box and do all the customs paperwork. He took his time to make sure he did it correctly and completely. Unfortunately, the costs to ship even a small package to the UK are astronomical, and we decided that she was just going to have to do without an Easter basket from home this year until she is back home. I mean, I love her and all, but $300 to ship her Peeps? I don't think so. Was Patrick upset that he'd spent all that time and we weren't going to mail the box?
